1.Overlook her faults that's the best way to live with people. Everybody have faults but some people own are more obvious & shouty. So Overlook her faults, 2.its not easy but try & see more of her good parts. 3.Don't always try to correct her rather show her examples by the way u behave & handle issues.
4. A good personality book can help both of you, something like "Why You Act the Way you Do" by Tim Lahaye.
5.Be patient with her. she will change only it will take some time.

Generational curses are real.

In some families, it is uncontrollable anger. Theft runs in some families. To some, it is late marriage (does it mean all the female and male in the family smell badly, illiterates and mannerless?). In some families, their men don't live beyond certain age.

There are many people today who are living under bondage that the sins of their forefathers has brought them under.

You remember the death of students in ALUU? Truth is that those guys (and their children) will pay for their sins. When that happens (perhaps through a deadly accident or strange illness), an atheist would most likely blame the poor health care facility or reckless driving.

Don't bother arguing, some things are beyond the physical and unless one believe the spiritual facet of life, it would be hard to understand all you've said.

Even if you won't believe in God's creation through Adam and Eve, and the curses placed on humanity, at least believe in something: maybe Karma, Give and Take Theory.

If you don't believe that, take a stone, throw it to the sky...and watch it come back to you. That's an elementary explanation. If you plant wheat, won't you and your children eat from it? So who will eat the evil you plant? god of atheist?
Karma simply means that what you sow you shall reap. If Mr A kills Mr A stands a chance of being killed. Not his Children, If he has Children that were later killed it is because those children deserves such fate to be killed through their own former acts of killing that made them to be attracted to that Father who is a killer since just like that law of sowing & reaping which we otherwise refer to as law of karma, there is also another law of creation known as law of attraction of homogenous species, thus a thief will always attract a thief to himself, a smoker will always also attract fellow smokers while a person of noble heart & deed will find himself in such companies.

Seun:
If a particular illness runs in your family, it is probably because the disease is genetic in nature. For example, there are families in which every woman develops breast cancer at a particular age. Scientists have found that certain genes are responsible for their tendency to have breast cancer. Angelina Jolie discovered that she has this gene and decided to go for a preventive double mastectomy in order to avoid it. She has also opted to adopt kids so she won't pass the genes to the next generation. Some families tend to have a lot of sicklers, and this is because of the sickle cell gene. The solution is for people from such families to marry people who don't have the gene at all. These are medical issues, and not spiritual. When you attribute medical issues to evil spirits, you prevent the victims from seeking the medical help that they need. How wicked!

If marital problems run in your family, it's probably because nobody in your family knows how a healthy marriage works. Almost everything you know about marriage comes from your parents, and you are likely to make the same mistakes that they did. The solution is to educate yourself on marriage from external sources like books, the Internet, etc and to make sure the partner you choose is very compatible with you and preferably comes from a healthy family. And to seek counseling from marriage counselors, not your pastor who may not know much. If both partners in a marriage come from broken homes, it's highly likely to fail, unless both of them work really really hard to make it work.

If financial problems run in your family, it's due to lack of financial knowledge and education. The solution is to break that cycle by getting educated in an economically viable profession (not Yoruba Studies) and being enterprising. Also, it would be foolish to make financial decisions based on your parents' advice if your parents are poor or financially illiterate. You need to have advisers who know more than they do.

If bad habits such as alcoholism, smoking or drug addiction run in your family, the solution is to never expose yourself to these vices. Never take a glass of wine. Never try cigarettes. Never try drugs. Never keep a friend who does any of these things. Never go to a party or night club where you will be pressured to try these things. Because you are likely to be more susceptible to addiction than most people. One sip of wine could place you on the path to ruin. So don't risk it! However, if the habit bothering you is masturbation, don't worry about it; it's normal.

The suggestion that any problem that runs in your family could be caused by imaginary "ancestral curses" is damaging because it distracts you from the real causes of your problems and the real solutions. It's not even biblical anyway, in my opinion.
I agree to your submission to a greater extent than to a belief in any ancestral curse. However it is my conviction that likes attract like as far as whole specie is concerned (since the idea that unlike attract is simply refering to part species that come together to form one whole specie) So every individual at birth is attracted to the right family through which he will experience a new life and is also given a new opportunity to be a better person. The so called ancestral curse is therefore nothing but an individual experiencing what he has inflicted upon other human beings or better put reaping the seed he has sown in a previous earthlife & so rightly deserves. That is to say that the different situations of birth & other life experiences whether we see them as good or bad are in most cases returning thread of fate from our past earth life. This explains the reasons for different situations we find ourselves in. GOD exist but he doesn't intervene directly in the affairs of men rather his will that have brought creation into being and sustains it is what work to apportion people what they deserve. This also explains why sometimes it seems like some people who you see to be good have to suffer unjustfully, but they are simply paying for their former misdeeds which may lie in a past earthlife. This law is called law of sowing & reaping & it does not punish but rather in it lies jUSTICE & LOVE of the Almighty father. Justice in the sense that the person who have to suffer unjustly in your hands have gotten redress & love in the sense that the person that inflicted the injury is made free of that which he has inflicted another and so made free of the burden. It is in this sense that the idea of reincarnation now make sense to us. But at birth we have a new opportunity to unknot our bad threads of fate from our past earthlife. We sow seed in creation in this world through our words, thoughts and deed that Must return to us wherever we are, dead or alive because they are attached to us. It is the sensing of this law that exist in creation that we call law of Nature or some call law of Karma but what people don't know is how what they did before will come back to them. Some even go on to say that there is nothing like Reincarnation. But that you cannot explain or understand something doesn't mean that it does not exist.

