Why is the focus on vote buying...
The CBN stated alot of reasons for the naira redesign but the only thing you guys picked was vote buying....Election has come and gone make we here something else with vote buying abeg.

olumide4christ:
It's the new Electoral law 2022 that resulted in that quantum of rejected votes.

Polling units where there are cases of overvoting and/or violence must be cancelled, according to the new Electoral Law 2022.
So all you need to do is to go to your opponents strong hold and bribe the INEC official to do over voting or violence and then all the votes canceled....lol. I'm sure it makes a lot of sense to you

Thousands of people have died because of the cashless policy.
Af times, one begins to think if Emefiele and Buhari were induced by foreigners to reduce the population of Nigeria.
Never in the history of any country had people been so maltreated, even deprived of food, and medicine, by those who rule them.

RIP.
Thousands of ppl have died from our hospital because of low funding. This has nothing to do with cashless policy but somehow ppl must connect the dots

All mumu this support and praise Emefiele are now complaining now, they don't have foresight...

They never believe it will affect them, they only focus on Tinubu... Now who is suffering the cashless policy?

When Tinubu complain the effect of this policy, they are mocking him. Now who is the loser?

Always use your head, don't play politics with emotion, politicians wil always find Thier way.

Since the cashless policy started, I never see any senator standing with people at ATM machine.

Advice for you

Obi, Tinubu and Atiku will still settle. You turn all your to enemy just because they don't support your brother.

Always use your head.

Politicians Don't send you
This news has nothing to do with cashless policy.

Posts like this mean nothing

You should make suggestions on how to ensure a credible exercise, e.g. biometrics (at least fingerprints) of everyone must be collected and used as the basis of the census

This is what you should advocate for
The last time we advocated for electronic transmission of results how did it end?

Politics › Re: INEC Must Transmit Governorship Election Results Electronically - Court by loswhite(m): 2:37pm On Mar 09, 2023
helinues:
grin

The oppositions are missing something important in their narration.

Okay let's assume transmitting of results electronically is mandatory, is displaying of the transmitted results on INEC public portal is also mandatory?

Because I believe before all the results were announced, the results must have been transmitted to INEC back up server which only they have access to, after verification of both results transmitted electronically and the one about to be delivered physically, then they update the public portal.

If there is no law making transmitting of results electronically mandatory in the Inec public portal, then the petition about electronic transmitting would be quashed so early as the opposition argument is about results in public portal
Transmission of results at the polling unit is in front of all members present hence it cannot be easily manipulated.

Obi will be wasting his time and money going to court.

It’s not possible. Inec workers are not machine and they don’t work 24hours, so it can’t happen immediately..

Aside from that, what if there’s no network? Mtchew..

God1000:
Hmm, that means Nigerians don't know how our government works.

Supreme Court has the final say, not the executive branch
A political court has no final say oga. The Supreme Court does not have any right on monetary policy. It is exclusive list. The CBN do not have a right to declare the End date of the old naira note. CBN will unlikely release the old notes in his possession. The worst is you can continue to use the old notes but once it enters the bank it is no longer coming out.

Try travel go DRC, you’ll know Nigeria is a paradise

Nigeria subsidizes a lot of things for us but you won’t understand
They subsidize darkness. They subsidize petroleum products....We know the reason for subsidy is to steal. The money you spend on providing alternative sources of energy outweigh the benefits of the subsidy. Please tell them to stop subsidizing but before they stop, they should ensure our refineries are working and we have electricity.

The USA tops the list certainly...

They print dollars and then go round the world acquiring people's resources with the dollar they printed. If you dare question the fairness of their action, they will cause political instability in your country, accuse you of crimes you did not commit and even invade your country to overthrow your government and install their puppet... Saddam Hussein and Mumar Gaddafi are still fresh in memory.

I look forward to the day China, Russia, Iran and Indian will agree to only conduct international trade in gold, silver or other precious metals...

African leaders we currently have are too foolish to realise that they need to seriously give education a priority in their countries so that they can build the manpower to sustain a self reliant nation like Gaddafi did for Libya.
Keep looking forward

Because we live in a country where the institutions are weak, many people don't know the seriousness of the offence of "CONTEMPT OF COURT" . Disobeying a lower court is a serious offence, disobeying the supreme Court is unthinkableshocked. Whatever ruling the supreme Court gives becomes part of the Constitution shocked shocked. The president, CBN governor and the AGF are supposed to be in jail shocked shocked.
The Supreme Court knows they are just a political Court....No one respects a political Court.
