I remember my growing up days...

News of a "death" was usually accompanied by fear of being alone in the dark even when you do not have a personal/one on one relationship with the dead, just the thought of someone in your neighbourhood dying was a scary shiit.

Even the sight of a coffin was trauma/fear-inducing.

But these days, new borns will conveniently request to behead or set a human ablaze without as much as wincing.

Humanity is long gone, dead, and buried.
humanity is alive and well. I for one is very empathetic and compassionate and am not alone - there are millions of my type in this goddamn earth.

Instead of these men to own up to their crimes they still find a way to pin it on women. Una sure say this una Nigeria go better like this?
Bullshit! Your post was all about bad eggs among the many Nigerian men in diaspora dilligently earning their living yet you conviniently left out the many Nigerian women selling their souls and self-respect for crumbs all in the name of hutsling - Prostitution, fraud and deceit is their hallmark. Just recently four Nigerian women were arrested for stealing alot of cash from a man in a European country after banging hell out of him. They are disgracing and tarnishing our image just as their male counterparts do but you turned a blind eye to that. Double-standard? Your bias stinks to high heavens.

Nigerian economy isn’t getting any better , last week , a friend of mine was at Sabo to exchange some dollars and he successfully was able to exchange $100 for #49,000 . .
I see many people making enquires one what type of business to do , my advice is , don’t even think of a business you would earn in Naira because the economy keeps getting worse and you would directly or Indirectly still purchase your needs at dollar rate .
If you are looking for an amazing business to start , then I will advise you to go into any of blogging , E-commerce , directory or any online business that pays in dollars .

Politics › Re: Nigeria’s revenue-to-GDP ratio lowest in the World – World Bank by Limassol(m): 3:39pm On Jul 27, 2021
Ovamboland:
This is an indication that Nigerians don't pay tax but want govt to provide paradise and utopia out of thin air. Smaller African countries in terms of GDP and population raise revenue of over $100bn out of their economy to use for public works, education and healthcare investment.

But Nigeria raise mere $30bn and ignorant Nigerians want to have world class everything out of that. Funds that cannot give a country like USA adequate fire fighting services.

South Africa will invest our entire budget on education and still have another $100bn left for other things. Yet they still have hungry looters and poorly educated people.

We are doing ourselves bad if we don't create a working tax system, age of excess oil funds is over
what impact has the goverment made with the little revenue it is generating?

you first insulted me by saying i won't be better than any politician if Given the chance, - indirectly labeling me a thief, that bro is an attack on my person as i view myself highly. Ask for my forgiveness first and stop making baseless assumptions on people you barely know, dosen't speaks well of you.

What will you have done differently from what they are doing if you are in position of leadership, many of them were like you before they got position but they changed , and I did not make excuse I said we deserve the leadership we get and we have opportunity of getting it right if currently wrong by living exemplary selfless lives and if we have right leadership we can do better by making it better.
you already are making baseless assumptions on a random stranger online whom you know nothing about. There is a term that perfectly describes people like you - you are a f**king clown and seriously deluded, no malice intended just astounded by your sheer audacity.

When bad things happen in Nigeria, you people will mention how it happens in other big countries. But when good things happen in those countries, you people never mention how it hasn't ever happened in Nigeria.
"Anti-Nigeria and pro west in thought"? I am astounded you resorted to name calling and unfounded assumptions. Besides, you were the first to brought America to the picture, insinuating in a way that inflation is also battering their economy as such it ain't peculiar to Nigeria; this was the basis for your argument before you deviated nonsensically with unfair mud-slinging. The internet has made information easily accesible and nothing could be hidding. Again you must learn to call a spade a spade - say it as it is without sugar coating as the world already knows the truth and is painstakingly watching. Also stop replying me in a harsh tone like an angry tiger, dosen't says well of you.

The moss globbal phenomenon. Prior to the American was in the green. In every economy there are good times and they are bad summarily Some bad are sustained over a long stretch so are some good. You seem to be more assuredly and over optimistic over the American economy situations. What make you so sure it will normalize after a few short while. If you believe it will then best believe Nigerian economy as well will normalize all things considered.

You make all sought soughts of argument why Nigeria will implode and with good reasons. But never the west. What makes you think their civilization is not on the verge.
the difference is clear, crystal clear even for the blind. Besides, strong demand, excellent infrastructure, cutting-edge technology and inovation, effective legislation are all factors that will help the American economy recover. None of this could be said about Nigeria's weak economy. However, i would love if you stay on topic and stop deviating.
The food price is a global thing. America is complaining thesame thing. There is relative global shortage of commodities due to non activities of humans to host production factories.

Again currently this is not particular to Nigeria. Unemployment is on the high currently in America. Not every phenomenal should be read from this negativity Nigeria perspective. We are not helping Nigeria when we think this way.
half truth as that of the US is seasonally and mostly caused by supply bottlenecks due to covid 19. Also the inflation was driven by boom in the second car market and real estate, things will regain normalcy once the economy fully recover. And do you want me to remind you that people on minimum wage in America on average spend just 1/5 of thier income on food while their Nigerian counterparts can't even afford a good diet with a whole 30k salary. Stop sugarcoating things, things are very tough for Nigerians at the moment and it's not fun.

People might deserve the kind of leadership it gets for leadership is a reflection of what majority of the average people are, You can't have many good ,kind, caring ,selfless and loving followers and get a heartless and wicked leadership. So as an individual what traits do you reflect is it that of lack of pity or that of love ? If people can decide within themselves to be selfless and good, they will see positive change, they have to overcome envy ,corruption ,hate ,bias, negative sentiments in finding their real selves and purpose on earth to be free and influence others to be free by their exemplary life.
Security is a basic necessity in life and so what caused the hike in food prices, first of all, is insecurity.
The second is climate change, while farmers and herders’ clashes, which is part of insecurity, is the next concerned.
And if you cannot produce, if you can’t move to the farm, if you can’t have access or convey inputs from one location to the other, it makes it difficult for us to grow our commodities.”
Something urgent must be done concerning this NOW.
A BETTER Nigeria is all we want.

that "pay to learn" is the major problem and the reason alot of people are very poor today. The average blackman would rather work for someone than pay to learn a skill.
Just today one on nairaland messaged me telling me he don't have money to pay but wants to learn bla bla bla. Now imagine someone with 13years of no single skill you can execute on your own without being engaged ny a coy.
Just yesterday here i paid almost 100grand for a new skill i want to start learning, i am already made but i know how valuable this new skill will be in the future and i am willing to oay more if need be. These are the small tinz that some ppl will never understand.

Ppl wonder y yahooboys are still catching preys even with the modern day information, those fraudsters are ready to spend millions to get a new method for someone else. To be successful in Nigeria u need that kind of mindset.
i'm intrested.

Do not throw money in front and try to see if she's the demanding type.
