I choose to believe that God made his appointment possible for a purpose which was achieved. Much of the development we see in place in the Judicial system in Lagos is due to his efforts. That was indeed the best choice for BAT and Lagos at that point in time.

Do I support his decision to contest against BAT? The truth is that we don't have an indepth knowledge of how and why he chose to do so. Sometimes, only a complete story viewed from all angles throws sufficient light into an occurrence. We can debate only on what we know.

I respect your opinion but disagree with you. Asiwaju Tinubu naturally doesn't need to bribe delegates as he is the best man for the job and the delegates know this for a fact. Furthermore, labelling him as a thief when he hasn't been convicted of stealing is quite unfortunate. I hope nobody does same to you in your life's journey.

This video trended on Social Media platforms for a while and yet no rebuttal from the VP's media team. It is Daily Trust that is now helping us to clarify that it occurred long ago and is fake news.

Methinks that the VP's team saw the traffic being generated by the video as a benefit to their Principal, as he was generating sympathy for him online and showing his supposed "class" at being able to take "political banters" with good humour.

That is because he knows he won't win, in a free and fair primaries.

Some of his comments during the live interview, especially about Tinubu was quite funny.

If someone doesn't say anything either in support or denial of a position on consensus doesn't make it binding. At the place where it really mattered, which was during the screening, the aspirant had clearly stated his position. Him further talking up the VP's law credentials as a way of putting a full stop to the matter was just baffling jare.

Even if Buhari anoints an aspirant, whoever such aspirant may be, they should all go into the field and test their popularity.

After all, the anointing should count or shouldn't it?

He hasn't faced a fraction or a fingertip of the insults that his Mentor has faced.

Is there any need for Chief Oyegun to be saying all this? This is quite mischievous.

All these surreptitious statements by certain persons keeps on generating talk and signals on the fact that there is an agenda set out to pave the way for an anointed candidate.

Amongst all the 23 contestants, it is clear that only about 4 of them have the means of pulling victory.

Amongst the 4, only one stands out. So why will someone who has the highest chance of clinching the ticket agree to a consensus arrangement that wouldn't favour him?
