PoliticsRe: Taraba; Conclusive Evidence Of Judicial Double Standard Against The PDP by malton:
FreeGlobe:
“Evidence that Taraba ruling was a product of Presidency manipulation can be deduced from the fact that few hours before the judgment was delivered, the APC had arrogantly announced their victory on the new media"
How is this a conclusive evidence? What manner of people speak for the PDP nowadays? I wonder which is more shameful--the fact he was grossly inept, or that he was drawing the attention of the international community to his ineptitude!

PoliticsBiafra: Nine Facts You Should Know About The Agitators. by malton(op): 3:32pm On Nov 07, 2015
The more things change, the more the same they remain!

1. They claim to want freedom, but aren't willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. Freedom isn't offered, it is fought for. They go out in protest, but fire a shot and watch them scatter in different directions. To gain freedom, you must be willing to lay down your life for it if need be.

2. A majority of the protesters are jobless youths who see any form of protest as an avenue to vent their anger towards the government. Offer them jobs today and see them watch from the sidelines like spectators at a football match grin.

3. 95% of the protesters will still remain commoners even if Biafra were realised. The only difference you might see is the Biafran Flag. Again, it's more of the same.

4. They have no single idea on how they intend going about making Biafra as great as they claim. Even Kanu could not answer to the leader who put forth well thought out questions to him in the USA.

5. Their elites, those who really matter, will rather lay down their lives than lose properties and interests in Lagos over the actualisation of Biafra.

6. Count the number of people at the protests and you'll get the total number of thugs, kidnappers, armed robbers and miscreants in the South East!

7. There's a 60% chance that those at the rally are bastards! Real Igbos aren't as jobless.

8. The rally is just a gragra. The more they protest, the further away the Biafran dream is. This is because, the more they protest, the more accustomed to the noise making people will become. As a result, they'll be seen more as a gathering of clowns mastering jests than of secessionists trying to get back their stolen rights.

9. They do not in any way represent or speak for the well meaning Igbos who go about their businesses peacefully around you and in the SE. Igbo people aren't known for troublemaking. Your opinion of them should not change. Do not resent them over the actions of a few misguided elements.

Good move! The heart of a man is desperately wicked!
I long for a day when fuel pump price will fall to N50 while those people still have unsold stock. Idiots!
It's the kind of shi.t that makes the black man not so trustworthy.
We're mean to one another with no remorse whatsoever.

TonyeBarcanista:
I really don't understand some of you o. I am partisan(Yes) but my loyalty is FIRST to Nigeria before any other group/Association. Hence, sometimes(and when necessary) I create apolitical threads to bring up issues that affect us as a people. Shey na everytime person go de wail ni?

@Hinwazaka and @Chukwudi44 are worthy comrade irrespective of their position on some Subject......Just like you
Na so, brother. I do not at all doubt where your loyalty lies. My concern is, why do you sometimes rock the same boat as those two I've mentioned? Wailing is what makes politics worthwhile, only I don't understand at all why someone should resort to blind 'followership' all in a bid to spite the opposition.
That said, I'm waiting for a day when you'll write to the PDP laying down the 'should and shouldn'ts' of being the opposite. Some people, especially on here, are way too bitter to make sense!
I admire your strength!
PoliticsRe: N5,000 Stipend: Opposition, Labour, Others Attack Buhari … PUNCH by malton: 7:24am On Nov 07, 2015
The opposition only wishes ill and seeks to destroy! They'll rather criticise destructively (if there's a word) than offer any helpful tip. It's all the same men in politics, what differentiates them is the size of their clothes and the colors that they fly...otherwise, it's all dark on the inside!

PoliticsRe: Police Warn Pro-biafra Agitators, Say Planned One-million Man March Illegal by malton: 7:00am On Nov 07, 2015
Those cone heads will never listen. They always seek an opportunity to play the victim card. Rather than retreat, they'll go ahead with the protests, and when someone gets shot or killed in the process, they'll cry, blue murder!

Well, they barely have any gainful activity to engage in. One shouldn't expect any less from nuisances!
Abi which productive igbo man get time to waste?

That thought-provoking moment when Barcanista decides to make sense. It sometimes makes me wonder whether you're bipolar. grin.

