RomanceRe: I Regret My Loyalty To My Girl Friend, I Am Crying In The Inside... by marvinsync(m): 11:06pm On Sep 10, 2018
tayooluwole:
I have met many ladies in my life and as I am talking, this is my 1st serious relationship. Hardly my past relationship last for 2 months until this present one. Few ladies had come and gone, once any ladies' attributes doesnt fit in to my requirements, I don't waste time before I pick race to prevent the relationship going far. I met this my present gf over a year ago and since then, things have been running fine, in fact, she changed my perception that not all ladies are bad. I developed a very hot love for her along the line and she did the same. Since we love ourselves, cheating on her never come to mind even for once. Why do I need alternative gf since she gave me everything I want as far as relationship is concerned... and of course, I know that not cheating on her will save me many things. We were in the same town for almost a year before it was necessary for us both to depart for a far-distnace place to hustle. To cut it short, i came down to lag, while she remain in town because she is a student there while the town is my own home town. All trough the sailment of our love, I never had another girl friend ( she self knows this fact ) and I never suspect her of the same. Though, she has many toasters that she kept talking to on phone. For almost 3 months now, I have not seen her, we only talked on phone. Anytime, we are on phone she always profess her love and tell me how much she has missed me.

This is where I am having headache, like a month ago, she went to thier village, anytime she is in village, I can not call her except if she locate network and call me her self. It's almost 2 weeks now that my gf has called me and I can not call her my self. I was so disturbed that I had to call her brother using female voice to at least know what is happening... Her borther picked up and told me that my gf has left for school ( town ) like 4 days ago, i asked him that her number has not been going though, her brother told me that nothing happened to her number... her brother gave me her number which is quiet different from her usual number. Which means she purposely removed her normal SIM to prevent me from reaching her.

Omo I was emotionally knocked down, almost immediately, I called her with the new number and immediately she heard my voice she became mute as if network was not ok...

I said ok no p, so I called one of my guy in the town to help me run a check on her if she is actually in town, without wasting time, my guy went straight to her house and lo and behold, my guy met her gidigba in the house in her room. NO BODY WAS IN THE HOUSE except she and the guy that has been disturbing her for date. This guy happened to be staying in the same house with her, different rooms. All other housemates have gone to thier respective home due to strike.

Well, without wasting time, my guy handed phone to her that I wanted to talk to her, she could not say anything but was prevaricating that she has no phone again that's y she could not call to inform me about her presence in town. She told me she arrived town( school) yesterday, whereas her brother told me that she had left for town like 4 days ago. I was so devastated. I proposed to her that I will coming right from lagos to town to atleast see her, since its been a long time, she told me not to stress and bother my self, since she is leaving for her village again tomorrow.

At this juncture, I was in short of words but had to express my dissatisfaction about her excuses with few words.

As I am talking now, there is no way I can call her since she said she has no phone, whereas her brother gave me her new number which is actually going, but she is acting smart anytime I call the number...

Do not forget, i called her on my friends phone and my frined has already left her house for his own place.

As i am now, i am emotionally down, though she emotionally professed her love to me while we were talking on phone but I am not comfortable... To me, she has been running things behind me. And this a girl I so much love and decided to not cheat on her no matter what.

I did send her money any time she is in need. I am in pain cos my trust was smartly betrayed...

Guys, I don't know if I should still count on her as my forever partner...
I know u know that the relationship is over at this point

and maybe it's not 100% her fault
long distance relationships are hard to keep trust me I know.

and like u said when u started this long story , she was still chatting with guys that were tryna woo her , why'd u let that?

I hate that so much , it displays serious immaturity like what does it take to cut off ties with guys , it shows greed , like she wants to be reminded that she has guys flocking over her or she doesn't wanna keep all her eggs in one basket . nonsense!

so when u were in the long distance relationship , because she didn't have all her eggs in one basket , one of those guys had chance to come in

overall take heart , it will be alright
and most importantly , don't put ur emotions over this experience on the next girl that comes ur way

RomanceRe: Feminism: A Threat To The Black Family! by marvinsync(m): 10:41pm On Sep 10, 2018
durexdijo:
I DO NOT support any form "Domestic Violence". I believe every child both male and female have the rights to education and work but there's a deep agenda going on with all these so-called "Women Empowerment" & "Feminist Movement" funded by the west with Billions Worldwide with significant Focus on Third-world Countries with my Emphasis on "Black Societies".. I summarize my conclusion here....

