So Paul never learned from Christians he just started one day without anyone telling him what to know about Christianity.
Paul meant establishing congregations among the gentiles was his assignment which Jesus gave him directly if what he meant is that he never learned anything from Christians then everyone should start their own ministry without preaching or teaching so Jesus' instruction to preach and teach is useless because everyone will claim they got what they are saying directly from God.

You need to be careful how you quote some scriptures. If you say God isn't Omniscient
Omnipresent and Omnipotent you have reduced the Uncreated and Sovereign God to the level of the things He created and that is an Anathema. You need to be wary how you interprete scripture so you don't end up confusing yourself. How can the God who create all things be limited in the knowledge of the things He created? It's like saying the manufacturer of Maybach, Lincoln Navigator, G-Wagon has limited knowledge or control over their creations that they employ to be their brains and eyes over their creations. Before God created, He thought about it and then he began. God knew Lucifer will turn rogue and become satan even when he was still good and perfect.
God knew Adam will mess up that's why he pre-planned everything to happen as it did.
