I was very kind and told him there is zero interest here so i wouldnt want to waste his time. He told me I should quit the job or accept him and he will increase my salary.

I told him to give me a week to think about it.

What should I do?

Is he your boss as in owner of the company? Or your direct line manager?

If he is the owner, make sure you record every of your conversation secretly. Have it as a prove and tell him you can't date him. If he threatens to sack you, let him know you will quit and go public with your evidence.

If he is your line manager, tell him you will report him to the management as sexual harassment.

As you plan this, start looking for job asap.

Another person situation must not be as yours, who knows may be you have connections or any of your family member have.
Nigeria is very difficult as regards well paying job opportunity unless you have the above reasons I mentioned earlier.

I don't have any connection, but I had a "small" business which sustained me during my job search. It wasn't easy, but I thank God for not shaming me.
