Always talk and rhetoric. It's a long road ahead. Folks need to come to terms with the reality and make really smart moves. If you expect Tinubu or anything to get any better soon, or the Naira to recover anytime soon; first ask yourself: What does Nigeria produce that it exports heavily in good measure? What? What? If your only answer is oil, better not feel assured by Tinubu or anybody. That's the reality. I hate to sound pessimistic but I'm a realist. |
Boogyman557:How much is a wrap of weed in your area now? |
One of the lessons learnt from the Biafran war was the sheer ingenuity of the Easterners. Men and women with no formal training manufactured functional equipment out of nothing. They made guns, bombs, farm instruments etc. At the end, did anyone see the value of their talents post civil war Nigeria? Nope. Their talents were buried and forgotten. So, who will support this kid? |
Alex reports brother don learn work finish. |
sheeda995:No. You didn't get it. I meant, your concern is mainly change of oil and filter, which you do like once in three months. Not like in Naija where every week you're at the mechanic shop changing either shaft or bowl joints or exhaust pipe....or some funny parts of your car. And you know, most mechanics would have set you up on that. |
Some people will just come online and start asking very foolish questions. And they ask it because they're too idle and knows a lot of Nigerians have free time to entertain their idleness because d3m sabi talk. Japa this, japa that...everywhere. Tell me how Nigeria is a great place for human habitation presently? In what sense? Is it the mosquito nuisance? NEPA? Generator? Poor Healthcare? Poor education? Poor leadership? Unemployment? Inflation? I can go on and on and on.... One of the flimsiest reasons which I've now come to regard as valuable is the Nigerian car mechanic. Do you know that, in most western countries, all you need to do virtually year round is change your car oil and you're good. In Naija, mechanics will make sure they have you coming to their shops to fix one thing or the other every other week. And they do this on purpose, till they wreck your car. Keep asking funny questions. |
So, had Nigeria won the cup, na so dem for embarrass us? This shows that Nigeria was never serious about winning anything. |
The greater tragedy is, despite the glaring incompetence and its occasioned hardship in Nigeria now, if given a chance, these set of people will still connive to rig Tinubu into power, again and again. There's no remorse once money is involved. |
Very funny country. What are they going to do when Nigeria produces nothing? The hardship in the country is a reflection of the long years of stupidity and whole mono dependence on oil. Besides oil, what does Nigeria export? |
Tayorshd87:I will ask you 2 simple questions and they should have answers but, I don't expect you to answer them because you may not confront the truth as you answer them. Number 1- Does Nigeria or Lagos state pay all it's pensioners timely? And, do they all get their dues or rightly upgraded to meet.present living standards? Number 2 - Do you know Lagos state is rich enough to create a welafarist program that sees to it that its citizens receive some monthly income or bi weekly which should aim at cushioning the effect of the hardship? In organized societies, that's commonplace. Do you know why it looks impossible in Nigeria? 1, Lack of goodwill 2, No cohesion 3, wickedness, 4, Lack of know-how All these are pointers to Lack of organization. Try and answer those questions in your mind. |
With style, people have begun to eat rat. May God help us. |
All na talk. We all know Nigeria isn't well organized to follow these talks to the latter. |
Na now I confirm say this Eedris na Devil's agent. I remember way back in 2002 or 2003, in every interview this very Eedris granted then; be it on radio or TV, he won't hesitate to call out 2face, telling him to go solo. Shortly after, 2face left his group. So, what's Eedris saying now? Speaking from both sides of his mouth. The sad thing is, most of these guys, despite the passage of time never really grew up. They're just there, hanging, very much the same as they were in the past...just grey hairs and zinc crusted teeth. |
It's 3. Simple. |
Abeg who's this girl? What's her name? |
chiiraq802:Your observation is spot on. I said same thing in a similar thread years ago and was bashed by myopic folks. Na hungry citizens get cars and energy to drive road. Right? With the insane level of hunger in the land, every right thinking govt, from the state to tye federal should be concerned or engaged with creating poverty alleviating programs or schemes at the moment. That same money they use for constructing roads and stadium should be used to save souls first. That's the very normal thing to do presently. |
It's either food or sex in Nigeria. Or football and music! What are we inventing to enrich our export? |
ppogba:You go think say you make sense. Right? If you form aggression, you don win point. Abi? |
Stupidity, ignorance and lack of goodwill. Maybe it's an African thing. What did the government take home from the Climate Change convention in Saudi? Nothing. The least they can do is to commence on a tree planting program all over Lagos or all over Nigerian cities. Tree covers absorb 70% of CO2 incident rays of the sun, releasing cooler O2 which cools the land and homes. This is a basic truth. Instead, what we have is people still cutting trees unchecked, adding more CO2 to the atmosphere which makes everywhere hotter. |
Esinwaju:You saw what I saw. They were simply overwhelmed by all the Nigerian and World attention heaped on them. Not everyone has that discipline or maturity to handle such pressure at the highest level. Beyond their individual talents. It exposed the strength of their psyche and how fragile their character was when stretched overnight. They didn't even want to play that match. They wanted it quickly done with and carry their SM trophy. They need psychologists. |
Can anybody tell me why they don't deserve to lose? They've been training on SM and celebrating the final ahead of time. There's need for top notch psychologists to be included in their coaching staff. |
If this man understands Nigerians, he had better tuck himself and his family away from the social media space. If anything goes wrong in the next match, Nigerians will quickly forget about his wonders and tactics and troll him like fever. |
PlushyRealtor:That's stating the obvious. |
That's why it's never right to raise a foolish pikin. Once they're teenagers, make sure you teach your sons how to identify wife material and how to stay away from a girl meant for the streets. It's very important. |
E be like Alexreports don carry hookup go AFCON. |
Nigerians celebrate aggression. This is the only country where this sick, depraved slogan will catch on. |
As a politician, it's not easy to stay wealthy if you live in Abuja. The stray slay mama's there alone can render you broke. |
I remember the day these teenagers made history as a kid. The joy and jubilation can't be described with words. Jonathan's goal was more than classic and sent a message to the whole world at the time. It's really tragic that in Nigeria today, our best days seem to be stories from the past. Really tragic. |
Artscollection:Lol. Your sense of humor is killing. "Ayam a writer" Lol. |
Happynew2024:Start with "I'm" correctly spelled. |
hstar:Thank you so much. And, I wish you the very best and the fulfillment of your heart's desires this year. Amen. |
