I've been a guest here for a long time. I just created this account because of this issue bothering me.
I recently just broke up with my ex and I've been with my new guy for less than two months. We've been friends for over 3 years and he visited me once in those time. He has a legit job and stays in my town, his parents are here too. He seems to have good intentions but his actions are putting me off.
We met again around end of July and he made his intentions known again(he wanted me to be his girlfriend back then), I agreed because I was single at the time. He is 30 so I suppose he should have passed the "playboy" stage.
I went to visit him for the first time and he forced a kiss on me he did the same thing the second time and even tried to have sex with me, I told him I don't want that and he stopped. I don't know if it's this cold weather, now he sends "I miss you, I want you, your body..." everything relating to sex in a relationship that is less than 2 months
I have made it known to him that I cannot be in a FUN relationship, I'd rather be in a promising one that can lead to marriage and he said he's no longer a baby and settling down is paramount to him.
I'm confused and finding it difficult to trust him with this attitude. I don't want to visit him anytime soon cos I'm not ready for sex.

I want to clear the air on some issues on ground in my life. I invited a lady to come chill with me in a hotel i lodged in sometime last month. We had sex as usual and i released inside her. After the encounter, I gave her Postinor to take of which she took the first dose in my presence and finished the remaining when she got home. She called to inform me that she had finished the dose and after that, I decided not to talk to her again since I have no feelings towards her or intention of being with her.

Some days later she called me saying that the postinor did not work and also stated that her body is too strong for contraceptive pills. She suggested that the best thing was for her to flush her womb and it will cost her 20K to do it. I gave her the 20K to go do the procedure of which she claimed she did. After series of checking up on her to make sure she is fine, I locked up from calling her. She called again saying the procedure did not work due to her body being resistant to abortion. The matter come weak me no be small thing.

Now she is asking me for additional 10K to go register at a hospital for ante natal. I asked her for pregnancy tests she conducted to get valid proof, this lady kept posting me up and down that I should send the money before she releases her result. Today now I have been getting threats from her saying that if I dont pay up, she will take the issue to my church. I dont get the logic of this statement.

She has also said all manner of things which i dont want to make mention of but i have evidence of messages and voice notes. Lets no go into long talk, I need your opinion on what I have stated here.

I got angry, we quarrelled and didn't talk 4 two days. I got fed up, apologized and he also did. we resolved it and he took down d pix but maintained his stand that I should not question him about his d.p.
though, we are good now, I feel kind of scared. I can't seem to trust him like I did few weeks back, we spoke last yesterday which is not normal (we talk and chat everyday). I feel reluctant to call him, I really want things to work out for us but I feel I am taking d wrong step

Feminism like i said earlier was never, is never and shouldn't be about gender equality buh responsibility equailty.

Like i said, no matter how hard any gender tries, it can never equal what God has automatically programmed in the other gender, this differentiate both genders.

Feminism is just responsibility equality. From marriage perspective, many men want Independent women as wife buh still want them to be a dependent at the same time. Some men want a wife who would wake up in the morning and go to work like them, at month end, bring something to support them buh at the very same time, searching for a slave, why?

There are two types of wife..
The dependent and the independent, when you marry an Independent wife, you both go to work in the morning and return at the same time in the night, buh you still expect her to go inside the kitchen to go prepare your food while you sit in front of your TV waiting for her to bring the food, this is in every aspect wrong.. You are human, you know how weak you feel yourself, she's human, she'd feel the same way too.. Both of you are expected to go into the kitchen and prepare the food. If you know you want a situation where you always want to meet your food on the table, then there are 'Full time (Dependent) housewives', all they do is stay and take care of home (please note the responsibility is still being equal here, while one goes to work to bring money, the other stay at home to take care of other things at home).

Why Feminism becomes a problem is where feminists claim gender equality, and men not understanding what they signed for when they marry an Independent woman..

Feminism is good, it's not gender equality, it can never be.. It is just everybody sharing equal responsibility. No gender is superior to another, God created 'Help mate' not slave. Stop expecting someone that has been outside working 9 - 5 just like you to return to another bunch of jobs while you sit down doing nothing, It's act of slavery.

So this is Feminism, not the other way the self acclaimed Feminists has bn putting it. Men can not carry a baby for 9 months, so also women can never impregnate themselves and many other roles that have bn defined for each role since creation which makes it impossible for both genders to claim equality. Reading some of the responses in these ipob threads makes one begin to wonder if English language is so complex. Whenever ipob or massob gives these sit-at-home orders, overzealous miscreants among their ranks usually take laws into their hands to foment trouble by harassing innocent citizens who do not comply with the order. Like I said several times here, this has been happening from as far back as the massob days.

@marvinsync, I understand your desperation to dissociate IPOB from the activities of these urchins, but unfortunately, the fact remains that the perpetrators of these acts are IPOB members, IPOB adherents and IPOB foot soldiers; that is not to say however that they were sent on the errand by the IPOB high command.. Except you mean to tell me these guys who try to forcefully enforce the IPOB orders are OPC or bokoharam or ND Avengers or Ombatse cult members or some other unknown groups, then you're making no point.

Regarding the police order, the message by the police is clearly directed at these miscreants who intend to, and who usually harass innocent citizens in the guise of enforcing the IPOB order. By asking people to 'DISREGARD' the sit-at-home order, the police is simply asking people not to be afraid of going about their normal businesses if they so wish. If innocent people have never been harassed in the past, then the message by the police would have been unnecessary and meaningless.

And just to sum it up, there is no way the police would go after you or anyone who decides to sit peacefully in their homes.
