Lol I know I will find haters like you here cheesy

And I know I will find people like you here celebrating rubbish.

Moderators should know what they will be bringing to the front page. Enough of celebrating people we don't know their source of wealth.

What does he do? I have Google him, I still don't know the reason why he's rich. I don't know the strength of his staff, I don't know what he's paying as tax to the government but he has the gut to oppress the poor with his wealth.

If not that EFCC and the FIRS are useless, they will brim their searchlight to everyone on this list. Are those people on the list paying their staff well and are they paying their fair share of taxes.

Enough of the fallacy of generalisation. When you make that kind of strong accusation, give us instances. Don't just wake up one morning and start making up foolish accusation.

So are you all really that intelligent?

Babe! You are pretty and you are classy but you still hang out with people who don't see you as pretty and classy

If you are pretty and you are classy Osaze will say yes to a relationship with you. If you are pretty and you are classy, Toju will say yes to a relationship.

If you are not worthy of a relationship, then something is off.

Gagne wove his way through the media, players and coaches, sat down beside Puckett and asked him what he was thinking about. With deep sadness in his eyes, Puckett said, ‘If this is all there is to it, life is pretty empty.’

Puckett did follow follow. He was either forced into playing basketball or he was influenced by other people desire for basketball.

By going through that phase of his life he has learnt one thing, basketball is not one of his purpose. I remembered when I was in school, I was taught about a man who discovered bulb and I was taught that he tried different ways to make a bulb but one out of 100 ways was successful. But this was what stood out for me, my teacher said he didn't fail 99 times, he only learnt how not to do the wrong thing each time he failed.

Unhappiness is a tool to tell us something is not right. It's a self correction tool.

this is quite powerful.... for example, they say married women should not talk to other men....really?

that's one easy way to kill purpose.

Really o! There was even one news that I read on Nairaland front page, a story about a commissioner who resigned because she wants to protect her marriage. She resigned as a Commissioner!!!! A position of 4 years.

She crushes opportunities. She crushes lives that depends on her fulfilling her purposes. She crushes dreams of young girls who wants to be where she is. By doing what she did, she elevate men who never sees their wife's success as our success. Women in position of authority are rare so when any woman gets there, see it as an opportunity to inspire others.

Personally, I don't have issue with men cheating. It's your life. My issue is with women that crushes their purposes, their dreams and their ambitions because of these same men who are polygamous by nature.

It is that time for me to say this again. Your husband and children are not your only purpose in life. There are lives attached to you fulfilling your other purposes in life.

This was on the bed in a hotel I lodge in. Well I have already paid and retired to rest before I saw it, so I just cover myself with the blood of Jesus and sleep. I had a peasant sleep too, but I am still curious what that sign really is or mean.

Could it be the the cross (calvary) or something creepy?

Your knowledge please!

It's Chinese language and it means wood. Next time, screenshot and crop, then use Google photo app to search.

You opened another thread. The previous thread have been taken to the front page.

Warning : The advice that I'm about to give is not religious.

Life is short. Do you want to live it in order to please a man. Or do you want to live your life irrespective of what man think. If you are not happy in a place, it's time to leave. Don't force it. If you force it, you will struggle against your purpose in life.

Since then, it has been ups and downs.... Any where i go seek for help spritually, they point at my former boss(the distant relative), that he is the person causing this downs in my life and he is doing this to frustrate me so i can come back and work for him, which can never be possible again. I have prayed about this issue, yet... somehow the man still has a hold on me according to different pastors/spiritualists

You were led astray. After pointing out your problem, they still couldn't find the solution to your problem.

Are you the only one working in that organisation? Are you the only one complaining of missing stock? Did the person who replace you complained of any missing stock?

If you are the only one complaining, then your problem is not your boss. The problem is you. Do you drink heavily during work hours?

I came across the news earlier today though it happened two or three days ago. Personally, that's life. Evil is coming for us all. Whether you are righteous or a sinner evil is coming for us all.

Death came for TB Joshua. Death came for Adeboye's son, so will h
It come for everyone of us. Life continues. While life continues, hopefully there will be justice for the family he left behind.

There was no reason for that young lady to take his life. The reason she gave was bullshit.

Saifullah01:

In islam there is a level of modesty required of both women and men, for the women part of this requirement is the khimaar(head covering). The cap, though a good sence of islamic fashion, is not a requirement for men (just as face covering is not compulsory for women).

My comment on sence of deprivation arises from difficulty ladies who want to uphold this tenet of their faith face but are deprived of it. And as @Kobojunkie mentioned above, yea the lady can seek alternative institutions. But if we can accommodate ourselves, why not we do it.

I don't know if you can see where I am going with this but for those who can't let me break it down.

