Webmasters / Re: Afrisoft Interactive Buys Www.estoresms.com by legendprac(m): 12:12pm On Jun 24, 2013
maillawale: @Lojik. Afrisoft Interactive is Nigerian Pride but what clients experience in terms of customers service is nothing to write home about. I am posting this complaints because I have used all channels available in Afrisoft but yield no result also, I have tried using the email form in lekeojikutu.con but its not sending mail. You may need to check this soon.

One of the issue is that I discovered my domain hosted on server22.com was to expire on 2013-06-21 which happen to be Saturday then I made payment through Voguepay on that Friday but all over the weekend till now the site offline. I mailled both Afrisoft and server22 and also called Afrisoft but all to no avail. As at the time I am writing this post, Afrisoft has not effect the payment hey have onfirmed 3 days ago. Is this how best a business is managed, Is this the customer service you (as a client) will be expecting from your providers. It is quite shameful that your existing clients cannot boldfully recommend your service to potential customers. The last time I called Afrisoft, after being requested to send the affected site, the amount paid and transaction ID through text even I have sent the detail information through email, the response I get is that it will be resolved before noon and up till now, nothing is done till now. Here is the Voguepay Transaction ID for further investigation: Transaction #: 51c484558fe1b

Customer care is their achilles heel....

freecocoa: My(our) own is not expensive at all, its just 1k and them go give you balance o.

They might just decide to take 5naira out of it and give you back 995 naira or the may take 999 naira and give you back 1 naira, it all depends on your inlaws but bottomline is, something must return to the groom to be from the 1k.

Oya suitors start coming cheesy.

r u from umuoji or idemili in anambra state?

Just because you claim to be from Umuoji doesn't mean its true; To be frank with you,if you are truely an NWA OKODU you will never kill an EKE IDENMILI,period.
We have been having christians in Umuoji ever since missionaries days and but this but this practice has always been kept,by all except for few brianwashed eediots like you. Jekwaa jua ese; Esim Nkpu Ogaliga eje!

being frm umuoji doesnt mean i will practice a stupid tradition.

Nice story and I agree with your conclusions
The pastor should have quietly buried the snake

I agree with u.... Meanwhile, am disappointed wit d so called christians on NL defending dis stupid tradition.....

I am from Umuoji community, in fact I K№ω when this thing happened cuz it was reported to someone I K№ω to help fight for the MOG.

That tradition is stupid, I will kill any eke that comes into my house(have already killed a handful dat ventured into my compound, abi I for leave am invite am to dinner?)..... They say it doesn't bite, but I don't want to wait around to find out and even if it doesn't, I kill tins like cockroach because it creeps me out and here we r talking abt a python.....

Do u guys expect a man to watch a python near his kids without doing anytin?
D only mistake d man did was not being discreet abt it, knowing that he isn't an indigene of Umuoji...but that isn't the reason why my town ppl should be acting like we r in the stone age...

And ℓ☺ℓ to 'if he doesn't appease the gods, sth will happen to his family'..... If na true, d gods for don finish me since.ℓ☺ℓ .. Let the umudibias of umuoji let their god fight for itself....

Since you ain't full of Yourself. Tell me, if you were in my shoes you would say "Thank you" to that guy's insultive quote?

Haba! E just be like say make person curse ur Papa and u say "Thank You". And don't tell me that is maturity, that is simply s'tupidity.

You said i need some lessons in Humility. Madam, i dey read your thread oh, ur response to critics is not that "HOLY" as you claim.

Am not full of myself, am just trying to be what i am. No pretence. Flow can never be Ishilove and Ishilove can never be Flow. Thats the fact.

Just because my story painted me as being a s'turborn boy and yours painted you as being a calm Lady(that is if it was non fiction) doesn't show that i need a lesson in humility.

The guy mentioned ur username that was why you found ur username in my response. Even if he is ur die hard fan doesn't make him to start beefing me, wetin i do am?

Common Madam, so you expected me to take what that guy said with a pinch of salt? Haba!

