obailala:I wonder o. Who would leave such a massive project to mere chance, considering its hefty financial benefit? I learnt that a 25 year research projection had been carried out to determine the safety of the island, given worst conditions of ocean surge. Leave the American journalist to be dabbling into the unknown waters of civil engineering. They really don't like good news from this part of the world though. |
I saw a military vehicle blowing 500 along Abuja Keffi road today. Perhaps they are in such hurry to brutalize another poor civilian. Does this law apply to vehicles conveying politicians too? Or those are above the law? |
rozayx5:Forget that matter o. The day I reacted to Akpabio's convoy while he was still governor, I was almost lynched in Uyo. They claimed I had no right to criticize their messiah as a Corper then, when I knew the state of their village schools. I think Akwa ibom people deserves any kind of governor they get. |
ephi123:Oga leave that matter. Even Adolf Hitler and Osama bin laden, as evil as their legacies may be; they will still have a number of people that benefited under them. The person in question is trying to point attention to the fact that hardwork and persistence pays. That's what matters. |
The evil that men do to themselves... Some group of wicked lecturers will just gang up and conspire against students. I wonder what could be hard in History studies that first class just isn't feasible for the majority. After all Courses like Physics, Meteorology and many other engineering courses have a number of first class students during graduation. Congrats to the guy. |
seguno2:Haters will continue to hate. I don't think such an individual will need to approach any bank manager for loan, many years to come. |
Reminds me when Jesus saw Matthew drinking this same ACTION BITTERS after preaching in Samaria and he laid a curse on him and banned him from being a disciple for a month. Hope you read that part too? |
CalyMan2:I wouldn't advise that bro. NGO's in Abuja are not exactly dream places to work. They don't pay well and regularly, at least from my personal experience with one. A teaching job is better. meanwhile follow this thread for Abuja jobs. Best wishes https://www.nairaland.com/1257507/post-abuja-jobs-here/396 |
castrol180:Abeg cut some slack. Since the time we've been discussing Nigeria's matter, how exactly have things improved. After all life is a little about everything. As long as the topic isn't about the colour of Tonto Dike's pAnts, then we are good to go. |
shikshark:Apple kwa? do eba for it. I go chop by force if hunger waya am finish |
Oyinbo people bad o. They no even show for their verandah, come look African masquerade. Imagine those kind houses dey Lagos and dem dey do this kind thing downstairs... |
Who's life are they saving? You blood donor agencies are fond of exploiting people's blood for selfish gains. You collect blood from voluntary donors and sell it to the victims at exorbitant prices. Even vampires do a better job. Shioor!!! |
Aba, the city of crime. Nigeria's Gotham. I'm sure underneath those roofs are some group of individuals planning to do evil to their fellow citizens. |
ekeroyal:Don't mind them. Useless set of people. If I happened to be such an herbalist, the road to my house will be more populated than airport road. I will even include freight services for contraband goods. Upon all the robbery perpetuated by the so-called vampire, he is still not as rich as Dangote, so why bother? |
Did you eat it halfway before unravelling the cockroach? Because judging by the size of the ration left in the takeaway ehn.... |
DelGardo:I see you're an APC apologist. The rice you're growing on paper you mean? We can see how we are really "self sufficient" in the production of rice, through the efforts of the "hardworking" minister. Femi Adeshina clearly outshone your mentor. |
Nice move. He's kuku an underperformer, so he should be moved from a juicy ministry to where he fits best. |
Maybe they are trying to live their home economics teaching role. Nawaa |
The people of Akwa Ibom really frustrated my attempt to provide free skills acquisition training for their children in 2015. Shin gbain like this (i.e 1 kobo, shishii, etc) them no give. ![]() |
It's bad enough that our minister of Petroleum is nowhere to be found. It's good enough there is no fuel scarcity ever since.. |
I know Osibanjo is trying to look serious and all, but this move is just a big no-no. There are many forces against the directive than there are for it. Will the government provide free land and build physical structures to effect the move from her own pocket? What of logistics, security and so on? I'm sure the big oil giants will fight this move viciously. Some of these operations are not like a makeshift canopy you can just wake up and pack. After all this is not the first time such directive was given. |
Please follow through. You've entered already, besides what do you think you will be doing once you're out? What does not kill makes one stronger, so man up .Get encouraged and don't lose your big opportunity. |
Great news, but let me take a cue from Gotham. One criminal caught and many more roams the street and police officers are cheerleadin.. better they hang their pompoms and get their asses to the streets. After all what are they paid to do? |
or we can turn them into something more useful for everyone... https://cdn.winkgo.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/22-Awesome-Ways-to-Turn-Old-Tires-Into-Recycled-Crafts-05.jpg https://www.topdreamer.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/DIY-Tires-5.jpg |
Village people!!! ruuuuuunnnnnn!!! ![]() |
basilo102:your people are living seconds away from disaster, you're here worrying about our brown roofs. At least brown roofs pose a treat to no one. Better help yourself! |
ordinary Tecno palasa for 10k has local TV stations and very loud speakers. So for ordinary snake game, they think people will fork out 20k plus when one can add a little more and buy the Itel s31 feature phone with all bells and whistles? It was great while it lasted but the world has moved on. At least this side of the world. |
Let us be deceiving ourselves in this country. Either we choose 1 private University or 2 public, the truth is that there is no jobs out there to cater for the teeming youths. Perhaps they will launch common entrance exams for babies entering crèche someday and it will be a big issue like this. The government should learn how to set it's priorities right. |
nice witches. They even use smartphones during meetings. |
The new update really sucks. I wonder what they were thinking. WhatsApp built its popularity on a platform of simplicity and perhaps it may loose out on its essential feature if they keep dishing out these shitty 'improvements'. |
No mind am . People dey find wetin they wan chop, this one dey talk Airtel India. Who Airtel Nigeria even help? |
