I think all the Crude swaps that had been carried out needs to be investigated for proper accountability.

Up to 10 products can be obtained from Crude Oil. NNPC gives traders its own Crude oil, and collects Petrol in return from the Traders, and still comes back to charge FG to collect subsidy. What about the other products associated with the Crude oil that was given out...?

INEC has so much to do and they say they are overwhelmed. That's why Mahmood is saying that similar agencies be created to do some of their functions, including prosecuting electoral offenders.

So, employing just one person or two with functions of a verification officer despite the billions allocated is too much to do by INEC? Dey play..

Business › Re: Businesses That Do Not Use Petrol, Should Not Increase Cost by MarketDispatch: 12:22pm On Jun 04, 2023

Jokerman:
Yes.

If your business does not utilise petrol, don't increase cost of goods and services.

Most businesses already use diesel, and some local goods don't make use of petrol at all, so why should there be an increase of goods and services.

Spread Love

Sounds logical, but you forget that those businesses will purchase items/ services that have association with Petrol.

Kobojunkie:
Read it again... She doesn't have to have first contributed money to have a share in the marital property. That she is your wife and as such contributes her time and efforts to your success is more than enough to give her the right to part of the profits of the marriage.

You are misinterpreting already. The item is "marital property", and "not your success'.

The court ruled that “indirect contributions of a wife to the "marital property" should not be quantified in monetary terms in order to entitle her to a share of the property”.

This is a revolutionary judgement . It no longer matters any more whose name is on the original property titles. The properties of the man is jointly owned by him and his wife even if it's paid for by the man.

Read the article...don't jump into conclusion with the sensational headline.

There has to be contribution towards the property by both party.

Have you listened to Yeni Kuti's recent interview? She said she cannot leave her marriage because of any side chick. That her own father married 27 wives, so why will she leave her marriage because of a side chick?

Since your brothers wife already knew what her Husband does and she still didn't leave on her own, don't go and make a wrong move that will turn your brother against you.

It is your brother you need to have a serious discussion with to stop the habit.