In 2018, I am yet to see other races women calling themselves "Strong White Woman", "Strong Chinese woman", "Strong Arab Woman".. Its only in the black community you often hear our Women using words like "Strong Black Woman" and "Independent woman". And when they use those words.. It only means, they don't need a man and they don't need a family... thats why they've used the so called "celebrities" to create these new terms and many others "Baby mamas" and all that. The new brainwashed generation of Blackwomen now pride in calling using those terms on themselves.

The Whiteman, In the society he systematically created propaganda for the Black woman with his media, education, religion and politics has told the Black Woman that .... You are being discriminated by your Blackman. You are being Oppressed by your Blackman. Why not free yourself from your Blackman and be an Independent Woman? You can run a family by yourself, You don't need no man to tell you what to do. The Black woman has fully fell for this snare and now she see her "Blackman" as the enemy. The enemy has brainwashed and effeminated lots of Blackman such that they willingly support this movement laid down by the enemy to DESTROY THE FOUNDATION OF THE BLACK SOCIETY WHICH IS THE BLACK FAMILY.

I have questions for the Feminist out there thats ... Did the Europeans put the Blackwoman on a seperate slaveship as the Blackman? Did the Europeans seperate the Blackwoman from the Blackman when they colonized them ? Did the Blackman raped, rob, mother and kill your kids like the Europeans did in Slavery? Now Some People out there running around talking about "Women rights" and totally forgets about "the rights of the Black race" that has been oppressed for 400 years(at a time considered 3/5th of a Man, technically ANIMAL by LAW) and is still being oppressed till today. That needs to stop. Every Black person needs to stop supporting such movement as it was never about freedom of no women(women were never enslaved in the first place) We were colonized, shackled, enslaved and sold together... We going to be delivered together!

It is time our beautiful Black women to stop fighting with the Blackman, You are suppose to be the Pillar of his rest, let him rule his household. Then you men, Man Up, take care of your household only then can we build on a Strong nation together. We cannot let all these propaganda(Feminism, LGBT rights) that the enemies are massively funding infilterate our lives and families as a Strong Black Family is what we should our Focus. They ain't funding to get people out of poverty like they fund these wicked ANTI-Family movements. For those who have been programmed to always defend this westerner's interest claim they fund our people out of poverty, Can you show me how much these Agencies have given to your poverty stricken family? Some don't even know their worth so they won't even agree to being "poor" because they don't really know what it means to be rich or in power.

This is a Psycological War we need to Fight and Win! The system has been designed to keep Black People divided so we will NEVER really see who the ENEMIES are, and even if you see them, You can always defend their interest. Wake Up My People! If we continue in this path. We will be in eternal servitude to other races.

To end this, It is sad I have to define what a Black family structure looks like. The typical Black Family Structure we know is exactly the same as that documented in the Scriptures which all these movements are actually against.. Even if you don't believe in the Bible, you atleast should know what a Proper structure of a Family looks like.

1 Corinthians 11:3 - "But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; AND THE HEAD OF THE WOMAN IS THE MAN; and the head of Christ is God."

Just like a woman will be in full subjection to her boss or head at her work place with all subjection and NOT question him unnecesarily and would rather help him. The Black woman in a typical black family is supposed to be in Full Subjection to her Black man(NOT A WICKED BLACK MAN). And I urge the Black men to Clean themselves up and treat their Blackwoman right and stop abusing the authority you have. Stop breaking the Black Woman, Uplift them.. Putting the Woman Under the Man has DOES NOT mean She's Inferior to the Man, It simply means we understand Order. It only means she has he unique role to play. She should not play a man's role and vice versa, Both party are essential especially in building a strong Black Family. Order is needed in our household just like it is needed in any organization and Society. It makes no sense not to have an order in the household just like it make no sense when you say, there shouldn't be president, governors, local goverment chairmans to rule our society, that everybody should be equal in the society... There is always a need for a leader in any establishment to make progress and to function properly. Get every form of equality between the man and woman out of your mind. The woman's role is NOT a weakness but rather her strength. Both gender are NOT in competition with eachother. However, The Blackman needs to become more responsible and treat the Blackwoman better. Black woman, Prove your Man first before marrying them as you will not want an irresponsible man over you.

I was reading all u said but when I just scrolled down and saw that Bible verse I just stopped

RomanceRe: Why Does She Ignore My Calls Even After We Had A Nice Time. by marvinsync(m): 10:33pm On Sep 10, 2018
Ighoga898:
We met once and I collected her number and We started chatting on whatsapp. After about one month of our first meeting I wooed her online.

