again, not impressed. Wake me when they've followed him to prison! Bunch of shameless follow follows! It's no wonder they lack the willpower to bring forth the change that we desire. Why do the susceptible and @$$lickers get into power again?! |
My only regret is that they even took that bipolar loud mouthed clown seriously as to dignify him with a response! FFK is proof that even Cambridge cannot instil common sense and morals regardless how much English they teach! You don't expect the foolish to have wisdom! How are we even sure it wasn't FFK and his cohorts who orchestrated the kidnap to give the Fulani a bad name? They'd have known all along that there's a chance they could sever the Yoruba-Hausa ties if they can succesfully create a tribal divide. What better way to achieve such than to kidnap a Yoruba chieftain? That Falae may even have a hand in his own kidnap. It's naija, don't trust anyone. That said they on their part should caution their members against ravaging people's farmlands. They should live and let's live. Our leaders aren't helping the situation either, everyone has kept mum over the issue as though all is well. That's how they'll remain until it escalates into a full scale war. Buhari should wage into the matter and ask them to respect the farmers and communities. I'm sure they'll lend hin listening ears as one of their own. |
And the disregard for laid down rules continues. MTN don see us finish for this country. It's never done so anywhere that an organisation has a say on how much it pays as fine. Well, I blame it on the NCC; they must have been receiving bribe to look the other since long. Now MTN think that it's going to be business as usual forgetting that the dwindling oil prices means that government seeks alternative means of raising revenue. Unfortunately for them, there's way too much interest in this one to let it slide one more time! Pay up in full or fold up! |
Senator Ben Bruce though. Japheth just nailed it there. |
dungas30:I doubt if you even know Plateau State better than I do. Besides, I did say "a place"... or does that mean the same thing as the whole of Plateau to you? Ask around what happens in Kurgwi, Quanpa'an LGA, then come state whether I was lying or not. |
LordMecuzy:No I'm not. Only, I happen to know so many igbo folks. I grew up among Igbos of different backgrounds and am friends with many. Not once before have I met a hate-filled igbo. All they are concerned about is to be successful. They all are purpose driven, creative, forgiving, happy and go getters. In fact, most are go-to persons in the communities that they reside. Only recently have I started hearing of this different breed of Igbos that I wonder from where they may have descended. The likes of Nnamdi Kanu and a majority of these people online give Igbos a bad name. It is more painful seeing as they don't constitute even 10% of the Igbo population. They give the wrong impression. |

Plateau youths and drugs! I know a place where igbo is hawked in the open and in trays like people do bread. A policeman dared not come close, otherwise he's killed and dumped in some bush. Ever seen father and son taking Igbo and getting high? Ever harboured thoughts of a married man bringing home another lady to f#ck right in the presence of his wife with doors left wide open? Come to Plateau, you will see wonders! |
This man's stock has been on the rise lately. For whatever reasons, sir, carry go. That your wife over fine. Please endeavour to have a child or two with her. Her kind is too good to be wasted! |
Hope it'd be used for that which it was earmarked. |
Demmocrats:I meant to write "ascribed"... sorry about the error made. |
. OP, you go hear am today! I hope that you are ready for the myriad of insults that will flood in? How dare you speak ill of he that has come to deliver us; our very own Moses? ![]() Going by just numbers, IPOB cannot claim to represent Anambra, small a state in the SE as it is, let alone the entire Igbo nation. I'm sure that Nnamdi thought in his mind, errrr... what better way to be famous and endear myself to miscreants than to champion the Biafran cause seeing as there's a vacancy to be filled. How much does it cost to open a Facebook or twitter account sef? Well, I can run a radio frequency even from my garage. An albino gotta make a name for himself mehn. No time for stigmatisation! It's really bad when you're bald and cannot ascertain your race. Low self esteem can drive people to do crazy things for fame. |
Liars in power! That's double wahala. The military has seriously become a joke. Wonder why they'll engage in propaganda at all. And you tell me they are doing something differently? You mean asides gulping so much defence budget? Something tells me that the military doesn't want this to end...how else will they feed fat on allowances? |
. Conji na bastard! Some people sef, they meet today, and f#ck today today like ducks! Whatever happened to decorum? If just three weeks is all the time that one needs to stray, then, I fear we are headed for moral corruption. Buhari should investigate those as well. I especially feel sorry for the man who married that whorish who..re. |
Wish you a happy home, lady! temitemi1:And so she's in the news, u just noticed. Please allow people to bask in their ascribed status. Work hard, one day, your hustle will pay, and then you'll be in the news so you know the feeling. |
Rochas be saying it as it is like he's "the Truth" from the "let it shine" movie. Most Igbos living outside Igbo land are peaceful and well behaved. It is those who haven't any hopes of leaving the SE that spread hate speech like their success depends on it. It incites people against them and makes them lose the little sympathy they may have had. Public opinion goes a long way. Abi you go insult me today, come beg for food tomorrow. Who go attend you? Me? |
... my point exactly! It's hard for anybody else to match Jonathan's ineptitude. Nobody in their right senses will say that stealing is not corruption. No sane person will say "how much money did Nwobodo steal? "Money not up to the price of Peugeot car" I mean, no right thinking person will oversee Nigeria's most successful years revenue wise and still amass the amounts of debts GEJ has, even to the point of struggling to pay Salaries. No leader can ever polarize Nigeria along ethnic and religious lines like he has. Nigerians are saner, nobody is crazy enough to usurp GEJ in these glorious positions. To better these "achievements", one has to resurrect Mohamed Suharto a Nigerian! |
