i realised this early during my second year in the university,my first dream in life was to be a lecturer with the sole purpose of getting rich and wealthy in lecturing job. At time goes on i realised that those lecturers i sees everyday in my school are not so rich to the level i desire which make me realised that salary work will never make me rich and achieve my finacial dream,so after graduation i,m venturing into business no matter how small it will be and i belive that with dedication,perseverace and time i will surely get to top. Entreprenuership and business are the only way to finacial freedom and liberate someone from clutches of poverty. Salary work wil only sustain u and will never make u rich. My advice to my fellow young guys out there esp the graduates, please stop wasting your time hoping on white cola job that i think does not exist due to recession, find something and start doing no matter how small, start business,learn skill,look around and search for those needs people are lacking and find a suitable product that will satisfy those needs with that u are automatically a millionaire in a short time. Think smart, think big. Start something today because the best time to plant a seed was 10yrs ago and another best time is today.

You can as well be a business owner while being a lecturer anyway. Business may not be stable at the beginning but stable income will help you stay afloat. Now you must know many Lecturers in Nigeria don't know a thing about translating their knowledge to Money. How many write textbooks? yet you see Indian's textbook everywhere. Not even secondary textbooks are written by them.

Many do not know how to access research grants or partner with industries or program for additional income. A lecturer that knows himself is very ok financially

Thanks. But the actual reason why I am asking is in order to know if what I am having here is sufficient. If I calculate it using the interbank exchange rate, it will be sufficient. But if I use the parallel market exchange rate, it won't be sufficient. And I'm being careful not to send it to them yet, because if the use the parallel market, then my admission will be denied due to insufficient funds. So, I need to know the rate to use in calculating it.

Exchange rate is always on google. That is what is used in formal environment. Thinks it's 307 now

For one, it looks too busy and there is lack of appealing symmetry. There are too many features fighting each other for the eye's attention. Not to mention that most of them are ugly and not nice to look at for long.

You can reach out to your school to change the sponsor in your I-20. The information on your I-20 and DS2019 must be consistent with what you say on the interview day.

My dad is my sponsor. He is supposed to pay the tuition fees and I take care of the remaining school bills(housing, health, miscellaneous). So yes, my dad will be the sponsor. He's based in the US as a citizen that is why I'm a bit worried about going for the interview.

How did your dad become a citizen? Did he overstay his visit and had to get married? They would sure look into that.

If your dad's record isn't all that straight, you would need to look for some other sponsor in Nigeria. This is very key to home ties.

Why are you studying master in public affairs? Why the school? You need to very clear in answering these two questions.
