Shut up!.. Was he forced to kneel down? do you know the rule over there or the tradition .. Can't you see there is no seat .. and maybe you can't stand when the president is seating.
But I blame the president who allowed a man to kneel before him!

I love bisola

Bally is smart he has hidden himself so well housemates forget about h whenever they want to nominate

bassey is just lucky

make TTT do come online to IG Make I blast am

like the reason he left is because he denied his family, simple as that.

in Nigeria once u want to do anything, just form u love god be morally upright try be crazy( the only thing that made efe so popular was because he took his clothes off on a live stage.. damn mehn!!! that was crazy AF)

and if u r a girl cook be nice etc

I think this bbn game just began the housemates are shocked TTT stayed but we aren't. we wanted him out
Nothing works in the game. Just be youself if you ever get there. People don't know what they want. People don't know who they like. People are jealous of the other person. No tactics works

Which heart of God! Her plea is a disgrace. Do we have to beg police to release a journalist? Do you imprison anyone without trial. Instead of her to talk about the failing systems of things and support for freedom of expression, she is begging like a slave. Mtcheeewwe

Lawlahdey:
Is this allowed? Going for studies abroad while holding an official post?
I tire. Ths is not fair on the people. Go to school if you want to but don't use your official hours. This shouldn't be allowed at all. A three days training is ok but not PhD. The work is very burdensome to combine with governance. However, policy studies and analysis is an essential part of governance that leaders must learn to create and evaluate formulated policies. Just doing the right thing at the wrong time

i can see a lot of pained people on this thread.

One even said let him read first, you that can read for the world where has it gotten you? we don see you for NL FP shaking your governor?
why cant people be happy for others and their progress.. if you envy them, thats enough reason for you to strive harder to achieve what the have or better pass it.

why insult and belittle a person just because he achieved something?

people calling a hausa man illiterate and seeing himself above a hausa man is the ignorant one just shows how much they have not traveled around nigeria. today there was a topic of a young officer that was honored by the UK Navy. and alot of people turned it to a tribal battle. unknown to them its a regular thing, every year the nigerian army, airforce and navy send cadets abrode to complete their training, Sandust in the UK for army, theres a flying school in florida where the airforce sends its young officers.. among the officers sent there are some of hausa decent who are far better than their other counterpart and many can attest to that, i know many of them but nobody makes noise about it!

most of you insulting hausa man would be put in a class room with a hausa man and he will beat you hands down, they are that good. do you think you can compete with people who memorize a book in a foreign language word for word?

just because your culture believes an accomplished person is someone with a PHD and has all the expensive cars in the world doesnt mean a hausa mans culture is that way. and mind you thats not backwardness. your tradition says study in english and get a PHD his says study in arabic. doesnt make him an illiterate hes just educated in a different language.
There are lots of bias in your write up. Many reasons led people to stereotype Hausas. I do not. I have very intelligent hausas friends especially in Mathematics. I do hope you know the Federal Govt policies frame hausas to be less educated. There is was they call the Educational less developed states policy in Nigeria. It will interest you to know that all of the states in the Northern region fall into this group while a handful in the south is. Its either this is true or some persons somewhere are trying to cheat a particular region.

In the same vein, educational test and recruitments are skrew down to accommodate the north. The statistics are everywhere starting from Jamb, scholarship exams etc. Specifically, Jonathan Presidential Merit Scholarship (PRESSID) was proscribed by the senate because the northern indigene wasn't benefiting. That was the only Nigeria scholarship where merit alone was used to select winners. The competition was competition of firstclass in Nigeria Universities.

So these are the issues. The system led us here. Don't throw invectives at anyone.

Billyonaire:
From my experiences on the journey of life, I have to tell you this. The effort you dedicated to Mr. Ernest was not for him, it was for you. You were working on yourself, you were developing your skills and Mr. Ernest may not understand what he has done for you.

My advise is that you regret nothing. What did you learn from Mr. Ernest ? You learnt, no to trust anyone, not even yourself. You learnt not to rely on anyone, but yourself. What should you rather learn ? Learn to read meaning from people's actions, not their words. You did not pay attention to Ernest's body language and his actions. I am very sure there were countless signs, but you trusted him, you relied on him.

But let me tell you the good news. The skills, knowledge, interactions, distrust, unreliability on others and your doggedness, even the patience but not excluding the sweat, tears and blood are the parameters on the road to success.

What you should learn from your experience with Mr. Ernest, that nothing is given, but taken. Study his business model and his business modules. Register a business name, and search for a partner. Replicate that business with a touch of class and your ingenuity and there is nothing stopping you.

How do I know you will succeed in this ? Well, I do not know. I just remember that many people had bad bosses, and you must learn to call them teachers of life. You can use the knowledge and the experiences you got from these Ernests and his likes to further your drive to becoming a greater version of your self in the journey through life.
I don't really know if you are a billionaire but you would be one day! Now you have given the OP useful life lesson that everyone can learn from. Smart you!

Politics › Re: Why Osinbajo Is Performing Well – Buhari by Mayflowa(m): 8:39am On Mar 11, 2017
shukuokukobambi:
Yeah i heard it live on the AIT news program. This quote below really struck me

“Youth and intellect is squarely behind him,” Mr. Buhari said while commending the work done by Mr. Osinbajo. “Continue to do the work, Nigeria will continue whether we are here or not.”

It explained why Buhari was never offended that Idiagbon took all the glory in 1984 and why the praises heaped on Osinbajo now will not get to him. Buhari doesn't mind who takes the glory as long as the work is done. Also his self deprecating and humble remarks about his health and himself generally show say the baba never learn politics well. Politicians are never candid about their shortcomings grin

Anyway, let the ship of state continue. That's what concerns the masses cool
The self-deprecation got to me. This is really humbly for him to say of his age and education. Made me remember Nelson Mandela in his immortal quote " Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."

The president would do well to raise the education level of those to serve Nigeria rather than the limiting age bill. Let's the president begin to campaign for education of Nigeria.

Lazy man. At 34 years he was expecting his 66 year old father to be footing his bills? E really die well.
Old guys may need a push in Nigeria. People don't really make it at early age in Nigeria.

From the tone of the father, he actually don't care about them. It was the lack of care in the last 10 years that got everyone here.

Old politicians' children still receive some perks from their father. He clearly can support his business. If he did, he would hv mentioned it