Nice Move! This man is about to restructure the NCS like never done before. May God guide you aright! Watch the meal you eat before some disgruntled elements whose "means of livelihoods" your approach may block poison you. |
And the blame game begins. He's wrong to not have informed you before. But seeing how you're reacting, one can't help but think he did the right thing. He knew all along that you'll try to influence things in favour of your party. And if I may ask, please, what exactly is this change mantra these people are preaching? I still have yet to see anything being done differently asides over at the NNPC. If anything, Mr president sounds like it's a GEJ regime all over again; "Nigeria is broke", "we cannot afford to pay ministers"...the repetitive song is damn irritating. And I ask, if you can't even afford to pay 36 ministers, should the youths dare harbour any thoughts of employment by this government at all? |
Lol. Comedy. These people may have codedly taken to offering comic relief as a way of assuaging the almost two decades of pains they have inflicted on Nigerians. That's the only logical explanation of their insanity. |
Joke's on them. After Buhari don receive the confirmation list? Some leaders are clowns and pranksters! |
engrfcuksmtin:Amen! |
Why do people not seem to understand cyclical fluctuations? Do you even understand the concept of business cycle? Much as you may want to blame the present regime for the current woes, not much would have been done by any other to salvage the situation in such a short space of time. Give them ample time, then your accusations will stand valid. These sectors are only responding to shocks from dwindling oil revenue. It's funny, but in Nigeria, oil revenue serves to fuel even these other sectors of the economy. A kind of positive relationship exists between oil revenue and growth of other sectors of the Nigerian economy. In the long run (if we aren't all dead ), the economy will adjust to the shocks and things will pick up again. Meanwhile, monetary policies have never really been hugely effective in an economy as ours, the govt needs to support with fiscal ones to arrest the continued fall. |
A female Youth Corps member in the early hours of Today, Wednesday, 4th November, died in her sleep at the Enugu orientation camp. Cause of her death still has not been ascertained, but activities in the camp have been suspended till further notice. The deceased who lost her mum, reported late for camp owing to her staying back for the burial, which was conducted last week. On reaching the orientation camp, she was initially rejected over late coming but was later considered and registered for the service year. Some drugs are said to have been found in her bag. Lord rest her soul! |
Even their elites do not support it, much less Britain. It's disgruntled elements, the gullible, the susceptible, the naive and the never-do-wells who haven't anything of note to call their own that carry the matter on their head like Nnamdi Kunu's bald head. What good is the Biafran struggle to a successful Igbo businessman with stakes in Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt? Na that kind man want leave behind him empire just so to venture into the unknown? Dem never jam! |
Kachikwu is working. Baba should just leave this man double as both GMD and minister of petroleum. Nigerians would have seen wonders. Especially concerning things they told us will never work. |
Mr president today, while receiving the list of the successfully screened ministers-designate, reiterated his desire for some ministers to operate without portfolios. Is this a good or bad move? Kindly share your thoughts on the president's proposal below. Cc lalasticlala |
Sadly. Truth is, the military has been compromised. It will take a deep cleansing to rid the NA of saboteurs. Most of them na sell outs! There are way too many bottlenecks hindering successful information gathering and dissemination as regards flushing the BH out. It takes the collaboration of an insider to achieve the unprecedented level of success the BH has had against the NA. One day... |
It's not exactly a "back to square one" thing. First, you need to understand that they rainy season is over. Normally, power generation doubles in summer due to increase in dams levels which results in a higher push force. Again, much as power generation has improved in terms of megawatts, this increase isn't matched by an increase in the number of transformers or related. Some areas lack light due to overload; others, due to faults in cables and poles/pole wires. These are issues that may take time to iron out. We cannot really say for sure whether they have positively impacted lives or not until mid way through their tenure. As for my area and environs, we still get light on average of 23 hours a day. Sadly, the same cannot be said of every other place. |
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Provided Kachikwu is doing well as GMD, why change him at all? I was happy when I saw he was shortlisted as a minister-designate thinking he will double as a minister and a GMD. A move which will have made him more powerful than any GMD ever was. That way, he would have influenced things his way and made positive impacts as it would mean there isn't any force at loggerheads with him. It'd be such a shame if this news were to be true. On the other hand, this could be a sensational write up conjured up to create division and further polarize Nigerians along the North-South dichotomy. |
ID!ATS! Truth is, those South African companies don see us finish. They flout rules as though they are pleas. That's how sometime back, DSTV disregarded court orders by refusing to review down their subscription fees which was pending an injunction. See it as you may, but no sane country will allow such disrespectful acts in her backyard let alone a frontal one as these. They must pay up or fold up, there's only one way out! |
The party is boss. Good for him that he now realises his place. There are certain things that money cannot buy you at however much price. |