ISTANDWITHBUHAR:
LOL funny you, How did GEJ became president? President and the vice run for the office on same ballot. The dillemma of Saraki started the day he called Osinbajo a mere commissioner.
Now u are talking about politiking. D OP's question was who is more powerful. The senate President is the head of a separate arm of government, An arm that on its own represents democracy as an institution & that is the reason why once the military take over they will pull down that structure called Legislature. On the other hand the Vice president is only a lieutenant. An assistant that u can hear more when the president is not on seat or perform some function at the instance of the president. 90% of the Vice President's functions he will report to the President while the Senate President does not need to report to any other person not even to the President. Also it is not always that a President dies in power so that will not be used in this analysis to know who has a greater power. If u want to be objective u will find other reasons to believe that the senate president is more powerful than the Vice president just like the speaker is more powerful than the deputy senate president... PropertiesRe: Factors To Consider When Buying / Renting A House - Comfortable Housing by McTobe(m): 7:51am On Nov 11, 2016
saydfact:
What is comfortable housing?

Lets pick our definition from the dictionary: 'That which shelters or covers' while comfort summarily is a 'state of quiet enjoyment'

Since this is not an English class (who would attempt teaching a 'guru' like you English anyway.... lol) lets give the major factors we consider necessary in choosing a comfortable housing.

1. LOCATION: The location of your house is important; as important as the kitchen is to the woman. By location we're referring to the street or as far as the local government area you plan to live in. 'Class' of people around you and their level of exposure must be similar to yours. A kid who grew up in the 'big' city suburb would find it difficult relocating as an adult to the slum areas. (No disrespect to this areas).

2. TYPE/SIZE OF HOUSING: Now that we have our location sorted out, what type of house are you trying to acquire / rent? You can argue that any 'big' house should do, once you can afford it, however if its important to factor in the size of your family. A bachelor who has no plan of marrying in years time but rents a 3 bedroom flat cannot be said to have a comfortable house, comfort is not sleeping in multiple rooms but a balance between what you get and what you eventually pay for it. Our aim here is to decide on a particular type of housing e.g 2 bedroom flat, duplex or a mini flat.

3. INTERNAL SPACES: It is common to find say 2-bedroom flats with rooms as small as say 2.1m by 2.4m, this bedroom space would hardly contain a standard 6 ft by 6ft bed, in such cases the purpose of acquiring a 2-bedroom flat has been forfeited as there would hardly be enough space for wardrobes and other stuffs intended for the bedroom. It is also important to ensure the rooms are well lit, ventilated and well spaced from adjoining properties. You would agree that our exercise in No2 is defeated if the internal spaces are far below standards obtainable.

4. COST: The last on our list is cost, how much am I paying for the house / space? The price paid should be relative to the value given, a duplex belonging to Mr A with standard rooms and decent finishing should cost more than an adjoining property belonging to Mr B on the same street with 'normal' finishing or less standard rooms and vice versa. It is possible to find to find Mr B price his property in-line with Mr A's cost; in such situation the house cannot be said to be comfortable 100% even when the that cost difference is overlooked.

Well he's right, we are aware that Jesus ascended, hypothetically I think we all know that it is the immaterial body that ascended so what happened to the vessel he left.
You are the only person so far that have asked or said the right thing. Lord Christ ascended up above to the throne of his father with his Divine core. his earthly flesh was not used for that ascension since the flesh belongs only to this material world. it is the inconsistency that is in Christianity that makes us to still believe that he ascended with his physical body. as for what happened to that his physical vessel one can easily say it here but that will not be helping any one here. Every true Christian should try to unravel that.

like you read my mind. only I don't think its about Interim government but a secret meeting between PMB & GEJ top ranks on managing the economy & what to do with these people that looted the treasury. Don't be surprise that GEJ will be supporting PMB in the area of catching the looters of the fund since its obvious that they took advantage of his gentle nature. indeed GEJ thought that all those that were working with him are of noble heart. I wish Nigeria well & I wish PMB the strength like his supporters will always say he is our president till 2019 I don't see how we can unmake that
PoliticsRe: Goodluck Jonathan And Buhari In Secret Meeting In Aso Rock by McTobe(m): 11:46pm On Jun 03, 2016
Guyman02:
We expect GEJ to brief the President on how he can transform himself into a father for all as many had anticipated during the elections.

It is frustration and hardship that can make his brethren in faith in Kano and Niger States to behead a Christian woman and men over claims of blasphemy in a manner that is even contrary to Islamic injunctions.

