truthman2012: I pity you. How did typographical mistake become an issue in the subject-matter? The missing 'l' is now your problem? Shame on you. It shows you lack defence for your misleading post.

You are so hurt because I have been able to debunk the nonsense you posted.

You are trying to feed innocent but ignorant souls with poison to take them to hell, saying something you cannot substantiate.

But come my friend, you once said you believe in the Apostles and Jesus except Paul in your thread against the anointed, Paul. How can you believe in idols (gods), Apostles and Jesus altogether. Liar.

Satan is a liar and the father of all liars like you. Smh!
Jesus is an idol if you don't know.

The Gods however are No idols...they are spirits that maintain our existence

truthman2012: You mean there is no need for references and authoritative backing? How do you want to convince anybody that what you are saying is the truth?

All of you talk about science because they can provide proof. In today's world, anything that is not provable is not acceptable to the sensible.

You think you guys can just formulate lies and expect the sensible people to believe? Why is your religion having no verifiable records. I pity the gullible.
wat reference??
Is this guy mad?

How can one give reference to the fact that The creator force is known everywhere by different names given by the people??

Its like looking for reference that food goes to the stomach

I already gave examples.
Gaia, Olodumare, Chukwu, Brahma, Ubangiji, Ptah etc. all the God of creation (in different cultures and languages), the first body of consciousness that begat all other forms of consciousness

If that's not reference enough for u then you have a mental problem

Splinz: Hahaha...joke of the century. There's no salvation in any name other than Jesus. This fact attests to the many miracles in His name throughout the world. Jesus- the greatest physician.
The name "Jesus" only exists in the English speaking world.

it had to take Anglos to corrupt a Greek name, which in turn is a name of a man that never existed

1ord: Nope propaganda is driven by news networks and not scientific findings.I understand your trying to defend african like education but there is no denying it .Fact is development wise Africa is slow because african styled education is sorta primitive.Yes the west had hut houses but now they have skyscrappers. Africa had hut houses why cant we transition to the next phase ? and copy our western counter parts . Look at south korea after their civil war with the north they used the western format in rebuilding their societies and now they are one of the largest econmies in the world(with over a trillion dollars . What is more truthful the earth is spherical or oduduwa created the earth with a chicken(I have forgotten the Yoruba myth but it goes something like that).Truths are facts and from what i know african like education is not factual, without facts there will be no development without development we will still be living in mud houses and pounding twin babies(akwa ibom). People should pls get with this script or are y'all still learners?
You type I have come across many times.

The bold is Africa's problem, copy...we try to copy the West and forget our heritage. Korea that u mentioned never copied the West, they built on their heritage

It is only Africa that watever comes from abroad is rated the highest. We hate ourselves, how can the world see anything good in Africa when Africans don't see anything good in Being African.

I blame Foreign religions tho.

You talk of oduduwa creating earth with a chicken...yes, Oduduwa did. If you don't understand the story that's your problem

Ifa patakis are not like Bible stories

Every civilization in the world talks about creation with symbolism.. It's ur problem if you can't decode symbolism

There's absolutely nothing primitive about African education. The West learnt from Africa

truthman2012: ''None of the Gods has a name'' coming from you again after you have said the name of God of Creation is Olodumare? You need deliverance from satanic manipulation because your brain seems to have been tampared with by your gods.

So if you are asked what is the name of your God, what will your answer be?

Why do you get angry when Ogun, Sango, Oya etc are insulted as they are not the names of any god? Why are their worshipers called them by names to identify them if they have no name?
Smh. This guy stop ur illiteracy and go to ur ancestors.

Find peace with them and let their spirit lead you to greater consciousness.
Christianity Etc › Re: ESU: The Sacred Child Of Heaven by macof(m): 2:06pm On Aug 22, 2014
truthman2012: You guy once said he has no name and now it is Olodumare. Your case is pathetic. O mase o!

Besides, you have no proof to support your claim. Smh!
1. "He" is technically incorrect as the creator force has no gender, or feminine/masculine energies. It is balanced as the source of all things
2. The creator force has no name, it's identity is it's nature
3. Humans assign names to it, as they must call it something
4. Different cultures and languages call it by different names eg. Gaia (Greek), Olodumare (Yoruba), Buri (Norse/German), Chukwu (Igbo), Ptah (Egyptian) etc.

PAGAN9JA: Yemoja is not a mermaid first of all. Yemoja doesnt literally live inside the water.

Yemoja is the water. Yemoja is the Spiritual parallel of fluid bodies.

Their abode doesnt necessarily need a name. some cultures provide the spiritual realm a name, some dont.

