Nothing in your Economy plan.....creates jobs and opportunities. Your plan is like curing diarrhea with dry fasting. you will stop the diarrhea but you will kill the person as well. Nigeria's economy is like playing 4 dimensional chess...... 1-You need to create opportunity. 2-You need to protect the currency from devaluation and also stop capital flight. 3-You need a more even wealth distribution to the middle class. 4-You need to promote and reward hardwork and contribution. 5-You need to curb smuggling to protect locally produce goos and taxed the imports so that the bourgeoise can have their stuff albeit at a high price. 6-You need to setup up a commodities board where local farmers can can bring their produce, like corn, beans, yam sorghum, cattle, goats and then the federal government should seek to export these to neighboring countries.That way you take the burden off the local farmer.If he produces 2 trailers of corn the board will buy it from him automatically and then the board can sell 1 million trailers of corn to any country abroad we have bilateral relationship with...These weill send all the graduates to the farm. 7-Government officials should start patronizing made in Nigeria Goods only. This is the best thing that can happen to Nigeria Private individual 500k Corporate 5million Anything else electronic card/transfer....... Nigeria cannot progress when you can take 100 million to buy a house without anyone knowing the source of the money ?? You take 80 million to buy G-Wagon...no one knows if you are a kidnapper....If you have nothing to hide,do electronic transfer lets trace the money, Only Kidnappers that accept transfers will be in business, lets see how many of them remain We have to know where the money is coming from and going to. BreconHills:You make a lot of valid points: 1-Talking about releasing foreign reserve into the economy....That wouldn't crash the dollars trust me, there is a lot of unaccounted for naira in Nigeria system.I have attached a table showing remittances to Nigeria from abroad every year thats in billion of dollars. Thats enough to keep the naira boosted. The only way we can justify the low N.aira value is counterfeit or printing money straight from CBN and storing it in warehouses then changing them to dollars on the black market. Trust me, i dont know you....but money is being printed without fiscal accountability either by the government or counterfeiters. If the government cannot control and account for the cash in the system, no amount of salary increases or jobs will provide relief to the ordinary citizens .

BreconHills:[b]1-The American currency cannot be easily manipulated like that.....their highest security system protects 2 things...The president and the U.S Dollar. 2-IF you do not know that there are people in Nigeria printing counterfeit Naira into the system, then you are just being naive. 3-The government cannot increase the amount of dollars just like that (its easier for them to increase or decrease naira, thats the currency they can control) Our government is taking on debts and depleting foreign reserve to get USD.Even they dont have dollars....Any dollar anywhere in the world has to be justified (where is it coming from and where is it going to) 4-Imagine a syndicate printing 200 million Naira everyday, that might be what Nigeria is dealing with.....There are a lot of people on social media flaunting wealth without any known source of business or job.....Most likely they are counterfeiting currency. Open your eyes, there is a lot going on in Nigeria, Don't forget Naira is printed in NSPMC Jos, by human beings locally. The crooks are ahead of the government, the government has to take drastic moves.... The different quarters complaining now are people with 500 million naira ay home and they can take it to the bank.....If you observe a lot of real estate prices have crashed since the government announced new currency.....criminals are trying to launder cash. I strongly believe there is intelligence report on some individuals stashing naira at home....... Lets say for example candidate A has 100 billion cash at home for election mobilization....... Candidate B has 150 billion cash as well..... The only way to make the election as free and fair as possible is to neutralize all that cash...... Let the voting be one man one PVC.
