If you notice any of these warning signs or symptoms – you should see your doctor immediately:
Don’t ignore these warning signs, which may indicate that your liver isn’t functioning properly: -Chronic fatigue -Lethargy -Anxiety and depression -Improper digestion -Headaches -Chronic muscle and joint pain -Acne and other skin conditions -Gases, bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation -Hormonal imbalance -Increased weight
And, don’t forget – these are just some of the symptoms that can happen when your liver isn’t functioning properly. Some people may find it difficult to lose weight, even though they exercise regularly and eat healthy food. This may indicate that they have liver problems as well. So, here comes the main question – what you should do to improve the liver’s function? Well, first you should take care what you eat. And second, you should make some lifestyle changes, which are affecting the liver’s function.
Useful Tips and Tricks (to improve the liver’s health):
Make sure you drink enough water Always avoid processed foods and you should try to eat organic foods, which don’t contain too much sodium or other toxic substances Include whole foods, animal and plant protein, grains, fermented foods, healthy fats, nuts and seeds in your healthy diet
Eliminate inflammatory vegetable oils, such as: canola, corn, soybeans, vegetable oil cottonseed, safflower or sunflower You should consume healthy fats Eliminate refined sugars from your diet Eat plenty of dietary fiber: whole foods, chia seeds, artichokes, avocados, broccoli and Brussels sprouts, etc. Reduce the fructose consumption to 20 g per day
source: http://9jashine.com.ng thanks @OP for this enlightening post. My own case is that I have been sliming down like Kilode for some time now. Though I started a vegetable farm but farming is not enough reason for me to be loosing weight like this. |

Now she should take up the mantle of leadership(in the bedroom) because it has suddenly become her job and duty to draw his gaze. You see your life? I thought you were against this on the other thread. This is why I feel sorry for people who ask for advice on nairaland I use to think that reasons & objectivity should govern human actions, but the moment I realise that human beings can be saying one thing & doing the opposite it did me a lot of good. Maybe you need to also understand that people are very inconsistent in words & action it will save you many a disappointment. |

Pavore9: Going into ugu makes no sense. I will suggest you go into crops like lettuce, cucumber, capsicum (bell pepper) as they are Short- cycle crops and attracts good market price. I just don't know where around there you can go understudy what it entails. Lettuce I know, cucumber will be best in a land that is fenced or they will steal everything suffered for. But I have not tested the market neither do I know much about it. How do I proceed then? |

Pavore9: You should have posted this in the Agric section. It seems you are more concerned about what others think about going into farming.
How can you in your early 30's be regarded as too young to go into farming? Well it all boils down to misconception because l have worked with many farmers in their 20's who with passion and the eagerness to learn more, have achieved much in their ventures. ok thank u I will do that right away |

Pls NL I need your advice. I am a mid level worker in a Federal govt establishment & I am looking forward to going into Vegetable farming big time. As a pilot test I have procured one piece of land on rent in my state of residence and presently I have started planting ugu for d dry season. 1. Problem is as we all know Farming is not a white collar job & so am afraid that the lady I am looking forward to getting married to may not see through to buy into my vision, so that am afraid that she may loose hope & give up on me.
2.Secondly people have started talking that I am still too young to go into the suffering called farming that I can rather open a retail shop but my personal assessment shows that only farming can give me 100% ROI within a space of 2 months(for vegetables like pumpkin & waterleaf ) so they think I should relax & give myself time to grow in the federal Commission where I work
3. Pls ladies & gentlemen I am in my early 30s & not given to seeking advice in online forums but I have seen people get useful advice on NL. So pls @all I need your kind advice. JasySandra, Missy89, Fratermathy, Ishilove et al come in here and give me your candid advice. |

damesilver: Put God first before everything else.
Give up unreasonable expectation.
Be the first to do the right thing. Do not wait for the other person.
Trust in the power of intuition.
Love your partner as you love yourself.
Respect them as you would love to be respected.
Do not do anything that will later oppress them.
Do not let familiarity breeds contempt. Refuse the temptation to take your partner less than esteemed.
Always act in such a way as you would meet a new person for the first time.
Do not cloud the sense of individuality. Enhance the sense of separateness no matter how close.
Let the word of God be your priority, your guide, source of strength, and your ultimate standard of living.
Do not see your bodies only as an object to be marshalled for the purpose of sensual gratification.
The physical body must be equally respected like the soul, it must be seen as something inviolable and not to be lustfully exposed in order to entice.
It is a temple of a higher power. Keep it pure.
Be humble; be teachable and be willing to learn.
Always remember that whatever you sow you must reap. What you do for your neighbor you do in reality only for yourselves. An adherent of the light of Truth can always be identified anywhere any time. Upward may your path lead. AMEN |
