KAYD007:The IG monitoring team might have been very suspicious of the Sars men as they refused to hand over their weapons first. In the past Robbers have dressed in police and military uniforms to rob innocent people In the US, the FBI's authority supercedes that of the State police, that was why I wrote about the rules of engagement among the Police here. |
AlanSugar:Its quite unfortunate, maybe the Sars guys were on illegal duty after having been paid by an individual, hence their refusal to hand over their weapons. |
soberdrunk: I hope you dey sober now and you don't drink much again. My former girlfriend, now wife, was warning me too against drinking and driving, but I did not take her seriously until I almost hit some people who were standing carelessly on the road, at a bus stop. I avoided the above mishap at the last minute as my vision was glazed through over boozing, brought about through having a meeting with some hard drinking people. Ever since the above incident, I have learnt how to hold onto one bottle of drink (not more than that) from the beginning of a meeting or function to its very end. Lol. |
boostdom:I agree that they invade private properties without warrants, but did the lGP monitoring team need to shoot to kill? Disarming the SARS team by shooting to wound should have been a better alternative, I think, except where there was exchange of gunfire between the two teams. Our Policemen need to be properly trained on the rules of engagement among them to avoid needless deaths. |
uzoclinton: Kill joy. The good book said you should rejoice when others rejoice so that you will receive your own joy too. |
omonnakoda: Twale for you. The incantation wey you dey use here really shows you are an Ogun deity adherent, but I beg softly softly ooh. When you dey talk say Ogun go use someone's blood bath in eight days time, fear catch me well well |
comos: He loves his own voice. I did not expect less from an opinionated and self-deluded person. |
Look at her wicked face ![]() Many are mad, but few are roaming. It is only a sadistic and mentally unstable person who will inflict such level of injury on a little child. We all have to be our neighbors keepers by watching out for such maltreated children and reporting to the appropriate authorities for prompt intervention. |
Diso60090: Na Policeman wey dey essential duty |
tensazangetsu20:What did you see bro, that made you draw such conclusion? |
rottennaija:Good thinking my brother. |
NwaObinkita:Thank God they did not think of such evil. Were those policemen drunk or high on something? This question might draw giggles, but I know a friend who went to the station as early as 5am, to report a case of vandalisation of his car by thieves, only to meet the Policeman on duty at the complaint desk drinking palmwine at such unholy hour! |
Blackfire: Don't over-rejoice ohh, if you do, there will be nothing for you in za other room. Lol. |
VictorAB:They will kill the pace of the game, so as to control the Cameroonians. |
Franco93:Everybody is a suspect. Joy might be involved somehow, things are not always as they appear to be. |
I am not surprised it's Aguda Ogba. The first time I drove to that area, I was shocked to see many old village-like houses set on the backdrop of a hilly terrain, on the left side when driving into there from the Ogba-Ojodu Road. I wondered then how the area with its narrow roads would cope, in the future, with increased human and vehicular traffic given that there were a lot of building projects going on on the right hand side of the place at that time. |
dfrost: Omo for this change economy, the funds used for that ceremony could transform many lives. #SayYesToPhilantrophy. |
LexngtonSteele:Have some human feeling my guy. The guy who is being physically abused by his wife is physically challenged. The group Styl-Plus asked in one of their songs titled 'Ima' (which means love in Calabar language) : 'Nigerians, where have we kept our Ima?' The above is a question we really need to find an answer to urgently, because the lack of love among Nigerians is so glaring. |
I can imagine your shame. A neighbor had a similar experience, when we were boys. Two young boys wanted to fight, one wore a Jeans short, while the other person was wearing a wrapper. We warned the boy wearing a wrapper to go put on a pair of shorts before the fight, but he refused vowing to beat the boy in jeans silly, we'll, the fight commenced and the one in shorts, knowing he will be defeated went for the stronger boys wrapper and stripped him unclad before everyone. Having been stripped unclad the naked guy tried to cover his JT with no success and ran naked under a nearby staircase and shut the door ![]() |

PointZerom:Exactly my thought. The guy jazzed her, but people who don't know that are calling the poor girl a dummy. |
yanjutomi: That is true, but the lady looks like a very lively and fun person to be with . I am sure her husband looks forward to going home to her as she can lift his spirit whenever he has had a bad day. |
ideology:You are right, what a pity. I am glad the cure for cancer has almost been found. |
Billyonaire:I sure say your face dey glitter with oil, like some of my SS brothers. Dem say oil wey dey dog meat go full drum. |
Sorry dear, but that's life. The Olympus he is supposed to enjoy has fallen, but the Op looks better put together. |
chuks013:I tire for the matter. The PPRO sounds very callous, imagine saying once they kill an armed robber they don't bother to know about his family. Now they have shot dead an innocent person and still treated his corpse with disdain because of their wrong approach in dealing with the public. Our Police Force need total overhauling and employment of suitable personnel. |
lofty900:This is a smart principle I always adopt |
iyzeek:I agree with you. There are three main vices that usually hold most men captive: Drugs, womanizing and gambling. Now, a fourth one has been added: Internet addiction and many men are under its stranglehold. Internet addiction can arise as a result of boredom, need for distraction from a heavy work schedule, plain addiction or lack of proper communication between couples due to different interests(A lawyer complained that each time he tries to discuss legal issues he encountered during the day at home with his wife, who is also a lawyer, she gets angry and reminds him that they are at home and that she does not want to discuss legal issues. The husband said he brings up such issues as a way of enhancing communication between them, but the wife would have none of that). I guess at the end of the day, the Op and her husband have to sit down and iron out the Internet addiction issue so as to have a happy marriage. |
Deseo:LOL. You are very funny and your meme describes the situation very well. |
plainmirror:If the man is telling the truth about being blackmailed by the late lady, then his best approach would have been to confess to his wife about the extra-marital affair and plead for her forgiveness, that way the late lady's threat of blackmail would have no more effect on him. Imagine selling your house to satisfy a gold digger and blackmailer who will definitely come back with more outrageous demands. ![]() |
akpamuomenka:My brother leadership is not easy, some people will encourage Buhari to release some terrorists so that the Chibok girls will be freed by boko haram, others will advise him against such move, at the end of the day the buck stops at his table. Only time can tell if Buhari will be praised for such move, above, or if he will be vilified for it. Your moniker though, had me laughing out loud ![]() |
