She's just being childish, she should apologize and let peace rain in her home smiley....I wonder why it's so hard for some people to apologise. No need to get a 3rd party involved. Just ignore her childish act, it's because you're giving her too much attention that's why she's misbehaving, when you stop giving her attention, she will learn smiley

Does she apologize by unspoken word? That is truer than a mere sorry. She may be scared of you Be might not want to argue with u. Do u keep complaining?

Science has a standard for everything.
To checkmate global warming and ozone depletion there are many technology that has fade out with time to give room for cleaner fuel to power our infrastructures in order to save the earth ozone layer and checkmate global warming.

Sometimes I ask who is advising the woman she looks young but acts so old in the brain. How can in this century you want to use coal to power your country when there are other better way of doing it using solar and wind even ordinary water too.

This woman won't stop disgracing herself and Nigeria at large. So for your mind Na Westerners they hold you .. smh this woman is a joke as one would say apc has graduated the blame game to a whole new level.

You should google and check the nature of power generation leading countries in the world use. There are now cleaner coal generation. If we had the technology, who will stop us. It is because we are contracting it to them.

I personally think you two are quite young and may not be emotionally ready for the challenges of marriage . Your parents are more experienced and will never mislead you. Why not wait till you are atleast 28/29 and she's about 25/26. Marriage is for life, so why the rush? I'm a female and I'm going to tell you this, I got married at 25 but if I knew what I know about marriage today, I wouldn't have gotten married until I was 27. So take it easy and be patient. It's not all about doing it but doing it well matters most. Good luck!
Just be glad you got married when you did. You probably would have been single by now and wishing for any man. Are there not friends of yours that are still single?

The only reason you are thinking like this is because that same marriage has built you up to think bigger. Left alone, you had grope in the dark. Do you understand my reasoning? So be glad and reach for higher goal. Marriage doesn't subtrate. It just adds.

Parents put pressure on the female children too. They tell them not to date or marry before 25. Yet they cursed them for not marrying at 26. So funny.

Did you see the doctor report. Did you go with him? Did you crosscheck with some other lab. NA JOB! He probably got fed up with the marriage and wants you to live him. So he doesn't want to initiate it so came up with such spurious allegation.

How did I know? My friend once lied to his girlfriend he was about to marry that he was AS. He sought for the girl decision on whether to continue the marriage as the girl was AS too. The girl ran. well it's the other way around for women, women are different and we think differently. I would rather in the delivery room than my son to die. That's nature for you, you can't change that. smiley
I know. You are totally forgiven. It is just a woman's nature to prefer their seed to whatever and whoever including their husbands and even themselves. That is why you see women selling groundnut, orange and vegetables in the market just so they can cater for their own while the husbands go drinking and uncaring! Women have a new kind of responsible one they are put in family way. That is why tonto-dikeh will change regardless of her past. that is why you see high class prostitute settle down well.

I am not jealous. Men have their own leverage. Men easily go scot-free with cheating. Women are easily forgiven of their husband imprenating another. They fight the women off rather than their husbands. It's funny. Men hardly tolerate that. Getting too close to a male friend may make you lose one tooth or two. We all have our leverages.

NB: - I am not supporting male cheating!

Lol.. Well the baby daddy was ready to take her from her husband, when she told him how her husband always maltreats and cheats on her and embarrasses her in public.. He was furious, he was just waiting the husband to come to the boutique he opened for her and a new flat he rented for her and his son , so as to give him an earful . My dear, things dey happen o... Lol
Another man wife o... Lol
So the husband even called me saying his wife left their home and left their 3children. That how can a married woman just disappear like that, and her parents said they've not seen her. And do I know where she is? I said have not seen her o.. I don't want to be part of their wahala. So he sent a spy, found her boutique and came, see show down with her, her baby daddy.. Lol
Mehn it was crazy!

They were later calmed down and her husband left angrily..
To report her to her parents. Unknown to the husband, her baby daddy has already gone to her family to wet ground while the husband has never wet ground for her parents since how many years he married her.
Her parents supported the baby daddy and his relationship with their daughter lol.
The husband went back home dissapointed and he then resulted to begging his wife to come back, that's it's the devil and he still loves her.. Lol..
And he will change for the better..

Well, she insists she wants to stay on her own but she will always visit her other children and they can visit her. But to live with her husband again.. No way..
D baby daddy also spends on her other children when they come for visit, especially if he's around with her.. And this baby daddy is younger than the lady with 6 years difference.. He's just blessed to be rich . Things dey happen

So the baby daddy's wife stays in another state.. He lives in a different state becos of his company... While He rented the apartment for her and his son in Lagos and her own husband is in Lagos.
grin grin You just made my day with this gist. So your friend actually abandoned her own husband to continue this unhealthy relationship with her baby dada. He would definitely impregnant her again. Did she stop to think of the consequences of her action if her baby dada's wife finds her out? She not only destroyed her home for her happiness, she would suicide in ruining another's home. She should have just follow her husband who had become repentant by now. The man was weigh down by the thought of marrying a single mother. If the man happens to marry again, her own children will suffer.