Kudos bro, you're spot on this time on!

Only you had to spoil everything by copying @Hinwazaka and @Chukwudi44. Which meaningful contribution those ones want make? Unless if you're calling them in in gatemen's capacity!
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo’s Opinion About #our5k Has Got Everyone Talking by malton:
That's deep thinking from an elder statesman! Unfortunately, our people will rather they sit and be handed 5k on a plate than work and earn millions or even more. They live in the moment not minding what tomorrow brings. That's one reason why tomorrow still hasn't belonged to the youths in this country; they'll make a mess of everything!
No dreams, no vision, no focus, no nothing!

And I bet you, if given the 5k, it will all be expended on condoms and alomo!

234GT:
Obasanjo is a monkey
grin I'll rather this Monkey than a nonentity like you any day. BTW, have you had your banana today, nincompoop? Your parents must have skipped the part where were it not for him taking responsibility, you might not have had as privileged education as to type this very trash!

U neva ready for marriage, if u ready u go no say 90% of men cheat on their wives.
Yes men cheat, but 90% of married men?! That's outrageously absurd!
For every cheating husband, there's another who is ready to go the distance to love his woman only. What's sinful is sweet, only, wrongdoing does not appeal to everyone!

PoliticsRe: How My Administration Will Be Judged – Buhari by malton: 2:04pm On Nov 05, 2015
Mr president, please start pointing fingers at what you have achieved than speak bare words to wounded persons. All that Nigerians need is a healing, a healer, not some hope giver! E don tey wey we don dey hear promises.

And as per the judgement, it has already begun...

Remember those who tweeted situation reports at you concerning your predecessor? On twitter, yes them. They are tweeting again, this time, to you and about you! Only this time, that they are getting fed up waiting.
PoliticsRe: Fulani Awaits Government Approval For Herdsmen Registration by malton: 1:41pm On Nov 05, 2015
This, for me will not solve much. One could still wreak havoc and claim alibi. They should have a roundtable heart to heart talk instead.
State your terms and have me state mine.
Live and let's live.
You cannot destroy my means of livelihood in a bid to safeguard yours.
Some nomadic Fulanis have alienated themselves far too long, what then do you expect from someone who is closer to animals than he is to humans? They'll definitely act barbaric!
Draw them close, have them state why they behave like they do... you may find that they are avenging some wrong done them in the 1980s. They are that vindictive. And you as a government, spell out to them what rules they must abide by to continue grazing in your state.
There's no need for animosity and all the bad blood.

Now you realise just why mtn has to cough up the over one trillion naira fine and pay up or fold up.
Someone will be there shouting "pity mtn" as if the MTN don ever pity am.
It's a pity that some Nigerians think MTN is doing them a favour by employing them. And you wonder why our leaders take us for a ride. Our people have been subjugated for far too long and have become too accustomed to suffering so much that they regard a social responsibility as a favour done.
PoliticsRe: Kayode Ogundamisi To Ben Murray-bruce On MTN/NCC N5bn Fine. by malton:
So we should applaud MTN for flouting rules all in a bid to attract FDI? That's like thanking a man for insulting your parents all because he dashed you a Christmas goat and you're expecting a cow next Christmas on. Ben is just suffering the downsides that comes with being a talkative; they just wanna talk even if it means saying nonsense. I'm guessing he is one of the senators who must have been bribed with a Ghana-must-go full of recharge cards to slide the matter under the rug. Our leaders are really sell outs!
Every potential investor knows that there are laid down rules and mode of operation in any economy that they intend to invest in. Some investors come from countries where even more severe punishments are meted out for far lesser violations.
PoliticsRe: Breaking: Senate President Arrives Tribunal With Over Half Of Senate. by malton: 10:41am On Nov 05, 2015
Fleas! Na so flies dey take follow dead body enter grave. Shameless bunch of fellows!
If it were something to do with the common man now, they'd have formed busy as though they were some pilots!
The NASS is where the real austerity should have begun. Why pay them lofty sums for doing absolutely nothing asides chanting yay/nay while even the Nigerian Supporters club who sing on top of their lungs don't come even halfway close salaries wise?