Though she was skeptical of the genuineness of my feelings for her, consequently she was reluctant to date me.

But early last month she agreed on a rendezvous with me only if the venue was her place (she stays alone).
Fast forward to that very day, I was at her place, she cooked and bought drink for me. Then one thing led to another we cuddled up and had sex.

I'm curious now as to what I did wrong that makes her currently ignores my calls and whatsapp messages. We had a really nice day that day to the extent that she even called me that evening to rescheduled another day for meeting again at her place that she couldn't get enough of me.

What did I do wrong or was she just pretending to feel any vibe with me?
based on ur story we can't know what u did wrong
cause from ur perspective u didn't do anything wrong
so we can't say what's she's thinking .

but I can tell u to chill ... just chill

CrimeRe: 24-Yr-Old Female School Worker Loses Her Virginity To 15-year-old Student(Pics) by marvinsync(m): 10:24pm On Sep 10, 2018
Gossipninja:
A former school employee has allegedly admitted losing her virginity to a 15-year-old student after ‘falling in love’ with them. Police say the 24-year-old ex-employee, who worked in Texas, US, is facing charges after allegedly having sex with the underage pupil.

Court records show Hannah Siboyeh is charged with sexual assault and improper relationship with a student for the July 2017 incident.
She allegedly admitted to having sex with the pupil and even claimed she loved the teen with “all her heart”, ABC13 reported.

It was another student who reported it all when they claimed to have seen the pair actually in bed together at the teenager’s house. They also told investigators that weird noises were coming from a bedroom.
Siboyeh, a former Cy-Fair Independent Schools District employee, and the teen had apparently exchanged raunchy photos online. A video of the pair having sex was also allegedly found, click2houston reports.

Police said Siboyeh started crying and then confessed that she had lost her virginity to the student, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
That happened after they went to a hotel room.
The suspect allegedly admitted the incident was her fault because she was the grown-up and older.

Cy-Fair Independent Schools District said: “Authorities notified us last spring of an alleged inappropriate relationship between a Labay Middle School paraprofessional staff member and a former student.

“Due to the seriousness of the allegation, the staff member was immediately removed from campus. “Law enforcement conducted a full investigation that led to an off-campus arrest. “These actions are not representative of Labay Middle School or CFISD employee standards of conduct.”

What does it mean when a lady you expressed your feelings to tells you that she is not ready emotionally. I asked emotional in what aspect? She was like she is this kind of free person and been in a relationship will restrict her freedom. To be sincere, since I have been close to this lady, I noticed that she is truly free (as in male friends and so on) but I'm not sure if she is dating anyone... But as a guy I reason am, can I cope with a lady that is so free ? I don't just want to rush and crush and I Wana take time to think about it... I told her that she has her freedom but as a decent lady, even freedom shud be limited.

Ladies, I know you must have felt this at one stage of your life. What do you expect a guy to do to convince you or make u ready? Seriously on campus, I don't really befriend ladies like that but this particular lady, I like her so much.. Within the space of 3 weeks, I have called her countless times on phone and she never gave me attitude. Most time we even meet in the night and talk for hours. Then I concluded in my mind that if this lady doesn't really like me, she wouldn't have given me all these attention... But her fear is her freedom, she doesn't want to lose her freedom... As a guy too, I respect her freedom but I expect a lady freedom shud be limited especially if she is in a relationship.

Ladies help me out, if God will do it for me like I want it, I want to know her parents and wife her in the few years to come but the only problem I have now is the freedom she talked about... I have read and experience so many things on nairaland and others too about ladies brouhaha Cox of freedom and so on but I don't Wana experience this...

Note: if a lady tells me that she can't date me Cox she is dating sumone else or doesn't feel for me, I know that as a man of value, I will walk away forever. But didn't say that, she just said emotionally n I asked to know if it was past experience, she said no.. Later she opened up to me that her freedom will be tampered with... Honestly, before me met yesternyt, my spirit told me that this lady will consider her freedom and she didn't disappoint me when I told her how I feel about her... I can't give up Cox of her freedom but I can give up if she is not interested at all. Ladies understand me...

let us know your top five greatest books and the reasons for their greatness. You never can tell, you may inspire someone to buy any or all of them. Here is a list of mine...... In order of greatness cheesy

1. The 48 laws of power, by Robert Greene (for its brutality). This is for me, the greatest book ever written by a man.

2. The Art of War, by Sun Tzu (for being strategic)

3. The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho (for its explosiveness. The book is really deep and philosophical)

4. The Blood Memory, by Greg Iles (for being bloody. This is by far the greatest crime book ever)

5. An Ace up my Sleeves, by James Hardely Chase (for its suspense. The book is filled with suspense from the very beginning till the end. Your heart skips every second of reading)

Can you please make a list of yours?

