I don't know how to start, but I just have to put this post up in support of a friend.

I knew her way back in school to be a lively soul and so I was worried when I saw her WhatsApp status and had to ask questions.

Her mother had been I'll since April and their resource blown, she still needs dialysis and funds ain't coming through.

She needs all the help she can get and I suggested coming here to seek help.

I'm convinced she would find as I have anonymously assisted people from here too.

With her permission, I m posting this here.

FamilyRe: Left Us. After Eight Years, He's Back And Had Nothing by mcdokwe(m):
My questions would be if he is truly aware of the pains he caused and deeply sorry for them?

If his life had turned better, would he have remembered you or he has tried all he could but still failed and knowing you have a soft spot for him because of the child between you decided to exploit it and leach on you?

Find out the above and make your own decisions because las las you alone know what you truly want and will be the one to reap whatever outcome.

Good luck

Wood shavings is better. Cartons will make the floor wet and that means diseases. The ones that died, what were the symptoms?
Mostly sluggishness and weak arms.
AgricultureRe: My Poultry Diary by mcdokwe(op): 8:22am On Sep 28, 2020
Been very occupied lately, however all but 2 birds I chose to reserve from the 2 batch of broilers have been cleared.

An order was placed for 2 cartons, but only one was delivered, we're hoping to pick the rest tomorrow and integrate them to the farm.

I sourced my birds for protein yesterday and it was an emotional moment for me but sha that's why they were raised and I'm happier for the effort.

Sorry for your loss.

From my little experience, Coccidiosis is the most common ailments of birds an a leading cause of bird mortality.

I'd personally advice you to buy coxstop and administer to them through their water, but I must confess that my knowledge is limited as I can as well pass for a novice.

Meanwhile, great agrolanders who take delight in assisting others like @jidestroud will be here soon to offer a 'higher level' help, but before they get here, what does their stool look like? Where they vaccinated?

May our loss be small. Amen

2nd batch is 19 days old. Selling would commence on Monday @ weeks.

Lost 4, felt really bad because the were lost in their second week. I thought that having survived the first week without mortalities, that we were good to go.
It taught me that though wood shavings are good liters to use, carton serves better so their stools can be easily monitored for signs of diseases.

Still learning, we move.

The first batch @ 5 weeks plus. I'm just tempted to "off the neck" of one to see if it really tastes like chicken.

I've recorded no mortality out of the 51 ross 308 I got from agrited. The birds can eat sha, 3bags in 3wks. Today I achieved a rare feat, I even beat the standard...over 1kg in 3wks. The secret was adlibitum feeding and hygiene. I will keep updating the house on my progress
Of course it gives great joy to see your birds respond to this particular style of feeding, the only downside is the market. The pricing most time is soul dampening.

When Ebonyi state voted in this man, they didn't know they had signed Messi. He has won the political "ballon d'or" back to back since 2015. Citizens of states that their governor's achievement(s) is either to appear during children's day celebration, control traffic, sign MOU, share kerosene, share ludo, give yearly budgets botanical/scientific names, dethrone traditional rulers, eat roadside roasted corn, mould statue, stuff dollars, share cars, collect loans, sponsor pilgrimages etc should know that when they voted, they signed Yakubu Ayegbeni.

I have heard all of you, as if the persons criticizing me are perfect. Some may even be worst than me. Which ever way I am going to court, if the court grants me visitation rights, then fine. If they don't, I move on. This family really intimidated me, now is the time to show them I am not a small boy. They will pay legal fees and they go hear am.
That may not be necessary as you will be creating bad blood. Hold on a little longer, hopefully their anger will wear out

jidestroud:
Morning boss,

A pictorial post of the poop will help to an extent give an idea what the problem might be. You said worm-like right? What's the colour? Is the poop watery, loose or firm? Are the worm-like particles in fact real worms?
It could be your birds are simply doing intestinal shedding. Nevertheless, there is something wrong with your birds to have recorded those deaths.

Secondly, why did you not give losata and why have you been using?

Thirdly, why raise broilers and cockerels together? They are so so different in their programs.
Separate them ASAP.
I actually thought it wise to brood them together in the brooding room for atleast 3weeks before separating them.

I didn't give them lasorta because of the review I got about them, felt they were absolute waste of resources.

I had to use sticks to raise and observe the excreta, they're actually worms cry cry
AgricultureRe: My Kuroiler Birds From Day Old by mcdokwe(m): 7:00pm On Sep 10, 2020
Bro jidestroud, please what could be the cause of wormlike excreta in my chicks?

I suspect it is from the cockerels, could it be because I didn't give them the 'lasota vaccine'

I have lost three currently.
Are there possibilities of infecting the broilers? Just so I can separate them.

Thanks

Hahaha! This sounds weird, but you have a point.

Imagine if it was false allegation, with photoshopped screenshots as proof, that is how they would have frozen the innocent guy account for nothing.

I am sure GTB and Firstbank wouldnt do such, until you bring police report and court order.
I guess you missed the part they said there was an inflow that matches the description of the complainant and asked him for an explanation.
