michlins: Wait let me get something straight, even with the civil war, terrorism and political instability, Libya is able to increase her oil production.
When you see a country that means business, you don't need to be told Slow down... Libya was the largest producer and has the largest oil reserves during Gaddafi days, it was the case of embargo and trade restrictions that slowed them down... just like announcing that Iran surpassed Iraq in Oil production... |

DoctorDree: Umtiti,Lenglet,Sergi Roberto,Dembele,De jong Omo all this players shouldn’t be in Barcelona team 1. Sergi Roberto? You don't know what you're talking about. Sergi Roberto has been a one of the most stable Barca investment... grown through the ranks, versatile (Defense, Midfield and assist in attack), even at the highest level of Barca prowess (Messi, Suarez, Neimar, Iniesta, etc) he got lots of play time 2. Dembele is a very skillful but useless player. Only God knows how his indiscipline stands to ruin his career and he's not realized it yet. |

Get it, making ones opinion known on an issue positively or negatively as in the case of the Op, and expressing it is not a bad thing, this shouldn't be too hard to understand. You're the one struggling to reason in the realm of adulthood. If the writer eas wise, at the point where the husband reprimanded her to respect his father's and the Nanny's decision for each other is the point where she needed to bury WHATEVER she thought or felt. Come to think of it, it is not even her father for Christ's sake. For me her feeling is born either out of bitterness, self aggrandisement and/or that she's maltreatment the maid and cannot imagine the change of position |

I wonder what makes her think she's more special or on a higher level than a maid.
Abi is it not the same vagina both of them are carrying, or does her own taste like strawberry and smell like fresh roses?
Wonderful!!
I've said it before and it's a fact that women look down on other women than men looking down on women. ...and if we look a little further we will discover she was also brought into the marriage from the village or at best very basic background. She's suffering from reverse-inferiority complex She's even more stupid than expected... aif she applied wisdom, she should have been in the forefront of organizing the maid for Baba...had she done that, the maid would have been eternally grateful and she would still have a hold on her... now she will be severely dealt with, all the molestation on the nanny will be avenged |

I told her it's not an issue - that as my wife, she's free to attend any church she likes, but she insisted our family would have to attend the same church.
She won't marry me if i stick to my Catholic faith. Please advise me, she's the only one I love, and I can't start over anymore. You are the head if the family. Even when the Osinbajo moles on nairaland were silent in the face of the attacks he was receiving yesterday. My issue is not Osinbajo, i have no issue with him, he is a good man. My issue is people coming on nairaland specifically with a clandestine mission, pretending they are members of the public when they work for the VP. Afi perambulator na! |

Loaning App was never meant to have launched in Nigeria, Infact it's not for Nigerians. but poor Cost Benefit Analysis put em in this mess they are in rn 1. I agree with you to a large extent.. 2. Nigerians in these categories are worrisome. There seems to be a sense of entitlement mentality, wherein when loan is obtained, they switch to the mode of not wanting to pay back, not respecting payment terms, wanting to extend payment period for as long as possible.... 3. Loan companies are also at fault. They do not do their due diligence. You send marketers out, who start worrying people on social media to come take loan and voila! in 5minutes loan is approved. 4. Who in his or her right senses gives loans to faceless people? If you check with counterparts in West and China, there are artificial intelligent systems that leverages gazillion of data about customers, buying patterns, earning, lifestyle, previous loans, connections etc. Algorithms are built to combine these factors and predict your potential to default. The system then profile and recommends. 5. Even with the above stated, they are still careful to include human risk managers to make additional informed decision. 6. I think our loan app coys, rushed to market seeing what is obtainable in advanced countries without doing the work required to build the system |

FalseProphet1: Our honourable president Buhari has been borrowing with reckless abandon without any hope of paying back, no one is sanctioning him, not even the senate.
Our politicians and rich men take huge loans from banks and end up not paying them back, this has led to the liquidation of several banks and collapse of businesses in Nigeria.
Friends and families will come crying out their eyes to borrow money from you and once you give them, they would immediately stop picking your calls, if you call them with another number, they will pick once they know you're the one they'll look for an excuse to end the call with the promise of calling you back but they won't.
Conclusion. most Nigerians are dishonest in nature, from the head (Buhari) to the least man on the street is corrupt, that's why I pity loan companies operating in Nigeria cos they'll end up writing more 60% of their loan as bad debt until they eventually fold up.
This I have seen. 1. You are dishonest to start with... 2. Nigeria is not only currently repaying its debt, it has not defaulted in their loan repayments either to the Chinese or other lenders. Evidence from the DMO. |