Mods please, help me with a wider outreach. I need to add to my library.

Female Presidential aspirant, Eunice Atuejide has slammed a former Cross Rivers state governor, Donald Duke, for distancing himself from a comment he made concerning homosexuality.

In an interview with Laila and Falz, Donald Duke said

After receiving backlash from many Nigerians who took his comment to mean he might rescind the law criminalizing homosexuality if elected into office, Duke released a statement yesterday saying 'Homosexuality is a crime in Nigeria and ought to remain so'.

Reacting to Donald Duke's clarification, Eunice Atuejide expressed her disappointment at the former governor for not taking a firm stance against the anti-gay law.

I've read nonsense b4 but not like this

now he may be right about the whole learning to read in Arabic mean ur a literate

but not about the amajiri system thing

it's nonsense !
why do they have to leave their homes in search of knowledge?! this is the fvcking 21st century , they can learn Arabic at schools , public or private just like how people learn stuff normally

they don't have to 'leave' their homes and families , sorry I mean get KICKED out of their homes to "search" for " knowledge" , I put knowledge in quote cause no offense but leaning Arabic is basically useless in Nigeria!

end amajiri !
HealthRe: Do Doctors' Hippocratic Oath Count? My Experience With A Doctor by marvinsync(m): 6:16pm On Sep 01, 2018
Gracesofar:
Hi nairalanders, though this happened last month and I still can't find a way to get over it. But the thought was triggered and I had a flashback to it vividly after I read a ladies post here on nairalanders who spoke about her experience with doctors.

Anyway, Being a doctor might be just more than a profession since they are believed more to save lives. But do they really do that. Apart from the bossy act of most doctors Talking of JOHESU vs NMA and them wanting to boss everyone around, I was want to share my experience of how I finally lost hope In doctors which also pointed out that the so-called Hippocratic oath means nothing to most of them.

I was on an official assignment to Lagos that was 3 weeks ago if I can still recollect vividly. And after the whole assignment etc, I was done and around 8pm I decided to leave Lagos back to Enugu. I was with a colleague so who set out and after passing Arepo (very near berger) I think the town name is Magboro. I wanted to park and probably get fruits to aide me she. I heard a loud thud and low and behold the car behind me hit a man trying to cross the express road. The car (a minibus) was on top speed and the impact even confused me on what was happening. I parked and I saw people rush to drag the lifeless man from the fast lane so other cars won't run him over and I was still frozen where I was. This was a middle age man lifeless on the ground with blood gushing out of him. Anyway trust Nigerians some brought out their mobile etc and other were pouring water on the blood dripping man. But I was still socked and confused. Finally, I knew the man will give up the ghost finally if he didn't receive medical attention on time. So I spoke to my colleague and we went to meet the gathering crowds and decided to help this man. We don't even know anywhere around so we just asked if anyone knows a nearby hospital and hell yeah there will always be a good Samaritan out of every 12. Anyway, we but this man in my car and with 2 other strangers showing us the route we started drubuing towards the nearest hospital in an attempt to save this complete stranger live. Getting to the hospital after much blood was on my car seat we took this man out and called the doctor in charge of the private hospital which I can't even remember the name but I know its very close to Access International School in Magboro very close to ibafo Ogun state.

Upon the doctor seeing him, he asked who the famiky so we just explained and I realise his countenance changed. He said he can't attend to him without a family member there. I never knew what the doctor meant because to me the only set of people hospitals don't attend to is bullet wound victims and at least they must give first aid.

