Congratulations on your admission, please read from the first page of this part to get some vital information on how to start your application. There are enough links there to answer your questions and also check the previous part as all possible questions have already been answered.
I know you will think I. giving your lots of work to do but trust me if you can do that you will be better informed and you won't regret it

It is better if your brother uses his name as sponsor rather than use his company name as sponsor. He can include his SOA and that of the company. But once he uses the name of the company as sponsor then it becomes more difficult to convince the vo because by then the vo will demand commitment by the company to pay the said fund into the applicant's account or for the company to pay tuition fee before the applicant applies. Company sponsorship is very technical and needs to be treated as such

The best way to convince the bonus for the company to pay your tuition fee and transfer your living expenses into your personal bank account. About the salary from the other company, that shouldn't be a problem as you can state you also work for them on the side(part-time /contract).
Above all, the current company that wants to sponsor you MOST show commitment by either paying your tuition fee and transfer other fund(living expenses) into your account or transfer everything into your account (that's if your school doesn't require you pay tuition before you apply for visa). The problem is the block funds one has to transfer to the school accounts of those countries you mentioned, no be small money. At least for Canada and others, you are just required to 'show' a certain amount of money in your account and most people achieve that by telling friends and relatives to deposit into their accounts. For the block funds, it means the money must be yours, that means you can't borrow from friends or relatives. And if one is to take a spouse along like Norway and Germany, the block funds will be times 2 of what is estimated for a single applicant. When you calculate that, it is close to 11 million naira or more.

So you think borrowing from people to put in your account then after getting TRV you return it to them is the best way? This is one of the reasons why it keeps getting difficult for applicants from Nigeria. SAD!

For the police report, since you have submitted already it will be better to wait for CIC to request for it(that's if they need it). As for medical, CIC will ask you to go for it when it's time

Getting a Supervisor is a difficult thing now.
I can send you my SOP though I really worked on it with Frank and Bracha. I also know that my research is on environmental engineering aspect of petroleum .

@Anamekele Your profile is very okay, but like I said before you applied (I just remembered) your intended course (civil/environmental) and previous course (petroleum) are not directly related, so you have to really work on your SOP to show the vo how they are both related. I know there's a link between both but like I said most of these VOs don't have idea about all these so it is your duty to explain to them in detail(like a you are talking to a layman). I bet you with a good SOP you will scale through. I don't think you need to change any other thing on your profile, just work on your SOP and explain how related both courses are.
Another option (easiest) will be getting a PhD admission on petroleum engineering.
NB: If you decide to go with the first option, work on your SOP and send to me and other guys let's see how we can try to put one or two together to assist. Good luck

I am expecting my study permit soon as medicals have passed, paper route. My passport expires jan 2020. planning on getting a new passport, pls shd I get the passport before I travel for fall admission or should I wait till december to get a new passport from canada? don't know how getting a new passport works in canada.
Also, would i have to apply for study permit again after getting a new passport?

It depends on you. If you are traveling this fall then you can apply for a new passport before traveling. Also if you decide not to get a new passport in Nigeria, don't worry as it is easy to get in Canada as well as your study permit extension. So the choice is yours, do whichever you feel comfortable with

I contacted an immigration lawyer who said my documents are OK and that I have a case but like you said is very expensive and time consuming.

Share your profile here so other guys can contribute to it, giving you my contact won't favour others that might have same case as you. Let's discuss everything here then when it's time to reapply you can send me your SOP (if I am chanced then) to review as well. But feel free to share your profile here let's see. Kindly share your profile let's see, then you can involve an immigration lawyer if your case is good enough. Like I said earlier, some people have gone that route and they won and were issued TRV but it is expensive and very stressful

Send the medical slip(proof of payment or anything that relates to that) you got from the clinic to cic immediately. I think the clinic must have sent your result to cic already but just to be on a safer side try and send it today

Have you thought about EXPRESS ENTRY? with your years of experience you should have a better chance getting it (though it also depends on your age as well, cos the older you get the harder for you).
That said, try and order for your gcms note so as to know the exact reason(s) why you were denied

Sorry for the delay. What was the reason for your denial? If you feel CIC made a mistake you can seek judicial review and you will need to get a lawyer in Canada to help you with that, some people have been lucky to win the case while others not so lucky. Before you make that move make sure your app is solid so your lawyer can have a good case to fight

There's nothing you can do but respond to the mail they sent you, explain what happened (how and why you used a fake SOA). At the end you will get banned from applying to Canada(between 2-5years).

Good news, congratulations. Go to the nearest CIC approved clinic around you to do your medical because app is almost ready for approval. Getting a medical mail from CIC mean your app is more or less approved(at least 90%) if you didn't apply with any fraudulent document
