Unfortunately, ukwa (breadfruit) takes a fairly long time to cook. You just have to be patient until it's soft. If you add the other ingredients before it's completely soft, it will remain hard and be ruined. Next time, consider adding a little potash to act as a softener.

We are having this kind of attack second time this month and the pattern of the attack is exactly the same.

Due to farm invasion of our livestocks, we only allow them to graze at night and leave them till daybreak while we let them into their cage.

The first victim of this wild attack was Huda ram, he was sick and want missing, after about the third day, we found him with his head ripped off from the neck, likewise the second goat, brought in for mating about 12 days ago, felt sick, recovering, went to graze and the second day we met him this way.

We are currently working on installing perimeter net for the first part of the land we intend to use for livestock, that's about 3 acres, it separates the farm from the remaining land meant for crop plantation.

So yesterday I bought freshly peeled ukwa from a woman in the market.

I've missed it so much, so I decided to prepare it.

However, things didn't go as planned.

My plan was to perboil it for like five minutes, then cook with some ingredients, just like jollof rice.

I've been boiling it since, over 1 hour now, it's yet to become soft. If I take small and chew, it's still strong.

I don't want to waste it, please how long will it take to done?

I mean the work might not come out exactly as you sketched it if you trace it. The lines might be bigger or smaller compared to the original work.

The shapes might become a little bit distorted.

You can decide to separate the artwork from the background, enhance it and leave it like that.

Most experienced artists will choose to re-ink it because the output is much cleaner but it requires some level of experience as well as a digital tablet to make sketching easier.

Because tracing it seems like redrawing it. Like double work, and you could lose the originality of the work

You open a new layer above the image layer in photoshop and make your sketch on that layer.

I intend turning them into digital illustrations by scanning them and painting with Photoshop.

My question now is, how do I trace only the lines of the sketches so that they become independent from the white paper I used to draw?

Heart conditions!!!!!!!!! Allergies and other things. What we were eating back then is different from now. They've chemicalized everything and it has effects.

That's why the best way to live is to grow what you eat. Because everything has chemical on them, the tomato, leaves, everything!

There should be an organisation that monitors these things ,but Nigerians will 'mind their business ' till something goes wrong.

The painful thing is that even if you live in a decent environment, one big man might just show up one day and start a cooking gas plant near you! Such a pity

Honestly This country is not yet matured for certain things due to lack of regulation and strict supervision.

We all know how dangerous gas is, especially cooking gas. Gas plants are not supposed to be close to residential buildings, but they are littered everywhere, between compounds and people's houses.

Great expertise and care should be used while operating one because of the highly flammable nature of such enterprise, but they just pick up random people to sell gas.

How can a gas plant have POS shop inside, right at the noozle where gas is dispensed?

I mean, there are extinguishers around, and warning signs that phones should be switched off while at a gas plant, but the owner of the plant is boldly operating phone, checking alert from someone that came to buy gas and did transfer.

People will be answering calls and browsing right at the noozle of the gas plant, yet they feel it's okay.

Something needs to be done! All these road side gas plants should be shut down for safety of the citizens!!!

I'll also advice you try methods to calm your nerves.

You should try listening to calming music, music that has a particular rythym, not all these dance hall or rap songs.
If possible, use this songs while relaxing or sleeping.

You can try enya songs such as

The humming (extended version)
The celts
Diamonds on the waters
Trains and Winter rains
Water shows the hidden heart

And others..



If you are into drawing or art, you can be sketching while playing these enya songs or similar calming songs.

This is known as art intuitive therapy, and helps in reducing stress.
