A disgusting viral video on social media captures the moment some Nigerian soldiers brutally punished an alleged shoe thief.

According to report the man stole an expensive shoe worth 20k and sold it for 2k. They soldiers ordered the man to swim in a dirty gutter with one of them using his boot to press the man’s head down into the water.

The apex Igbo socio-cultural organization known as, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, is demanding for the immediate change of the country’s name, Nigeria, to a better and positive one.

The group said it has become important to the change “as the name, Nigeria, connotes lack of progress, corruption and darkness.”

Controversial Igbo pastor, Prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje who is popular for spraying foreign currencies inside the church, recently went to Indonesia and as usual displayed the act he is best known for.


The church program was reportedly organized by some Nigerians living in Jakarta and it allegedly began with spraying of money which is said to be part of the Anambra-based Pastor's style of ministration.


The display of wealth has led to the arrest of Nigerians who are reportedly undocumented migrants without work permit and valid visa. An unconfirmed report claims over 80 Nigerians have been deported already with more to come, as Landlords in the country have been asked to report undocumented Nigerians living in their property or lose it all to the Indonesian government.

Abdulmalik Saidu Maibiredi, the NCE graduate and a popular bread seller in Zamfara has been appointed as the Senior Special Assistant on Social Media by the state governor, Bello Matawalle, Daily Trust reports.

Recent study has revealed that when men stare at women’s breasts they improve their health and also elongate their life span.

According to the study, which was carried out over a period of five years, involved 500 men, half of whom were instructed to stare at women’s breasts in a lustful manner for no less than 10 minutes every day, was done by a German scientist, Dr Karen Weatherby.

The study which was published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that men who stared at breasts, more often, showed lower rates of heart problems, slower resting heart rate and lower blood pressure, all of which enable a healthy living and long life.

Therefore following the study, men were advised to stare at breasts for 10 minutes a day to improve the wellness of their hearts and live longer.



“Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female every day is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics work-out,” the study revealed.

A video that has since gone viral captures the moment a young vegetable seller was seen washing his vegetables in the gutter before taking them to the market to sell to the public.

Passes-by who saw him in the video shamed him for such an act when he was seen washing the carrots and cucumbers in the gutter which contained rushing dirty water.


Many social media users who have seen the video have labeled it as irritating and disgusting, considering the fact that the water source was certainly from people’s urine and all sort of dirts.

This then provoked the unidentified customer, who used his phone to make a video of the carrot seller while he was washing the vegetables and also warned people of the danger they are exposed to everyday when consuming such products.

What even made matters worse was the fact that another man was seen urinating into the same gutter when the seller was seen seriously washing his carrot.

President Buhari’s wife, Aisha Buhari has reacted to the interview granted by Fatima, daughter of Daura, who said the president’s wife attacked her inside the presidential villa.

Nigerian Army general, Maj-Gen. Hakeem Otiki, who is standing trial for allegedly stealing and diverting Nigerian Army’s cash has pleaded not guilty after being arraigned before a court martial.

Fake academic credentials and attempt to smuggle names of unqualified persons into the mobilisation list was foiled by National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
