Well, Jonathan sold Nigeria(170m people) for less--a return to Otuoke/a possible sojourn to Kirikiri. |
Never knew they dreaded him this much. He must truly be a lion. The epithet, "lion of Ubima" must have had an effect on their psyche. They may come in one direction but will flee in a thousand ways. The look on his face alone is enough to send shivers down their spine. The guy is that fiery! Their only grouse with him has always been, "he betrayed our own." Bunch of nincompoops! |
Good luck to him in his future pursuits. Security operatives should keep an eye on this one though. Where the army does not find him useful, the enemy might. |
Shey this media when dem no get news will fabricate tales just to keep us interested. I sure say even Satan for don forget say the man dey exist. When the bible warned us to be wary of end time men of God, I get the feeling that they were referring to this man! |
Enahi:Unfortunately for you, it's not up to you to decide! @topic, The reports, a week ago about Fashola's portfolio being the minister of works sounds more realistic. |
It's the same person jor... abi unna no know say Buhari hurricane wound him grammar join? His grammatical issues is the aftertaste of defeat! ![]() |
It's not as though they stand on a morally higher ground than the nominees. Gerrarahere jor! |
Spot on. Not just them, all these pressure groups seek no collective goals but individual. They intimidate today in hopes of getting enough meal to sustain them for sometime, and when it finishes, they come back blabbing again. |
You on the other hand, should compose your dirge. Cos u d disappointment fit kill unna. |
House of commotion! Funny thing is, most these clowns do not even understand the provisions of the constitution. They tend to differ just for the sake of being so. They had better get their acts together and pass some meaningful bills. Lousy baboons! |
Quite revealing. |
Real recognize real. The Hausa Fulani are well cultured people as are most Nigerians. This was expected. |
May the good Lord guide them aright! |
OZAOEKPE:The hate in you alone is enuf to boil even stones. It kills. Quit being hateful while you still can. @topic, All this arrest story no be wetin we dey yearn for anymore. Just let us know when you have quenched boko. The way the military runs PR, one may be forgiven for mistaken them for a political party vying for an office. |

Not guilty until proven so. QED! |
The general is not one to toy with. Truth is, his tough stance on corruption alone is enough to instill fear in all potential thieves. If they must, then they must tread with caution. Unlike in times past when the corrupt used to have a field day. "It's called a leader" for a reason. When the incorruptible is your lead, it's only natural that you follow suit even of you were a born kleptomaniac! @those rubbishing GMB over the inclusion of Amaechi, BRF, Lai, among others, shey even Jesus when he died, did so sinners will gain salvation? Shey unna dey claim christians? Amaechi and especially BRF have proven records as governors. It's hard to pass on someone like BRF despite all that he brings to the table over some unfounded rumors. |
One by one, they shall fall yakata like dem mama breasts. O ye Oles of our time! |
How could he have tamed her when he was the fodder upon which she thrived. His laid back approach made him seem not only non serious, but a non issue. Guy couldn't clip his wife's feathers let alone a powerful lady as lady D. |
A little act of kindness goes a long way. Nigerians are the most accommodating people out there. Forget the religious or tribal intolerance being meted out on each other here on and in the real life. Truth is, when it comes down to it, deep down in our hearts, we are loving, caring, forgiving and willing to embrace long as we are assured the other party also means well. We give without expecting much in return. It resonates around the world that Nigerians are great people, it's evidently there for everyone to see. The first day you got lucky was the day you were born Nigerian! One day, we will realise truly, the strength in our diversity and that there's power in the collective. My earnest prayer! |
In the long run... truth is, in economics, the concept of business cycle puts to bed any purported claims of Buhari and his TSA pulling down the economy. It is normal that businesses respond a certain way to government policies. What Buhari is trying to achieve is to prepare grounds for a more robust economy through accountability, transparency and efficiency. Accountability will give the thieving crooks a sense of responsibility, and if they must feed fat, must work their asses off to earn that extra income. Transparency will restore back public confidence in the system. More people will be willing to pay taxes knowing how their monies are being put to use. That said, given that public opinion sways investors, they'll come running to invest in our economy. And as for efficiency, that goes without saying. Life's in phases. Those singing that the economy is comatosed should realise that no path in life is ever butter. It's always an up and down thing over and below that trough, regardless whether it pertains to humans or the economy. We would have suffered a long run effect of ineptitude had GEJ remained as president. I have a great deal of respect for the man though, as I admire his humility. |
And what will that achieve them? Rather than concentrate on enacting meaningful laws, they have taken to politics of bitterness. How did we get here, really? How did we go from having selfless leaders to having vile people in position of authority? If na punishment, God, please forgive us, we pray thee! |
This woman is legendary. Her thieving story is one for the ages. The kind that when you tell your unborn kids about, they'll grin with envy that you lived up the experience all alone. Anenih na learner where this woman dey! |
If he likes, he can run from pillar to post. There isn't peace for the wicked and rapists of our economy. |
EazyMoh:Still doesn't justify her boldly telling the people to their faces that their opinion counts for nada. Makes her come off as utter disrespectful and insensitive. Given her exposure, one would expect that she understands better the importance of public opinion. The post reeks of sheer arrogance! |
Regardless how many times you say this, sir, some people still won't understand. All they know how to is criticise. More worrying is that those whom you're trying to defend are the first to tongue lash. |
ifeojobas:The name of the font is amaranth. Thanks! |
It isn't even up to 7 months that they voted him back in. Were they hitherto blind or this is sheer propaganda? |
TonyeBarcanista:Barcanista is laughing to the bank. The guy follow her chop money! |
Well deserved. Congrats to my Anambra people, especially to those who contributed in the attainment of these giant strides. Long Live Anambra. Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria! Geniuses full that state, no lies! Hardworking people! |
The depreciation of the naira doesn't do justice to that list though. Looking closely, one notices that South Africa dominates the ratings. This is in part due to the SA having more economically viable cities than Nigeria. There's still a lot more work to be done, my country people. Let's set aside our differences and unite to build a nation posterity will be grateful to us for. |
