Our current educational curricular is in dire need of a total overhaul to meet present realities and challenges. We cannot continue to draw an annotated diagram of the digestive system of a cockroach and expect break throughs in the fieldsof medicine, engineering, or economics. Our system as currently structured is created to produce "servants" who are primed for recieving directives and not critical thinkers or innovators. Until emphasis is placed on technical education and the apprenticeship model of education, we shall always be playing catchup to our contemporaries abroad. |
Both results are within normal limits . Wondering the basis for RFT and LFT? If done without a doctor's recommendation, then it's a complete waste of naira. |
We will agree to disagree then! |
The new ministers that would make any new list should be properly screened by the senate this time and not just "take a bow" or recite the nationa pledge. |
One thing I have observed about persons living with sickle cell disease is that they are academically brilliant and gifted. |
When men were "men" and had ideologies they leaved for and were prepared to even die for . Corruption has taken over the love for an ideology nowadays as money seem to be the final arbiter in defining the TRUTH . |
Congratulations man |
Experience is never the best teacher. Learning from the mistakes of others is. It's unfortunate that we are not gifted the power to turn back the hand of the clock. So, we can only leave with the consequences of our good or erratic decisions. |
After all the atrocious activities of this rogue cop? He is not the only Nigerian with capacity and capabilities to tackle crimes and criminality. Strengthening institutions would go a long way in curbing societal ills than expounding our individual competencies . When there is the WILL, there must be a WAY |
Thank God for delivering this one from the lies of the world. No human is born in the wrong body. Sexual orientation is not a genetic imprint but a cultivated and nutured anomaly. |
lexy2014:Just like the way we used to REFRESH our tokunbo Pentium 2 laptops those days with little effect on frozen screens until you REMOVE the battery causing an ABRUPT SYSTEM SHUT DOWN and then RESTART Matify83 |
Always reactive Never ahead of crimes and criminality. Yet they parade world class resumes in criminology |
All work and no play ..... |
E still dey body |
In as much as the security of the seat of power resides with the presidency and the brigades of guards, the fct minister may as well be culpable because he has failed to pay concern to the worrisome deteriorating insecurity challenges in his area of primary assignment instead constituting himself a meddlesome interloper in Rivers State politics. |
Besides nuclear warheads, Russia has proven to be a paper tiger militarily. Their military technology has been no match against mid level western ordinances. The Chinese will think twice before attacking Taiwan because their technology is also hinged on Russian technology. |
I thought they will target Isreal directly instead of this soft target . |
Having read the body language of the current government, the bandits have been taken their trade to a whole new level knowing that the government lacks the political will to come at them. The police and military seem helpless, confused and exasperated. |
This is a preventable disease of we avail ourselves and wards to the highly efficacious vaccine. CSM is not a disease to be experienced. ''Prevention is better than a cure'' |
Nigerians have now made India their new Haven for drugs and narcotics. Their laxed and lenient laws may be responsible for Nigerians targeting their populace. They should try this nonsense in Indonesia - Changi airport and see if they will live to enjoy their drug money. |
Even with two step verification done, some of my colleagues have lost control of their whatsapp handle for days before taking back control and the scammers always use this same modus operandi of soliciting for money. I often wonder why i will just transfer funds to my friend based on a text message without hearing from him. |
The monster we allowed to fester because it was eating other people's chicken is now mature and does not segregate owner from strangers. |
If we can not shun corrupt practices at our small gatherings, is it when we are saddled with higher responsibilities that we will suddenly become accountable? We are quick to point at the president but would do worse if given the opportunity. |
They should pass this down to their lower rung foot soldiers who are not to savvy to be on such fora. |
The current spokesperson is a misfit for this role. Have they stopped producing spokesmen in the mould of Frank Mbah? |
The image of the SC would have fallen to a new low had they buckled to the capricious nudging of the politicial class. Nigeria was save from anarchy this one time. |
Wow! Good gesture from the man whose presidency would have been a different style from what currently obtains. He engenders a bigger hope than our "renewed hope" protagonists. |
I remembered he premised his leaving the apc because they violated his conscience and principles on the Muslim Muslim stand of the apc. I ask: what has changed? He has shown himself not to be different from our regular politicians who cross carpet between parties just for the crumbs of office rather than ideology. |
Its pathetic. Just don't understand what is really happening in Nigeria again. No place is safe anymore. |
It was a judicial coup. Posterity will not forgive those judges who denied the masses their bona fide elected representative. |
Giving a dog a bad name so you can hang it. This is another spurious claim from the rumour mills. |
Our grandmothers were also tatooed in the form they know how without much fuss. Why is it the western styled tatoo that has the devil's insignia? I can bet my salary that the western world copied the culture of tattoo from Africa. This double standard does not edify us please. |