Lemme sight this as a case study; GEJ and OBJ, are their leading style the same? You should answer that, that is if you have a little knowledge of Nigerian politics.

Me and you no fit be the same. You wey dey say i need humility, i fit get that Humility pass you for real life oh. Thats the funniest part of the whole thing.

I am myself, both in real life and in Nairalander as a writer. So u better do the same, it will help you. Stop the faking.

We ain't quarelling but i can tell you are more interested in the bad part of someone's writing than in the Brighter side. That goes a long way to show why you hardly read other people's stories onlike the rest of us writers in Nairaland. So tell me now, between you and I who needs Humility more?

THATS ALL.

Have noticed ishilove is mostly interested in d bad side of other writers, she hardly points out d gud parts before pointing out d bad ones... I had a lot of respect for ishi, but she's proud(she laces it in a way most might not K№ω)... What point do u wanna make by saying to flow, ' I hardly visit ur thread'... But u seem to respond wt d speed of light weneva ur name is mentioned here....
Ishi is my love(ehehehe),even outside nairaland, but d truth must alway be told and it changes nothing...
That said, we should all realize nairaland is not our village....

Flow, keep being original, but don't forget to improve always..... Life itself is a learning curve....

Webmasters / Re: Afrisoft Interactive Buys Www.estoresms.com by legendprac(m): 2:50pm On Feb 23, 2013
lojik:

The complaints that have been laid here are not about all Afrisoft support. Its about estoresms which is a subsidiary of Afrisoft. Every subsidiary have their own personnel and resources. Its just unfortunate that most clients complain about Afrisoft rather than being specific about the erring subsidiary company. Other subsidiaries are doing great with their support e.g VoguePay team, Easy IP team, School supplement team, SPC team, ITP team, Software Dev team e.t.c.

Non delivery arose from estore's partners abroad. Although it seems they are not doing anything about it, but they have been working tirelessly on it since the first complain was laid yesterday. Technical issues at times require little time to get resolved. Please be patient.

Goldcon's complain was not delivery related. It was a complain about web development. His case is unique and it happened because the technical support staff handing his issue did not properly document it and went on exam leave without a proper hand over of the job.
The issues has been resolved and he has been compensated.

As i have implied before, a great percentage of our clients are happy and satisfied. Its the few cases where we have fallen short of excellent service that get reported here.
This should not change the relationship you have with us.

[edit]
I have been informed that the delivery issue was resolved this morning.

Sir, you said they were working on it since yesterday, but when I finally got to one of them today, he said they have already resolved it, but I insisted and told him that it's a lie. Then he said, let me check it out. My point is, it's either the team is clueless(there is a new lady on the team that is exactly that, she even answers questions like she knows zilch about computers or the internet not to talk of estores) or the team is plain carefree.... Whichever one, ur company and interest is suffering... And I know a little abt business to know that if a branch or department of a company isn't doing well, it can affect the company as a whole....
Webmasters / Re: Afrisoft Interactive Buys Www.estoresms.com by legendprac(m): 9:18am On Feb 23, 2013
@Lojik, I came here(nairaland) searching for ur contact details when I stumbled on this thread.... I would really love to speak to u in person, because your support team is getting worse by the day and if you want to save your business, it's either u train them or u sack them and employ competent people.
The services of your company are deteriorating by the day and it seems it gets worse when people need them the most; on holidays, 1st of the months,valentine,weekends,etc... There is no week that a new issue doesn't come up and as am typing this, there is a non-delivery issue going on,which I brought to the notice of ur support team YESTERDAY and in their usual manner, nothing has been done about it.... And it's WEEKEND as usual

I will be in lagos next week, because I CAN'T continue to have unhappy customers. Plegend is a brand and sms isn't the only business we do, and we can't allow u to put a dent on our brand which is focused on KEEPING CUSTOMERS HAPPY, VIA THE PROVISION OF QUALITY SERVICE...

Pls, do contact me, as I really want us to trash out things. Even ur personal website isn't opening as I type...

I will be in lagos and I hope to put a lot of things right, but before that, resolve the current non-delivery issue as it's weekend and we all know what that means....
Thanks
