The police, FBI, CIA, President, Congress, etc are government...the US constitution was primarily written to protect citizens against the government and the government cannot take those rights away even if it provides similar services to the citizen.

This was rooted in the up raising against British rule in the US, which was another government. So since that up raising was done by ordinary citizens, the constitution of the US unlike any other constitution in the world give citizens the right to bear arms and raise against any unpopular government in the US or foreign in the future.

The Supreme Court have recognize this basic right hence congress or the President cannot outlaw gun ownership however they can regulate it on limited bases.

Comparing this situation happening in Nigeria with the the US is like comparing apples to oranges.

It is perfectly legal to own gun in the US, it is a 2nd amendment right and Obama can do nothing about it.

The US constitution allow citizen to keep and bear arms, Police can do nothing about it.

Police are there to police illegal activities, owning, keeping or bearing arms is not illegal but each State have their various gun control laws, like background checks, licensing, registration, limitation on where to use it, conceal carry-on, etc.

If a Police stops me, in my State; am not obligated to tell them that am carrying a gun. However, if they want to search my person or my car, which I can refuse except they find a probable cause...if they find a gun during the search, all I have to do is to show them my gun permit and I will be on my way.

I am one of the advocates of gun control, but gun control would not have prevented this or the Oregon Mall shooting.

In both cases the guns were legally obtained, register but stolen by the perpetrators. In the school shooting, the guy first shot and killed his mother, who was the legal owner of the gun.

America's pride themselves about their second amendment right to keep and arm themselves with gun. This is not a law that congress or Obama change and constitutional amendment of this, is a nonstarter in the US.

All that Obama or congress can do is to put some strong gun control laws in the books in some State. Connecticut is in the East Cost; East Cost States have the toughest gun control laws in the US already and virtually little or nothing else can be done in these States regarding gun control safe for banning guns, which will be unconstitutional and the Supreme Court will strike down any law that ban gun ownership.

There are some misconceptions here...LTE is not 4G technology. 4G is based on 3gpp Release 10, current LTE deployments are still using release 8.

You need a new SIM for LTE, the LTE radio interface is different from traditional UMTS radio...your cell phone must be capable of LTE & UMTS and you need an LTE capable sim to be able to hook up to an LTE signal.

Bail is money or property that the government collect from an accused person to ensure his/her appearances in court and it is fully refunded when the case is closed either through acquittal, conviction or if the matter was never charged to court and the statue of limitation that alleged crime has passed.

While toasting my bread this morning, this question came to my mind and the first thing that came out as a defense was 'it taste better'...but the truth is, when I first started this about 10 or more years ago, the fresh agege bread smell and taste better and over the years, my taste buds have adjusted to the toasted bread as been better.

In December 2011, when A US drone went down in Iran, the US not only acknowledged it, the President publicly asked Iran to return the drone. Do some google about it. If the figures been thrown around are correct...these guys negotiated, agreed and signed the dotted line for $5k. Psquare on the other hand negotiated, agreed and signed the dotted lines for $200k. I do not see the unfairness there....if they think they are worth more than $5k, they should up their fees and refuse to book events that will nt agree to pay their new fee.

Romney visiting the White House has no PR value. It is not going to make people who does not like Obama or his policies love him, it will even infuriate lots of Obama's supporters.

To some, saying these are pictures of selected good areas...yes we know them; most people around the world when displaying the glory of their countries sees the cup half-full. I have seen many pictures of New York on the internet, very few of them shows the beggers, homeless vets on the streets, they are many run-down neighbors with falling buildings and cardboard-up houses in New York, we do not see those on the internet.

There are many neighborhoods so dangerous that, Police themselves are afraid of going into those neighborhoods, except they go in grounds and for very short-time. We do not see those pictures on the internet.

Regarding comments of these pictures not been public places....again, Government acts as a catalyst for development and growth. Apart from maybe public library, some parks...there are really no government buildings in NYC. More so....Except close buddies, Presidents do not just pick the phone at will and call each other...those calls are carefully choreographed and planned by Aides to ensure no glitches before they are made. ..so for Obama or Jonathan to speak to each other on the phone, there will be multiple phone calls back and forth between Aides on both sides before the actual call is made, sometimes it takes days of preparations and back and forth.