The covering of head with the hijab is a level of modesty required by man. It is cultural. Hijab emanate from the Middle East. You use it in a place that is acceptable.

When you go into a foreign environment, you learn to blend. In order not to arouse animosity, you must learn to blend into an environment you meet yourself. That is what we should teach our children. We should teach our children our spiritual belief is a personal belief and it can't be bigger than an institution.

Religion belief should be left in religion centers. Should be left at home. Should be left where it is acceptable. And should be hidden where it is not. That's what's called RESPECT.

Good point! but in islam the stipulation is a to use a "Khimaar" (a part of the hijaab) which covers the head (except the face). A beret unfortunately would not fulfill such requirements.
So you see a devout Muslim lady will fill deprived of her right (nay, her obligations) to practice her faith if forced to not wear hijaab if forced to take off her hijaab

How come the men don't feel deprived of their right when they don't wear cap to school? Why is the covering of head made compulsory for only women?

Yes please, that's my point- their strong antagonism to Muslim kids wearing hijaab to school.

Thanks for your response. Hijab is for covering of head and I know most schools have Beret that goes with their uniform. So why insist on hijab? What is wrong with the school beret?

I really want to contribute but I don't understand the issue. Why are the Christians against the use of hijab?

@Luvmijeje

You misunderstood me, just as many have done.

You wrote that I don't have their gifts, maybe. However, I do have their purpose.

To me being made a president in my church, it was so strange for me many reasons, the reasons I won't touch here. I rebelled against my church decision but my church leaders insisted that the decision wasn't theirs but divine.

I've touched so many lives in many ways you couldn't fathom. Yes, God has been wonderful.

Overall, my primary purpose isn't changing; 1. Become a known space scientist(& go on a voyage to space)
2. Become one of the greatest composers, Keyboardist & Pianist in human history.

I think that God has reached His limit for me. I want to be a genius above other geniuses, a superman, and a reference point. In honesty, I've achieved what many of my peers would only dream of, but I want more. Many have towed this path I'm about to embark on, and they were successful, so why won't I Luvmijeje?

So why won't you? It is simply because you are not ready to put in the work.

I read recently that Jeff Bozos wants to travel to the space. He doesn't have your qualification. He was simply rich. If you have the money, you can travel to space. So what have you done to achieve enough wealth to travel to space?

You want to become the greatest composer, keyboardist and pianist in history. Show us some of your works? How many have you released? How many have you worked on?

It is good to dream big but what are you doing to achieve those dreams. Someone told me that the grave is the richest place on earth. Simply because it is place full of the biggest and the best ideas. I'm not interested in your dreams. I'm interested in the tangible things you will do to achieve those dreams.

Looking for the devil before achieving those dreams in living in fools paradise.

Maxindahouse, you are an enemy of the Word of YHVH Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth. Go away, demon worshipper.

Again, I don't have the time to chase tail with you. So, maxindahouse, go and continue- to chase your own tail somewhere else. Take your anger and frustration somewhere else. Me no get the time for your bitterness. Thank you.

You have broken 3 out of the commandments What do I mean?

1. You bear a false witness (You called a human like you a Demon Worshiper)
2. You defiled the Sabbath day (You calling a human like you a demon worshipper on a Sabbath day)
3. You called God Name in vain(In bearing a false witness you called God's name)

I strongly disagreed. Social media have exposes alot of secrets. It has has forced each and every one to up our game. It has forced us outside the box. It has exposes me to a world that I didn't know existed. It has opened my eyes to Western politics. It has broadened my mind.

There is no way in hell I will go back to a world without social media. I don't know how the world survive without it.
Religion / Re: Selling My Soul To The Satan. by luvmijeje(f): 8:13am On Jun 20, 2021
God has been wonderful to me, I've always been above my peers, I could be counted as of the cleverest, however, my innermost desires aren't yet fulfilled, I wanted to be a mixture of Konstantin Tsiolkovsk, Edwin Hubble, Mozart Wolfgang and Yanni, but with the deepest regret, I am not in any way close.

You will never be close to any of this great. This is simply because you don't have their gift and you don't have their purpose. You will continue trying, trying and trying and you won't get close.

It seems like I'm cursing you. I'm not o. I just observe you are going on a fool's errand.

You want to be successful and famous like those greats but you are already mismanaging the little fame and success you have gathered. What do I mean?

After being made the President of the youths in your church, how many lives have you impacted with the gifts you have? What have you imparted into the lives of the people you are presiding over? Have you ever wondered that what you are looking for in Sokoto is in your Sokoto. What if the tools you need to be successful and famous lies in the youth you are meant to impart your gift upon?

Keep in living in fools paradise.