That's how the doctor started talking that who will foot the bill etc. That he will give him treatment bla bla bla. I got so angry and I asked him if his money is more essential than a fellow human live. Anyway I told him I had no cash but if they use pos, I will deposit all the money he needs because am still going to Enugu that night. Looking at the time its to 9. The doctor said they only do cash payment etc and he can't take him in without getting some payment to start it. My colleague asked if he accept bank transfer he said No just cash. Haba I got annoyed and I sowed him my ID card when he realised am a military personnel he lower his tone of talking and he said he his sorry they don't even have any spare bed or the medications to stabilize him. Haba anyway ouyt of annoyance I issued him threat that I don't even know the man from genesis am just doing my own to save humanity. I realised he was too money conscious so I told him to Bleep off. We put the man in my car again and went to another private hospital. Getting their we had almost same issue. And to cut the long story short he doctyor didn't even give him first aide or try stabilizing him. He just said I should get a government hospital around. I was so frustrated and I loosed hope in doctors that night over been money conscious not minding an innocent life paying the price with something less than 50k. Fast forward one of the boys said he knew a government clinic at the other side. And we drove their as at then it was almost 10 at this time this man was still breathing though very slowly and he was loosing lots of blood. Anyway we got to the government hospital where I can't even describe. And I was told to write a statement etc. And before the man would be stabilized, he gave up the ghost that night.

Though have seen people die and I don't feel any way bad but that made me feel so demoralized. I'd only the first two private bastard called doctors can take him in, he will still be alive. I left the hospital and they said they will bag him etc.

Anyway that night I started my journey to Enugu and till today, my hatred for doctors hisnjust so mega even though my fiancee is a medical student.

This is a true life story that happened 3 Saturdays ago if only I was thinking straight enough to get the hospitals name
no please don't generalise all doctors and hospitals
I know some really good ones

and it seems that the hospitals u went to didn't even function properly that is , they didn't even have the ability to treat that man , like u said money wasn't a problem u were willing to pay but they weren't willing to collect

HTC is making one last attempt for survival by unleashing the HTC U12 Life, a very pretty smartphone which comes loaded with latest features and the fact it doesn’t come with the display notch makes me fall in love with it more because it exudes uniqueness. HTC threw in everything it’s got into this product and I have every reason to believe this will be the launchpad that will propel the company into success which it desperately needs at the moment.

https://techcapon.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/htc-u12-life-ifa-2018-14.jpg

This pretty smartphone was released at the IFA 2018 in Berlin, Germany along with a lot of really cool tech products and it’s specs are very impressive and the U12 Life is all purple or blue eye-candy with a partial glass pane on the back that mimics the backing on Google’s flagship phone of 2017, the Pixel 2 which was released on 19th October 2017. Without wasting much time let’s look at the specs of this beauty.

HTC U12 Life display, design and software

https://techcapon.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/htc-u12-life-ifa-2018-2-768x432.jpg

The display on the U12 Life will sport a large 6-inch display with 18:9 screen ratio and 1,080 x 2160-pixel resolution (FHD+), Touchscreen, Multi-touch IPS LCD screen. This display is very rich and crystal clear, it is the perfect screen for watching HD movies and playing High Resolution games. In the software department, it comes with Android 8.1 Oreo which will also support upgrade to Android 9.0 Pie. The design is okay, slim bezels, rear mounted fingerprint and a glossy glass cover at the back.

HTC U12 Life camera and processor

https://techcapon.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/htc-u12-life-ifa-2018-12-768x432.jpg

The camera is a dual rear 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel (f2.0) with LED flash, 13-megapixel front-facing camera (f2.0) for taking lovely selfie. The processor that powers this smartphone is an Octacore Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. It’s not the best processor in the world but it gets the job done.

HTC U12 Life battery and storage

https://techcapon.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/htc-u12-life-ifa-2018-4-768x432.jpg

150k ?! lol

HTC doesn't know sh!t

they sank because their prices weren't up to their names ie, unlike apple that is unnecessarily expensive but has a name and popularity which makes people wanna buy it , HTC doesn't have that therefore no one would wanna spend 150k to buy HTC because it's doesn't have the publicity required

look at infinix when they first started ,their phones where very cheap but also good , from there it built a name , now infinix phones are getting more expensive but people are still buying cause it has a name!

IamHeWrites:
A Gala seller moved people to tears by his actions when he spotted a group of prisoners in a van stuck in traffic.

The prisoners were being transported in a Nigeria Prison Force van heading to Ikoyi Prison but were stuck in traffic. As usual, the prisoners stretched out their hands through the tiny holes by the sides of the van and the Gala seller's next action surprised everyone.

He took the Gala he was selling and began distributing to the prisoners for free. When the van began moving, he dropped his basket by the side of the road, grabbed a handful of Gala and ran after them to make sure everyone gets a share.

His kind acts got him the attention of other road users and someone who was moved by his action, shared the story.
