APC BOASTS - 'PDP NOT A THREAT AT ALL IN 2019'
source : http://www.eyesoflagos.com/2017/07/apc-boasts-pdp-not-threat-at-all-in-2019.html

The National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), North East zone, Mustapha Salihu, said on Wednesday the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) would not pose any threat to the APC in 2019 despite the Supreme Court’s judgement that ended the protracted leadership crisis rocking the party.

Salihu, who spoke with journalists at the APC secretariat, also dismissed petitions against his nomination as the North East zonal chairman of the party, saying he had the full support of all stakeholders in the zone to represent them at the National Working Committee (NWC).

He said although the Supreme Court’s judgement affirmed Senator Ahmed Makarfi as National Chairman of the PDP, the ruling would not in any way restore the image of the party before Nigerians.

He said: “Makarfi, Ali Modu Sheriff or any other person being the PDP chairman is no threat us. What you should look at is this, look at the party as an institution. This is a party that institutionalized corruption in the country and dilapidated our structure. They caused insecurity. As long as that institution remains, we are not threatened by any person.”

On his emergence as APC National Vice Chairman, Salihu said “who is complaining? I have with here with me, the six state chairmen of the party in the zone. I also have the support of the governors and other stakeholders. So, who is doing the complaining?

“I am overseeing Adamawa, Borno, Yobe, Bauchi, Taraba and Gombe States for our great party, APC.”
open secret remains that Nigerians are tired and fed up with that APC.

Nothing special, just for dudes who have too much money to throw around feeling special.

Instead of sitting in 3s, you sit in 2s, not as if there aren't sufficient space in 3s. During checking in, you are given priority, nothing more.

Same aircraft, same take-off, same landing, no remarkable difference.

Except sometimes, you have a screen directly in your front and under your control, but some aircrafts have that facility for all passengers onboard.

So, wtf.
very wrong your opinion, something more than special, ranging from 1.food menu
2.entertainment.
3.refreshment
4.relaxation.
5.special privileges.
Lots more. The cost worth the spending..except you haven't tested it.
I for one have border both first and busines. On emirates. Superb treatment. Mind first and business classes are meant for frequent flyers. While economy is meant for occasional flyers. it seems the cost is expensive, but in actual calculation it's cheap. For frequent flyer only.

Car TalkRe: What Are The Functions Of The 'd', 'd3', 'd2' And 'd1' Of Automatic Cars by megama: 9:35am On Jun 10, 2017
emekan:
Hello guys. Will make this short. Kinda busy at the moment. The D1, D2 and D3 inscriptions on your gear lever mean that you can engage any one of these three (4 forward gears inclusive of D). The function of this is to enable traction at low speeds. In sandy or very muddy areas, engaging any of the D1, D2 or D3 will restrict the gear from exceeding the respective gearing. Take for instance you select D1, no matter how hard you rev your car engine, your vehicle will never exceed gear 1. This ensures low end traction for sandy terrain or when low end power is needed for towing. If on the othe hand, you select D2, the gear will never exceed second gear no matter how hard you rev the engine. Same applies to D3. If however, D is selected, it allows the gear choose between the 5 available forward gears depending on how hard you rev and the road inclination and conditions. The ECU considers many factors simultaneously and decides the best gear in this case to choose in order to deliver best fuel economy under the prevailing circumstances. Hope this helps. Cheers.
does these mean manual mode?

HealthRe: 5 Reasons Why Most Nigerian Guys Have Body Odour by megama: 1:07pm On Jun 06, 2017
Ruggedfitness:
Hello guys, it is your favorite health blogger

A lady once told me that one of her criteria for choosing a man is that he must smell really good.

"why such a requirement" I asked

"Because most Nigerian guys stink and I love a good smell" she blurted

Now, this is not what just one lady thinks but what almost everyone knows, that a lot of guys out there really stink of body odour.

My nose has witnessed it first hand and that is one of the reasons I am writing this article.

Sometimes it is not just their fault, as it takes a lot of work to smell good and even look good.

If you have not yet a part of 10,000 amazing members of my community, join here today.

5 Reasons Why Most Nigerian Guys Have Body Odour

1. They don't bathe well

Most Nigerian guys bathe like Fast and Furious. Sponge here and there and then pour the water on their body and that's it. They believe its only women that are meant to bathe for long and maybe bathe well too. A little scrub here and there will do. But this is just wrong.