Heaven was probably an old English/Saxon Pagan name for the abode of the Gods.

however abrahamic religions corrupted the term, and made it into a physical place where good people go, have their desires fulflled, 72 virgins, etc.
Heaven to muslims is where their must intimate desires are fulfilled.
Free wine, free milk, free Virgins

While Christians have gold..even the streets of heaven is pure gold to these dummies

How can a soul be after things of men??

When you die, gold, wine, sex means nothing anymore...ur earthly addictions can only drive u to multiple incarnations not that you can have them after death

These people need strong help
Christianity Etc › Re: ESU: The Sacred Child Of Heaven by macof(m): 1:47pm On Aug 22, 2014
truthman2012: Esu is a name. Sango, Ogun, Oya, Osun, Obatala, Olodumare etc are names but only the God of creation, according to you has no name. How does that tally with commonsense?

Can you provide proof to support your claim? I know you cannot, the next thing is resort to abuses.
See why I call u illiterate
basic knowledge you don't have

Olodumare is the creator force, as Chukwu is this same force known to ancient Igbo
You say you have people in ur family worshiping Sango.
You don't know Sango
You don't know Olodumare
You don't even know Yoruba words
You are not a Yoruba but a slave to the Jews
Complete Jewish slave that's wat u are
Christianity Etc › Re: ESU: The Sacred Child Of Heaven by macof(m): 11:48am On Aug 22, 2014
truthman2012: You mean you don't know the name of the God of creation even in your language?

Common sense cannot be a source of spiritual things just like physical (common) eyes cannot see spirits. Religious Custom if not documented is not believable to those who do not belong to that custom. It is not right for you to say anything you cannot evidence, infact so far, you have no evidence for your claims.
The God of creation has no name. Humans assign whatever names they feel befitting
Gods are named by Men...that is why the force of balance is called Esu in Yoruba, but Ekwensu in Igbo

Common sense is a gift from the Gods, a gift that enables us understand the universe around us.
If you can't use this gift then you can't understand a thing about "Spiritual"

Your type is religious not spiritual.

You are basically feeding of wat people tell u

spirituality is having ur own knowledge through search and experience
Where religion of ur kind is taking words of men down without questioning

truthman2012: Where do your gods live?
Illiterate rock worshiper.

Gods don't "live" anywhere like humans live in a house

Gods are present in every single corner of the universe...they operate from the spiritual realm which is simply the "Unseen" plain of existence
The "Seen" which is basically The physical realm is a manifestation of their Operations

A parallel by which each act as an effect on both sides

2cato: Can sombody tell me the difference btw Esu and satan?
1. Esu is the force of balance between Negative and Positive
2. Esu is omnipresent
3. Esu exists

Satan is none of that

truthman2012: You are actually a child of esu (satan) as the way you think and talk reflect that. I have no time for people like you anymore. What fellowship has light with darkness.
This guy you are an ILLITERATE.
You have problems reading and comprehending

Read the OP, that's a Man vast in Ifa studies that explained Esu is nothing like ur non-existent Satan
Esu is not Satan.

Satan doesn't exist.

It's jst a pity you are an illiterate, I would have sat down this night to teach you a little about what you don't know

lepasharon: Why did the Yoruba language make esu to mean the biblical satan?..
It was Ajayi crowther

He was a Christian looking for cheap converts
Christianity Etc › Re: ESU: The Sacred Child Of Heaven by macof(m): 8:12pm On Aug 21, 2014
truthman2012: @Op

I can see the reason why you were vehemently opposed to Apostle Paul. As I said there, nobody with the Spirit of the true God would accuse Paul the way you did. This is just by the way.

Esu is only a god to the Yoruba idolaters, not known in other parts of Nigeria and the world. He is not the God of creation and his operations are limited to an enclave. He is known for vices and not virtues.
You are a big illiterate.

Go to USA, Cuba, Brazil, Trinidad and Tobago, Ghana, Togo, Benin jst to mention a few
There are many worshipers of Esu

Now going away from the name "Esu"
Esu is,known in many cultures with different names like Loki, Mercury and Hermes in Europe.
Ekwensu in Igboland
And many others I don't even know

Esu is not exclusively Yoruba, Esu is a universal spirit

Ok. I agree

It all boils down to a fault in the system
Culture › Re: Were Igbos Really The Only Historical Cannibals In Nigeria? by macof(m): 7:37pm On Aug 21, 2014
Every culture in the world practiced cannibalism at one point

But OP, cannibalism was not against any moral code back in these times.

even now, Yoruba Obas are said to eat the heart of their predecessor...I don't know if it still holds but Obaship rites are very important to us Yoruba, so I believe it still holds

It all boils down to the people's mentality

each culture should be respected
