The South East keep recycling the same failed Governors who have nothing to offer. They will come out here and complain that Umahi, Ugwuanyi and Ikpeazu are the worst performing Governors in the country, yet these guys win by huge margins.

The Federal Government gets 55% of Nigeria's revenues. 45% goes to States and LGs. Meaning if you elect good Governors, your lot will be better and you wouldn't have to blame Buhari for everything or plan to all travel to Lagos, Abuja and Kano.

In the South West, you can see that Ajimobi was roundly rejected for his bad performance. No amount of rigging could change the people's vote. Even in Kano, Ganduje has been rejected. No amount of rigging will bring him back. Only the South East continue to elect failed Governors but blame others for their woes.

A Nigerian drug lord was this week arrested and deported for the second time after making a mysterious return into Kenya.

According to the Department of Immigration Services, it is not clear how [b]Kelvin Adeshina Akinjiola [/b]returned to the country after being deported in 2018.

He was first expelled from the country on July 10, 2018, by Interior Cabinet Security Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i.

Adeshina was apprehended upon arrival at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, Nigeria.

“He was deported on Saturday and arrested upon arrival in Lagos, Nigeria,” Alexandra Mutesi, Director of Immigration services, said.

The suspected drug lord was arrested after Kenyan officials informed their Nigerian counterparts that he was engaged in drug trafficking.

Sources claimed a former powerful police boss unsuccessfully attempted to secure the release of Adeshina.

He is a popular figure in the city’s high-end entertainment facilities where he is usually seen with influential individuals and often dishes out money openly.

Media reports in Kenya further revealed that the illegal immigrant is usually spotted in the company of armed guards.
