As it stands, the huddling business man in Nigeria pays more taxes than necessary and never complains but instead of increasing utility taxes, why not impose a higher “luxury” tax. Electricity should not be a luxury regardless of your geographical location.

There is this guy I just recently started talking to. He's very good looking and intelligent and dresses well. He is my type and we have so many interests in common. 1- mandate all public buildings in Nigeria to have an accessible entrance and exit for disabled people

2- start a national scheme where disabled people can get special parking permit and mandate all public offices to have Atleast 5 designated parking spot close to the building for disabled people.

3- start a program to provide some level of employment for disabled people and also provide technical skills for those that can work.