The cycle keeps happening with single mother and their ex. If the ex happen to be nice and regretful, the women go down all the way with them. A re-f**k is somewhat easy mehn. The ex daddy need to control themselves to avoid these scenarios. That is why 2face kept impregnating his babymamas! I have seen it happened again and again. One need to be wise dear

TV01:
Is it too difficult to parse situations with objectivity? The core question should be; is single parenthood a good thing?

We are all touched and grateful for seemingly heart-warming stories such as this one. But for every one we can give thanks for, there are a hundred that left poorer outcomes for both the parent and child/ren involved. Is it overly difficult to separate the personal from policy?

All the data is already in, single parenthood (and I refer mainly to wilful single-parenthood, not widowhood or rape, which in any event are a relative minority) underpins many social pathologies.

It’s a major indicator of poverty, high-profile celebrity instances non-withstanding. It more likely to lead to issues for the children, especially as they approach their teenage years.

Males being more likely to be delinquent, and females being more likely to be promiscuous, are two of the most well known outcomes. Search data for the presence of fathers in the lives of prison inmates.

But there are numerous others, inter-alia, feelings of abandonment, self-worth/esteem issues, developmental and socialisation issues, poorer academic achievement, etc.

And yes, for your average person it has to have a potential impact on future relationships; from the financial burden, babymama/dada issues, all around acceptance etc.

The stigma surrounding single-parenthood may hurt, but at the societal level it is a protective mechanism, not intended to be wilfully malicious to individuals. There is a net cost, which society bears. It’s why families tread warily.

Who grows up dreaming of being or marrying a single parent. And yes, women bear the brunt here, so it behoves them to act more circumspectly and, make wiser choices, as opposed to unthinking indignation and the push for its acceptance which seems to prevail here?

Yes single parents should be given all the support possible, everything should be done to ameliorate the situation, especially to ensure positive outcomes for the child/ren. But no, single parenthood should not be sold as an attractive alternative to intact biological families, or even, as it seems to be today, preferable, even aspirational huh

And in the rush to herald this, the intimacy at 11 seems to have gone singularly unremarked upon undecided

embarassedMaybe she has had clashes with her husband concerning her son.. And her husband may have said one day out of anger, that she is second hand.
A friend of. Mine, she's a single mum but married to another man. She always sang praises of her son and how he will make her proud.. I then asked her one day, how about your husband, u rarely talk about him.. She said my dear, if u know what my husband had said to me in the first of rage, u will be amazed and above all he doesn't care about my first son... He takes responsibilty of his other children I had with him except the first one I had before I married him.. One day, he shouted at me and said I don't blame u woman, I blame myself for marrying a second hand woman... In the midst of neighbours trying calm him down.. She felt so ashamed of herself cos everyone thought her husband was the father of her first son.
She said her first son doesn't regard her husband as his dad.. He cried one day saying he wants to know his biological father. She went in search of the guy who impregnated her, thank God she found him, he felt remorsed for abandoning them.. He himself is also married with children, but he promised to take over his son's education and welfare..and he's doing exactly the way he promised.. That move nearly ruined her marriage but at the end, her parents came into the matter..
To cut long story short
Her first son is well take care of by his real dad without his own wife knowing he has a son elsewhere.
He also set her up in a boutique business cause her husband at home wants her to be full time housewife and shes tired staying at home.
It nearly ruined her home cos her husband was like who gave her so much money to open a biz...

In short, for me oooo I cannot be a single mum, either thru mistake or otherwise and then get married to another man? Nah.. Too many complications there..
Too many complication. The other man's home is at risk of breakdown if the wife become aware. A whole first son women are afraid of.

I hope she isn't sleeping with her ex. They shouldn't allow the love resurface

The special assistant job is complementary. You must agree there is traffic problem in Port Harcourt. Won't you just like there is someone directly in charge. A commissioner of transport work is huge and need good team and hands. The portfolio is quite different. The governor easily reach his special assistant than any other officer of his government. I am talking in ideal scenario anyway.

I don't agree with you on this. This appointment is well deserved. It will be one of the best appointment in his government if the assistant truly work. Government is meant to deliver good public service. Traffic is the bane of some states in Nigeria like Lagos, Port Harcourt and even edo state now. YOU don't wanna know the economy lost caused by traffic and the lost of investment location.

A traffic assistant is to ensure free flow of traffic and report issues causing traffic with regard to solving it. He is to create a better traffic design which is a full course of its own in Engineering- Traffic Engineering. Mark the road for road users and punish offenders appropriately. Do you know the dedication to traffic in advance world? who wants to use one hour get to 10 mins distance? I rejected a job twice my salary in Lagos because of Traffic. Please I want to know if it's possible for someone who his Uncle or relative had filed a immigrant visa for but has not been called for interview to still apply for a B1/B2 or F1 Visa category and still be granted visa.

A friend asked me but I wasn't so sure but my answer was Yes...

Please how possible is it?

Thanks
B1/B2 is not a no no because the embassy will believe he has the intention to stay without returning since he has once shown interest in immigrant visa.

For F1 visa, I do not see a problem in sight.
