I got whole loads of features/ideas, that can sanitize NL, and same time earn as twice as it is currently earning.. But Seun looks so unbothered, and it hurts, as a fellow Nigerian..
We could be having the biggest forum in Africa with NL, but NO, they won't seat up cry cry

I beg of you dragnet pass this msg to your boss, and fix up this site..
14 YEARS counting, It's all potentials, ONLY potentials NL got.. Now looking more like Balotelli of Italy or Nermar of PSG, the potential Balon d'or winner who left Barcelon/Messi to take the crown, but now being upstaged in his own team by a 19 year old Mbape.
.
BACK TO THE MATTER
While we hope the management of NL act on the suggestions above, I think established and trusted Deal Hunters moniker with clean sheet should be posted on the front page of this thread, this will go a long way to help new comers...

This thread is getting to its 1000th page, but the idea behind the thread is gradually being derailed, It is to get gadgets at good deal prices as compared to major markets like computer village, ibadan, anambra and co, only a few posters are currently sticking to it.............currently its marketers from this markets that have swarmed the thread................ If it were possible to limit the pickers and hunters to some specific active monikers, this would be helpful as the thread is gradually going viral

Please lets all stick to the original Idea behind the thread...........If u have AIN device pls o post better deal prices.....

There's nothing like that, hanti. wink As long as pickers don't discriminate when you send them deals and money to pickup or order for you, ANY BODY can become a new dealer on this thread, in particular, and Nairaland Technology Market, in general.

ON THIS THREAD, THE ONLY RULE THAT NEEDS TO BE CONSTANTLY ENFORCED IS THAT THE DEALS MUST BE FROM THE USA PICKERS WE ALL KNOW/USE (AND MUST BE VERIFIABLE, IF THE NEED ARISES), AS THE TITLE OF THE THREAD SAYS. THAT IS, ONLY TLC DEALS AND TLC DEALS THAT BECOME AIN DEALS, SHOULD BE ALLOWED HERE
As in this rule should be strictly enforced.

It is just a matter of time, the effect of xenophobia will take its toll on the earnings of MTN. Many Nigerians have moved away from their network to other network.
The effect of xenophobia can only take a hugh toll on mtns business if a very high ranking Nigerian in Givernment makes an unguided pronouncement....,,The south africans have already done the necessary damage control..........Mtn knows this business far better than their competitors......It is very hard to just give up ur number of 10-15years because of xenophobia that does not have any close relation to you.....I guess u might be doing this from an mtn subscribed line......If u port from mtn, who will you move to, is it glohuhhuh? Big thumbs up to yok......Msci is gradually removing their hands from Guinness..... The after effect would be felt fervently around Dec2020 and Jan 2021...... when they have finished selling... They are privy to certain info we have not gotten...... I can remember how they gradually sold off forte oil....... After they finished selling, so many news on fo started appearing in the media like otedola in molue, otedola contesting for governorship, otedola vie for controlling stake in dangote refinery distribution.......The last price I believe msci sold off is around #60.after their exit price drop Yakata to #16........and bargain hunters are waiting for it at sub #10.

I now believe there are mechanisms in place to ensure fpi do not loose so much to this market..... I have to say it is not fair

A QUICK NOTE.

Once I can spare the time, I shall do a review of why I believe that 11 PLC(formerly Mobil oil plc) is a SELL @ the current market price of N140.
...all key investment and analytical tools are presently pointing to that FACT.
Adjusting for the requisite risk premium(surrounding + near term impact), my FVE should peg @ approx N95.70

Best to KEY into the duo of FORTE OIL and/or CONOIL PLC @ their current equity prices, which have strong and wide drive with plausible returns(risk-adjusted value behind the price in view) if u wish to align with coys in the oil & gas space.

Pls do well to be guided accordingly.
Sir, not that I doubt u but with goings in this market 11(Mobil) can easily do 100% on the right news than conoil and forte oil together......

dealhunter:
Hello bro, collect that phone, refund him and move on with ur life!55k small gan!!!you can get d phone fixed or sell it as part, you will still get small change,in d race of life,we cannot win all d battle.. Deal hunting is not easy as people think, buy an items you have no or little knowledge about is a risk, sending money to d persons you have never met is a huge risk..just have it in mind that I assuming you buy that phone for urself without selling it as TLS and d phone have those issues d buyer raised, are you going to kill yourself!