Bathing is meant to remove dirt and odours, also reduce the amount of skin bacteria which leads to these odours, so if you think there is no need to scrub really hard and scrub very well then there is no reason for you to wonder why you smell so bad.

2. They don't bathe on weekends

Ladies!!, show me a Nigerian guy that bathes normally on weekends and I will treat you to dinner by the end of the day.

Especially for students and those who don't get to work on Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). They might as well skip the morning bathe, skip the afternoon if still less busy and take a bathe around 4 to hang out with friends.

Even your favorite health blogger, Paul Samuel FitnessDoctor was once among these guys.

Nigerian guys believe that since they do not have much doing on the weekend, then there is no reason to sponge up.

3. Too lazy to groom

Most Nigerian guys are too lazy to clean up themselves, their houses, kitchen, backyard, toilets, armpit hairs etc just reeks of their personality. They don't really give themselves that much time expect they are inviting a girl over, or trying to get a girl.

That's when you see them brushing like soldiers to kill mouth odour, bathing and scrubbing, cleaning their apartment as if the Health Inspector is coming over.

4. They don't admit it, but cover it up

Most Nigerian guys don't want to admit to themselves that they do have body odour. They take a sniff at their armpits and ugh!!! it reeks, but instead of doing the right thing to get a good scrubbing, they head straight into the market to get the best body spray to cover it up.

Even someone offers a body spray as a birthday gift, they start claiming that he/she is giving the impression that he has body odour (which he knows he has)

You would notice in some individuals that when the smell of the body spray begins to die down, they start smelling weird.

5. It is normal

I heard someone say this quite recently, that body odour is normal and you can never stop sweat. Well, I know that I smell good even when I sweat so I don't understand where this kind of lazy mindset is coming from.

Body odour is a sign that you are not cleaning up properly, if you are saying that body odour is normal and men don't have to work themselves to smell good, that is saying that Vaginal odour is normal and women should worry about it.

There may be many more reasons why Nigerian guys have body odour, but from my experience, this is why most of them have it. Today also, the 4 secrets to killing body odour without deodorant post is coming up. Don't worry you wouldn't have to spend a dime to smell good.

Remember you deserve to look good, let no one tell you different.

Stay Healthy, Stay Wise

PoliticsRe: Igbos Should Stop Complaining, They Didn’t Invest In Buhari’s Campaign – Ngige by megama: 8:18pm On May 25, 2017
uch4apex:
The Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chris Ngige, has asked the South-east to stop complaining of marginalisation by the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.

He lamented that all his efforts to persuade the Igbo to wisely invest in Buhari’s presidential bid in 2015 failed because of lack of co-operation by many South-east leaders, who threw their weigh behind former President Goodluck Jonathan.

“This is not a question I should answer because I’m a politician. But before these things happened, before the government of Jonathan failed, I went to all the Igbo fora to tell them that the Jonathan government will fall”, he told Thisday.

“I went to our Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo in Enugu twice. They could not even reply to a letter written by Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, seeking for a meeting with them”, he added.

Ngige, revealed how he went to Lagos and convened an Igbo stakeholders forum in William Nwodo’s house in Ikoyi, Lagos in 2014, where he analysed the voting pattern in Nigeria and told them that even if they did not want to support Buhari, they should give him 25 per cent of their votes.

“They refused to listen to me, and to make matter worse, there was no voting in most of the areas in the South-east; they just allocated 5 per cent to APC.

“It was that bad, it is too late to cry when the head is off. Politics is business in a way, you invest in business and you reap profit.

“Yes, that is what it is. But all I want to tell you is that we played bad politics; we made a bad investment because they invested in the Jonathan presidency. They invested in Jonathan more than the South-south, where he hails from.

“I am not saying that is enough to marginalise them or not allow them come in but we are there. I will continue to speak for them and when there is anything to be distributed, we will make sure that the South-east gets its own portion. But they will not get excess portion.

Igbos should stop complaining, they didn’t invest in Buhari’s campaign – Ngige

“Even in a family where the head of the family goes to the farm to harvest his yams those who accompany the farmer to the farm get more share.

“When they bring back the yams some of them will be damaged, and the pieces are put out in one section. Then the whole yams are put into the barn and some will be sent to the market for sale. And some will be sent to the family centrally for distribution among the family units.

“Those ones that are in pieces, the extras, will be shared among those that went to the farm. We did not benefit from the extras with people who went to the farm. We didn’t go to the farm in the south-east”, he added.

