AjanleKoko: Well . . . I don't think your job will empower you enough to make much impact, sadly. But you can study the various customer management disciplines on your own professionally, and see how you can turn it into a career. Get as much experience as you can though, starting from where you are currently. Look within for opportunities to learn and grow in that area.
I must say, a lot of the large corporates in Nigeria have started to look more seriously at CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Thanks to the telcos, who have provided this from day 1 as part of their service offering. Nowadays banks have CRM teams, as well as FMCGs. Like an earlier poster said, it's all driven by competition. Today i was actually thinking about getting in touch with you to ask how we could start a customer services appraisal thread in this section. I thought of how easily it would be derailed and how professional marketers will easily use it to 'demarket' each other here. We all have customer service experience via various touch points in our daily transactions, there must be a way of naming and shaming the baddies while encouraging the good ones. No long story, just name the organisation,a brief description of your transaction and your verdict. Just thinking out loud. |

There is a site you can use to get your items hassle free. They have a returns policy and are very reliable. They have a logistics department and will deliver themselves.
It's www.sapnetsolutions.co.uk This thread is about Kalahari. you can open another thread an advertise this other company. |

StarBoard: Amos is a goalkeeper who's been showing promise for a year now. He won't be loaned out. He'll probably be third choice, but depending on how he performs he can actually make it a three-way firght for the goalie's jersey. Lindergaard is not bad I tell you.I like what I see in him.Playing behind established veterans in Rio and Vida will help him.Same as De Gea. That was Aston Villa. This is United. He can't handle it.Young's best position is out wide.
The commentator said there's no such thing as an easy goal for Berba. . .he almost fluffed it but he played well yesterday. . . his growth will be severely stunted as a number 3.it is not like outfield positions.he needs to play to improve. i will be surprised if he is still here by feb. there will be no 2 way fight talk less of a 3 way fight. SAF does not rotate keepers like that. he just wants a solid back up for De Gea,which is what Anders hopefully is. this is not Arsenal where the gaffer does not even know who is his no. 1. |

No one has still explained to me how this bill is more important than a bill aimed at reducing the number of ministers that the constitution requires. a reduction that will have a direct impact on the cost of governance in this country.a cost that makes sane minds what if the cost of this democracy is worth it at all. i would have expected GEJ to send that kind of bill, which the NASS will likely fight against, then we the masses will know who our true and perceived enemies are. Instead he sends this cryptic bill that needs soothsayers to decode its relevance in the scheme of things. |

“It is not true that four years “is too short” for a President or a Governor to make a difference. The President didn’t get it, and it is important that he does. The period appears too short because many of our elected Governors and Presidents (well, we have had only a few) begin to think of what to do, only when they get to office. They have no blueprint, no clear understanding of what is required, they do not even listen to the people well enough, and the parties that brought them to power have no manifesto, no plan of action, no defined contract with the Nigerian people. Given such background, the complexity of bureaucracy and the enormity of official powers could prove so intimidating that the typical overnight man of power could find himself or herself completely ill-prepared for high office. But this is what we want changed. In states where the Governors are prepared, we have seen so much done in four years.” - Reuben Abati, current spokesman to President Jonathan, wrote and published this statement on May 29, 2011, before his appointment on July 2, 2011. |

LET ME ASK YOU SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THERE BELIEVE?
1. WHY DONT THEY PREACH JESUS CHRIST WHY KINGDOM? MAT 28: 18, ACT 5 :42 2. WHY DONT THEY PREACH SALVATION KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT THE FULCRUM OF TALKING TO PEOPLE LIES ON SALVATION-MARK 16:15 3. APART FROM THE BIBLE HOW MANY MISERIES OF GOD, CHRIST, AND HOLY SPIRIT DO YOU KNOW? 4. WHY DRUNK WITH WINE INSTEAD OF BEING DRUNK WITH THE HOLYSPIRIT. EPH 5 :18, TITUS 1:7. 1 TIM 3:3 5. WHY NOT START WHEN THEY PRAY WITH THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT THE BIBLE SAYS , THAT HE (GOD) HAS GIVEN US A NAME MORE THAN EVERY OTHER NAME. AND THAT HE HAS EXALTED IN MORE THAN, MAT 28:18. who said they advocate drunkeness? Is the name of Jesus exalted above the name of God the father? |

I DOUBT IF YOU ARE FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT JUST A REGULAR CHURCH GOER AT RCCG.
THE QUESTION YOU ARE ASKING AND THE MIDDLE STAND OF YOUR VIEW I BELIEVE YOU ARE NOT A TRUE BELIEVER OF CHRIST AND NOT HOLY SPIRIT FILLED.
WHEN A TRUE SPIRIT FILLED CHILD OF GOD TEACHES ON SOME REALITY AND ASK QUESTION ON THE SOME MISERIES OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD ONLY TAUGHT BY HOLYSPIRIT YOU WILL KNOW IT.
THE SAME STAND POINT YOU ARE WAS WERE I WAS 6 YEARS AGO BEFORE I REDEDICATED MY LIFE TO CHRIST FULLY AND EXPERIENCE HOLSPIRIT BAPTISM. so you now have a list of those who are spirit filled in your back pocket? you have gone through that list and confirmed that the OP is not on it? |

i attend redeem church right now and in my local church, we have these “executive, very cushioned and confy chairs” (about five) that only the Pastor, his wife and two or three close pals can seat on! That is what l call segregation, in the house of God! Let us know, how is it in your own church about this "special seats"? |

StarBoard: ^^^^ You just read my mind. Lindergaard is a world-class stopper. De Gea is good and can be a great goalie, but no point in having him when you have folks like Lindergaard and Amos (another excellent goalie). But I guess there is no harm in having an over-abundance of talent in the GK area, something United have struggled with in the past. . . still too early to judge Lindergaard. i hope he becomes a useful back up. we can't have more than two good keepers.i hear that Amos is highly rated, i can see him going on loan this season or in January and being sold off next season. |

If he can't run a business with dignity and respect for others, he should close it down, fire everybody, and retire to his village. Whatever happened to 'dear all, we are not meeting our targets, I will have to lay off everybody who hasn't met their target', abi? Why does it have to be uncouth language?
People will get jobs, irrespective of his participation in the nation's economy. He's also there to get his share, or is he running an orphanage? Not every CEO in Nigeria is cussing out their staff, in this same Naija, whatever y'all might think.

that is the reason why some patriotic Nigerians like myself are asking for an ammendment to the bill. No need for elections in future.Neither primaries, secondary and all what not.present occupants should stay there for life and in the event oftheir death, they must have it written in their will who inherits their post and it must not be subject to any court of law.Infact we can ask Odili to help us obtain an indefinite injunction against the chosen beneficiary of the inherited position. This will save us all this billions that Inec and jega would need for future elections and would ensure that GEJ is able to spread permanent fresh air to every corner of this great nation. 4 years is not enough, neither is 6 years enough. A lifetime is barely appropriate. continuity is essential. GEJ for life!!! |
