1. You are right about getting CTCs from the original source to stand as evidence. But may be you didn't know that the petitioners subpoena the school and obtained certified true copies of the originals. This was done by PDP.

2. You mentioned INEC guidelines specifically on IREV. I have posted a screenshot of the INEC guideline detailing the purpose of the IREV. No need for much talk.

You are also right to say that the hard copies of the results/BVAS extractions are the primary sources of evidence. But may be you didn't know that LP had a court order from the PEPC instructing INEC to allow them access the BVAS for the original results. INEC refused and instead promised on oath to backup the data on their backend server, with the excuse of reconfiguring the BVAS for governorship election.

Please note that it was those backup data was was issued to LP and PO to prove their case. It was those backup data that came out blurred in 18000 pu.

Funny enough, the BVAS data for FCT was also deleted while there was no need to. This was also proven in court. INEC could not defend any of these. No evidence, no witness, nothing. They are corrupt and will pay for it. Someone will go to jail for destroying sensitive national information.

That said, without any evidence, the PEPC will simply rely on any result presented by the LP. It's that simple. That's what happened with Hope Uzodinma. He brought 350k ballot papers from three LGAs and the court accepted without even bothering to count.

3. The ICT director for INEC said the IREV was tested and remediation was carried out on the 4th of Feb. He was asked if the IREV was vulnerable, he said no. When asked about the nature of the glitch, he refused to answer. (Showing it was human, some fool went to block the presidential result upload). Which explains why up till now, no one from INEC has come out to say exactly what happened. That's because if they do, it would be investigated using forensic analysis. Nothing can be hidden in the world of technology.

I assume you have not been following the PEPC from in-house sources. News media like TVC or Nations newspaper will always give bias reportage of the case.

3) the inec director clearly showed evidence that there was localized glitch.whether it was from inec,human or animal is immaterial.it is in the place of obi to prove that the glitches was from inec or apc and also demonstrate how it affected the elections unit by unit which he failed to.he should have done the forensic analysis since not making noise on media

Well, I’d be a fool if I rule out what you are saying. I understand you. Because this is Nigeria, it would amount to foolhardiness to think that Tinubu and his men are not making some underground moves to make sure the Tribunal judgment is favourable to them.

But there’s one thing about the judiciary you are not considering. The fact that no matter who is in power, the succession plan remains the same. If Obi becomes president, there’s no way he’s going to jump Justice Kekere Ekun to make Centus Nweze the CJN. It’s not like the military (security agencies) where things are left to your whims and caprices.

Again, remember that in 2003, Obi was against a sitting governor and a sitting president with a certain Andy Uba who had an overreaching influence in the Nigeria of then.

Later on, when Ngige refused to be railroaded by the Uba brothers, they (Uba brothers) sort to booth him out of office which made Ngige run to the Atiku/Tinubu alliance for political protection.

That way, Obi was against Obasanjo/Uba brothers in one arm, and Atiku/Tinubu/Ngige in another.

I know the Nigeria of today is not the Nigeria of 2006, but are you saying that the judges were not pressured then? Are you saying that both the Obasanjo and Atiku camp did not make sinister moves to compromise the judges but Obi still came out victorious. That was a miracle that could still happen now.

If you have been following court cases,you would notice that the defence hardly waste time in defending cases.during the 2015 guber cases in aks and rivers,the defence put no argument and I believed it was over.during the pre hearing,while obi and atiku were asking for 7 weeks,tinubu lawyers just needed one week and with cases being consolidated,they had even less time.in 2019, the defence used about two weeks.the lone inec witness simply took care of the glitches, irev and upload which concerns inec.bsmidele took care of qualifications.the apc lawyer fagbemi clearly said there's no need to open any case as they will depend on positive response extracted from obi's witnesses just as they did in 2019.the only time I remember the defence wasting time is obaseki certificate case.the defence in aks,rivers and Lagos has started closing their cases in less than a week.

You are not talking to an illiterate oga. IREV is not synonymous to photocopiers. It is similar to an image you snap with a camera. The image is in jpeg format. When you use your phone to snap a document it appears the way it is. The image on BVAS should be as clear as the original.

You people should speak truth to conscience it has a way of coming back to you.

I am not saying you should not support your candidate but at least say the truth when you see it.