On what the All Progressives Congress (APC) will be campaigning on ahead 2019, Ngige stated: “Oh my God, so you are in the group of those who are pessimistic, who have refused to see the wonders of this government?

“Well, I’m from the South-east, so when we get there we will show them that first and foremost we have fought corruption to a standstill and that people can no longer steal at will, much less keeping such monies at home.

“The movement was from the bank to the house, but now that homes have been raided, maybe they will go to the farm to keep them. But people cannot steal money because there is no hiding place anymore.

“They cannot steal primitively like it was done before. The poor people of Nigerian are happy about this,” he said.

The APC chieftain said he has no regret for his role in helping to bring Buhari to power, saying if the opportunity presents itself again he will do exactly the same thing.

“If not for this government, the government of Muhammadu Buhari, government of change, Nigeria would have been worse than Venezuela.

I'm very confused. I don't know what to do but I need advice from nairalanders, serious one on how to navigate safely through this stormy waters.

I'm in my early thirties, unfortunately not working at the moment but still searching and believing I'll get one soon. I had an accommodation problem and someone who is like an aunt offered I stay in her house until I can sort myself out. I didn't have any other alternative still don't have at the moment so agreed and moved in due to my situation. She's a close family friend. Her mom was my late mom's best friend.

She's married with two kids and her husband is a state agent; he works with one of the Federal Security Agencies. Please I don't want to be specific. The husband is far way from us here in Lagos and comes home once in a while so it's always two of us especially when the kids have gone to school.

She wants me to sleep with her and has been disturbing a hell out of me. I've tried to let her know why this isn't possible since she's married but it's like I'm talking to a stone. She practically naked herself recently and held unto me but I used an extremely diplomatic tone and much pleading before she could let go of me. But she told me I must look for her soon; don't know what that means.

I never have a thought of sleeping with any married woman because I don't just think It's a right thing

The bride angrily pushed her man away when he forcefully tried to kiss her.

At a point, when the pastor asked if the marriage should be broken, the lady burst into hot tears instead.

According to some comments on social media, the lady's uncle forced her to marry the man because 'he paid her school fees'

FamilyRe: Why Do Many Married Men Cheat On Their Wives? by megama: 12:16pm On May 02, 2017
SmellingAnus:
Most likely, there are still some faithful men but my experiences with two married pals of mine in less than one week brought about this topic..

The first pal, is a business Man that is not doing badly, he has at least two kids that I know of all attending the so called expensive schools... He is from the East, an elder in the Church and we were having some business related conversation when somehow our discussions went into the arena of women.. lol... I told him some of my experiences and he also told me how he almost sent his wife packing for losing 4 million naira in two different ponzi schemes namely donation hub and earnfifty... He then told me about an Akwa-Ibom girl that he came across and made love to and ever since he has been praying to God to help him leave her but instead he is getting deeper into her....

This Man has a very beautiful wife with light skin but he confessed to me how the Akwa-Ibom babe is very sweet and neat... Infact he talked about going home to sleep and snore each time he has his routine sexual exercise with her which invariably means that he may not eat and most likely not touch his wife. When his wife complains of his strange lifestyle, he blames it on working too hard in his office of which he is the Boss...

What surprised me most as we were discussing in his office was that , he said he will not lie to me, that if the Akwa-Ibom babe calls him now, he will leave what he is doing to go and meet her... Within me, I was scared for so many reasons knowing fully well that I am still single and will not want that kind of life but the greater fear was that is possible that this man never planned for this type of life but he somehow found himself with a strange woman....

My second encounter was yesterday night with another Pal who is younger than the Man from the East... This one is from the West, his wife is in the West with their Kid while he is in Port Harcourt... This particular one is not necessarily as successful as the other man but he mentors people in business/investment related affairs... He is the kind of guy you could call to talk to your staff on how they could perform better (Business Consultant). In the course of our conversation, I found out that he is actually waiting for one small girl that lives in my neighborhood that just finished secondary school in FGGC Okigwe I suppose....

While I learnt some things from him, I also told him about the importance of starving his distractions and feeding his focus and we both agreed that women are major distractions.. he told me , he discovered that spends more on accommodating women in hotels for days just to have a sexually nice time....

I'm conclusion I ask, why do many married Men cheat on their wives, how can we help our future/current wives to help us not to cheat on them? What are those things men's married need that will make them not to cheat on their wives ? (Note: not al married cheat)..
. Men were polygamous in nature. But religious doctrines have brainwashed. So cheating and many wives which do you prefer cry undecided