The nation is sinking and needs to be rescued by all citizens. Buhari made mistakes by segregating against citizens who did not vote for him and this was aptly reflected starting from his initial appointments into his kitchen cabinet; people like General Danbazau (Minister of Interior) who cannot hide his bigotry should be shown the way out of his govt. He needs to reach out to leaders in the South East and South South who are getting more angered by the use of the military against their people and invasion of their communities.
The people of Benue, Taraba, Enugu, Ekiti who have lost loved ones to Fulani herdsmen assumed to be Buharis kinsmen needs empathy from the President and not silence.

His utterances of goodwill to the citizens can revive the economy like Obama did for America, when something bad happens in any part of the country he should reach out to people in those areas, we watch on CNN how Obama stops everything he is doing even if he is outside US to address the nation when there is a mass shooting or even accident, he comforts the bereaved families and tells them that the whole America mourns with them and feels their pain, somethings he cries along with them even if it is fake tears , thats leadership and reassuring for the people which Nigerians also expect from their leader; that way he can rebuild confidence of Nigerians and even his enemies will struggle to have something bad to say about him.
When he is abroad and somebody says Nigerians are corrupt he should not accept, but when he comes back he can tell us at home how corrupt we are and flog those who are corrupt using the law and not condemn his citizens in front of some white guys who are more corrupt than us.

Anyone who says he doesnt like Nigeria and wants to protest peacefully should be allowed, even many people in Texas says they hate America and want to have their own country are not shot at by security agencies, they go around collecting signatures for a referendum which they have not been able to achieve the required number for years because it is their right to freedom of expression.
In the UK there was a referendum by Scottish independence activist last year which failed.

The President needs to look into the confab report and see areas where he can borrow some ideas from that document, he must stop being rigid and know that it is more difficult to be a leader under a democratic dispensation than military where you rule with decrees.
GoodLuck Buhari!
your comment is what I call Patriotism. not some nl who will be quarrelling up & down like ill bred kids. we need united front for the general good now in Nigeria more than ever

There have been 6 elections in Nigeria producing a Northern Head of State

1960 Balewa
1965 Balewa
1979 Shagari
1983 Shagari
2007 Yar'Adua
2015 Buhari

In 2015 for the first TIME EVER the Yoruba went into Alliance with the North

FIRST TIME

Who went with them on every single other occasion but now accuse others of asslicking. Who are the deluded HYPOCRITES who cannot stomach that they lost out/

Did we hear such vitriol on the other occasions from the Yorubahuh?
u are misrepresenting history brother, I don't think its right to summarize history like that. While am not given to ethnic based arguments let's straighten history a little
1. the emergence of NCNC/NPC alliance to form the national government was not a planned or preconceived one it was as a factor of the parliamentary system of govt then in practice in Nigeria because NPC doesn't have the overriding majority in parliament to form govt alone winning 134 out of 312 seats & NCNC won 89.
2. SL Akintola's faction was actually the one that formed alliance with Northern Peoples Congress NPC to form Nigeria National Alliance NCNC. thus the shady way the prime minister Tafawa Balewa handled the Western Region crisis jailing pa Awolowo. Actually Zik formed Alliance with Awolowo not with the North. its your kinsman Chief Akintola that started the ass licking to score a cheap point against Awo
3.From 1962-Civil war1967 It was the Yoruba in alliance with the North and even when Awo came out of jail what he repaid the Zik alliance before the war was to suggest starvation as a strategy for winning the war.
4. Ekwueme/ Shagari ticket was sentimental by the Hausa/fulanis to use the igbos against the Yorubas who loved Awo more knowing that the Yorubas cannot support them. Ekwueme on the other hand is a nobody as far as politics is concerned in Igboland before then. the Igbo stood for zik & the few that think that he did not do enough doing the civil war were the ones that voted Ekwueme . Ekwueme/ Shagari ticket doesn't translate to Igbo/ Hausa alliance. Note that Ekwueme never held any Politically elective position before that time unlike Chief Akintola who was the Premiere of western region and led the Yoruba to the Alliance.
5. Why did u skip 1999 up to 2007. who gave Obj power and who was he in alliance with? who did he eventually hand over power to? I guess we all know, Hausa/Fulanis, Hausa/Fulanis, Hausa/Fulanis
6. At this junction I will simply place a link for every one to see the truth of the political alliance of the past which many know vert little about and judge for themselves. http://community.vanguardngr.com/m/discussion?id=4565467%3ATopic%3A842399
7. I challenge u to a logical argurment on this topic to dispute any of the above stated points

That is how it is done in the civilized world. As a matter of fact, ekweremadu would have lost his seat in some countries.
But then losing his seat would be inimical to Igbo interests, given the kind of politics played there.

U can still support APC and yet criticise them where they performed badly and u can still be a PDP supporter and still give APC credit where they deserve it. My point, any right thinking person should know that for any reason if the budget have not been passed by this time of the year the government of the day should not be applauded but rather should sit up. I think even the govt knows this so I wonder y some people here will defend APC up to now for delaying the budget. I hail those that have been able to say the truth not minding.