Mr Bode from qdvl is my witness, I refunded my tlc S8 buyer 65k on Saturday without even know what could be the issue with d phone....

The imei check shows d phone was unlocked, but when d phone arrived Lagos, d buyer check d phone, but to my surprise,d phone was locked to sprint,I offer to unlock it for my buyer,I contacted cybertech and he billed me 2k,i told him to go ahead,he unlocked d and d buyer confirmed it....the next day,d buyer contact me again complaining that d network is going and coming on d phone,he sent several messages demands a refund,he even gave 3 people my phone number!..

I told him to return d phone to Mr Bode where he picked it,that was on Saturday, I even got to Mr Bode,s house before him,we have to wait for him, when he came,I checked the phone and I don't even know why d phone network was coming and going, I just collected d phone because a good name is better than Gold and silver and to afford unnecessary disturbances with calls and messages...I transferred 65k in Mr Bode presence and d buyer got d alert...

Sometimes 6 month ago,I refunded buyer from this forum 220k,2 iphone 7+,d phone was locked to at/t,last 2 month,i got like 4 fail pick from Daaz in a week, heaven did not fall...I don buy 2 icloud locked phones for myself,I bought d 2 phones close to 100k and I sold it 30k as part! I bought crack S9+ from lionee,I sold it @ 65k loss, the struggles still continues...

So,bro refund that guy and move on with ur life.....I just noticed something: those that buys from deal hunters for people,na them they get strong head, any small issue like this,to get their client money is their no 1 priority!
I have only one issue.......the deal hunting market is yet to reflect the true nature and value of the market, everyone is just hooked on the premium value evokes by the product they are selling and forget that they don't sell manufacturers warranty.................for instance in most market eg Alaba, u get the "non tested" section rediculously cheap but experience has guaranteed me it works 75% of the time.......then u get the tested section that is more expensive ........then I don't patronize that section because I never like Nigerian technicians working on my gadgets cos they are not careful................

In summary I'm saying deal hunting prices still need to come down a bit more, then we buyers will be more willing to accept the caveats associated with the products we buy

PhonesRe: How Can You Rationally Justify Spending N600,00 On A Phone? by maishai: 1:05pm On Sep 29, 2019
GeoAfrikana:
We work hard to earn money, so it's rational for us to spend our money on only products/services that (we believe) will add value to our lives.

Yesterday, I heard of a phone that costs #600k. The first question that came to my mind was:

what will I enjoy from this phone that my Google Pixel won't give?

So I decided to throw this question to the house.

How can you rationally justify spending #600k on a phone?

Thanks.
It was this type of thinking that got muritala assassinated, today every Nigerian cries that senators and even lg chairmen are busy buying fortified g-class and armoured Amg's, these phones are not meant for you therefore the marketers do not target you hence your rational reasoning.........The people these phones are meant for change them every 18 months ....every other person using such phones are wannabes

Most cement companies have actually done well this year in terms of capital appreciation(except for Dangcem -reasons not far fetched).Even ccnn has moved from10+ to 17 just this year, though units slightly bloated now,the company is also not doing bad, with huge market dominance in African countries close to the northern region.
The amount of money pumped by the government into construction ,housing usually reflects/impacts on corresponding stocks on NSE, unlike agriculture where amount pumped into it hardly reflects on corresponding stocks, on NSE,if not livestock feeds, okomu, presco should be doing better than what we are seeing presently.

This year might actually be the "Cement year" grin
Agri business has been corned by the big boys of this world, the likes of cargill, archer&daniels, mosanto, Bayer, BASF.............The likes of flourmills, olam and dangote cannot take this guys on....... that is why i keep sifting info to find out if the likes of these guys are taking positions in our Nigerian companies............Take a look @ what mondolez is doing with cadbury.......I hardly see people drink bournvita, bulk of the cacao beans are exported to get the profits......I atimes imagine just mosanto or BASF aquire a controlling stake in okomu os presco, trustme if u see the stock for #1000,u will thank God
