Has happened several times to me but I'm not daunted. Ultimately, I'm the one who gains because I definitely reap good from the act of helping. Bad experiences almost made me stop, but this year, that was my direct message to help people and I'm not regretting. I don't have much but from my small strength I do what I can.

So don't stop, always understand that those you help ultimately turn round to hurt you, in most cases but preparing your mind ahead helps you overlook.

Also, understand that helping with wisdom is better, good people who die don't exercise wisdom.

Helping someone shouldn't come with a price tag. My mum is altruistic to the point of denying herself a lot of things just to help others.

At University, a schoolmate told me of a coursesmate who was pushing barrow in Lagos to pay fees. I went and reported to my mum and asked if she could help. She took over his school fees for year three and four. I sometimes helped him with some small cash for feeding. We were not friends and hardly stayed in the same circle. He dedicated his project to her. I've not met him again but everytime I remember him, I pray that life favours him, I've never ever considered payback or gratitude. My mum too asks of him and prays for him to succeed.

That is why we are on Earth. To be a positive force of change. That girl may not reward you tomorrow, but any act of kindness gets stored up for you or your posterity.

You will ask someone to pay N20k for training on skills that will produce a LIFETIME of earnings. No, it is not ok. They want it all for free. As a mother and a stay at home mom, freelance writing is the best thing that has happened to me. I will continue to invest in it so I can gain more recognition. It is the best career path for any educated housewife. Better than running to work at 6am and leaving your child in the care of a total stranger.

I started a Shopify store but had to stop after the fourteen day trial cos I couldn't find a way to pay for shop. I also couldn't really design the site how I wanted. I wanted to dropship but also run other business on it. How do I go about restarting the store and paying for the hosting?

yeah thanks but it took me about 3 to 4 years before I could recover physically and psychologically cos I was in a state of bipolar disorder as I was wrecked by it.
