I equally asked him back, what has been the future of those children of Anambraians when Obi was governor of Anambra state years ago.

He went mute, then I told him that those children are the Unknown gun men/ESN, kidnappers that disturb the East & imposed sit out home on her.

Here's my analysis:

Peter Obi is known in cities and popular towns. Labour Party needs to take its campaign to rural areas.

Every state in Nigeria (except Bayelsa and FCT) has up to 15 LGAs. Of the 15 LGAs, they have just one state capital and a maximum of 2 developed towns. These capitals and developed towns have exposed people who probably know who Peter Obi is.

In other 12 rural areas, nobody knows him or to be fair, just a few persons know him. How does he plan to win an election that is just 5 months away? These LP guys need to put in more efforts in grassroots campaigns if they really want to win the next election.

Although I support Peter Obi, I am a realist

Bashir just stating the already known obvious. We all know how inconsequential, unimportant, insignificant, paltry, immaterial, measly, inconsequent BABA-AHMED DATTI, (whom i respect so much ) is in the north. It is nothing new.


Infact presently, he cant win a councilorship Election in any place in the north talkmore of in kaduna, a heavyweight political battleground for bigwigs not befitting of a clown like him.

He is as non-influential politically as a chicken in kaduna presently heading into next year election.

The story of Peter obi and Ahmed datti can be liken to the characters of Aki and pawpaw in comedy movies. Both of them pulling far above their weight,height and achievements. The only difference is Aki and pawpaw knows they are in for the acting but peter and datti thinks they can turn the comedy into an unattainable, unrealistic reality.
