I seriously need your advise. I bought an engine in Ladipo but it packed up the following day. So I returned the car and engine to Ladipo but since then its been story and stories.

Please what can I do?

I have given then till tomorrow otherwise they should refund.

car Symptoms :car idling rpm is high (2000),misfiring, performance issue.
Engineer findings;
Engine was overcooled by kazeem ;ects pid was reading too low for all condition around 50 centigrade (fan running direct and thermostat removed) and no issue at all with the vvt system or timing assembly.
Resolution :
Restoring the cooling system to default setting become a fix for the issue.
Such a easy fix for a issue that almost made the op to sell the car .
My personal opinion :
Kazeem especially the rewire cause more problem for cars than the failure that is occurring naturally with cars,and car issues in nigeria will reduce when car owners stop patronizing kazeems.

2. Henry Bosch might have been represented or quoted out of context. For example, the reference to lead acid batteries and topping up charges looks more applicable to batteries in storage. Look at the end of that 2nd paragraph of your link again.
3. Anyway, the experience of most car users around me does not align with your claim. That is why I asked for your source of information.

4 months battery life? Regular visit to battery charger? A healthy car alternator can't give battery an optimum charge?

All these assertions do not resemble my own experience o. Please educate me.

I had the issue with my battery about 4 months back and after the mechanic applied some kind of lubricant, I haven't observed it till now. My battery is "follow-come" though... not like it matters, I guess.

Many thanks mayor2013 for the swift response.
I noticed the following morning the engine coolant was drained completely leading to overheating condition. I have fixed same and my car is back to life.
Ones again I appreciate your technical advice.
