sirheed2:Ogbeni, is this app government authorized? I urge people not to download or use the app. If you already downloaded it uninstall. Very lawless and disorganized people using backdoor to destroy Amotekun. Shame on you! |
EVILFOREST:Thumbs Up! |
Iamlibra:How do we know your own version is the truth? |
pedestal82:El Rufai is a bigot. He speaks for and advocate in support of fulani terrorism. We heard him when he said anyone that kills a fulani takes a debt to be repaid with reprisal, whether civilian or military. True to his boast, Nigerian military treat fulani as untouchable. But even more dire, Rufai sent official memo and instructed the Chiefs of Southern Kaduna to accept a new title under Emirate Council. Kaduna doea not have an Emir, so which Emirate will they now subordinate to? Thats Zaria Emirate. Not only have they stolen their territory, they are also enslaving them as a subordinate clan of Zaria Emirate. Big insult! Those who defied his order were killed in accidents or visited by fulani bandits and assassinated. Turning Birnin Gwari to deathtrap is strategic. It is not new. What he plans is to kill the market and commercial activities and economic independence of Southern Kaduna....thus force them to bend on their knees and beg for survival. Let me tell you where else this tactic was used. In Kwara. The King of Jebba is an Oba and has vehemently opposed to be included in the Ilorin Emirate. Successive Governors, beginning with Saraki, used State power to force him, like Rufai is doing now for Southern Kaduna. There used to be a paper mill in Jebba and was the lifelihood of the town. They killed the mill. Jebba is a trade point for road and rail transport. It is gateway to Yorubaland from North and last stop out of Yorubaland going North. They have good commerce and very vibrant market in Jebba 24x7....the town never sleeps as long traffic is moving. The battle between Emir of Ilorin and Oba of Jebba got to a point that they compromised the bridge that crosses over the river Mokwa into Jebba, thus shutting off road traffic both ways and paralysing their livelihood a second time. Yoruba Obas got involved and demanded a quick fix. Within months the bridge was rebuilt and operational again. This happened during Buhari first term. Fashola was Minister of Works and got it rebuilt pretty quickly, and VP Osinbajo visited the site once or twice...to tell you the political priority placed on that project. From Central Kaduna all the way to Northern Niger and Abuja, even parts of Lokoja are all one ethnic group of Gbagyi and its subtribes - Gwari, Kataf, Kachia, Koro, Kadara...and so on. Many of their leaders abandoned their tribal roots and allied with fulani. People like IBB, a Gwari, ought to be fighting for the human rights of people in Southern and Central Kaduna, instead he speaks for fulani North. Just same way that Saraki denies his Yoruba identity and opts to be fulani for political gains. There is nothing going on up there in North that is hidden...we just dont talk most time. We reserve the shame of hausa/fulani for our own advantage when we need to face them in opposition. One day if time permits I will speak on how North used Ahmadu Bello University as an indoctrination ground and re-engineered the people of Middle Belt into a new agenda and philosophy meant to separate Northern academia from Southern academia and use political and military power to suppress and dominate Southern academia. In the North if you are a product of Ahmadu Bello University you are destined to serve in government and projected to head a government department, at state or federal...or both, regardless of your cumulative grade point or class. They do not see anything wrong putting a second class lower as head of dept above a Phd from Ibadan. I will expose the thinking and idea in a future post....and its genesis, not now. ![]() For now, return Kaduna to its rightful owners and they can develop themselves. This is key! ![]() |
Nowenuse:Is he still denying that Kaduna does not belong to Hausa/Fulani? ![]() I blame the Southern Kaduna people for this blatant land theft, their leaders and chiefs were busy drinking liquor from day to night and stayed drunk everyday, by the time they came out of their intoxication it was too late....fulani had successfully stolen the territory and in fact pushed them out of their own ancestral land and became the illegitimate occupant. |
Xisnin:I support Delta State's move. I agree with your input. |
Biafrannuke:Eko is a Yoruba word, not Edo. To even push this further, Edo itself is a Yoruba word. I am willing to school you and remove your ignorance. ![]() Waiting on your response. ... |
Ooni:No part of Lagos belongs to Edo. If you know any part of Lagos owned by Edo kindly name it let's hear. ![]() |
On its own, Ibo has zero significant value. To give it any significance, we first pick a value in Yoruba and we assign a point value. We measure Ibo against that point value to see where it stands. This is how Ibo gets its significance, by measuring against a point value taken off Yoruba progressive index. A mathematical expression can be written in an algebraic function and will point to the fact that Ibo is a dependency of Yoruba. In other words, without Yoruba, Ibo is nothing....but Yoruba is self sufficient even when Ibo does not exist, This is the supremacy doctrine. Over decades and centuries, many foreign anthropologists, scholars and researchers have written records showing Yoruba as a 1st Tier race in Africa. A recent revelation also supported this and claimed a ghost ancestor, parallel to Neanderthal, is attributable to Yoruba beginnings. What this means is that Yoruba is a prototype of humankind. This is truly profound! The lessons learnt is that Yoruba was a superior race, continues to be a Superior race....and will forever, in Oduduwa's name, be a Superior race! Ibo must bow at the knees and pay homage to its Superior, Yoruba! ![]() |
spendoon:Is anyone stopping you from posting? Defense of Southern Kaduna's rights should not hinder your post. |
spendoon:You have emirs everywhere except Kaduna. What does that tell you? You are settler! Give land back to the owners, stop killing them to force them out of the land. We should discuss the humanity angle first if you want to upgrade to mega city. bloody marauders! |
WINNERMENTALITY:They do not have more statutory power than police but they can have more effective functional power than police. There are plenty ways to skin a cat. Pay them a salary far much more lucrative than police and see how police will quickly dry up. |
aremuforlife:This is not the first repatriation they will claim is meant for infrastructure. They have collected billions in past and shared them out as bailout funds. The bailout funds have been further relaundered out of the country. Do what Femi Falana has been doing over the years, and ask govt at federal and state level to publish accounts of the monies received from loot reptariation. They are will not publish it, even though it is public money and there should be no secrecy attached to it. The promise to apply this incoming money to projects is false. Meanwhile, bureau de change should be scrapped. They are the outlet through which money is taken out. |
WINNERMENTALITY:Hence the reason Amotekun must be armed. |
Girls college in Borno.... The parents should be advised to buy terrorism insurance and have it under written by the Federal Govt. |
This is why we need Amotekun. So the regime of criminality from any angle, govt agency or not, can be checked. Amotekun would have got involverd, investigate and arrest the SARS for handover to authorities. |
spendoon:Hausa Fulani do not belong to Kaduna. Packup and return to your land in Zaria. |
spendoon:Historically entire Kaduna Province belonged to the Southern Kaduna tribes. Zaria Province is what belongede to Hausa Fulani. That incompetent idiot called Lugard moved Northern capital from Lokoja to Kaduna and when he took the territory and made it capital the Southern Kaduna people still had their land. After colonial government ended Hausa Fulani filled the gap left by whites in Kaduna. This is how you took over Kaduna. Over the years you have used terror and intimidation to deny and deprive them of their ownership of Kaduna. Shove your development up your behind and give them back their territory so they can develop themselves. We know the history of entire North. We will tell your history to you. |
spendoon:and when you dispatch fulani herdsmen and bandits to go massacre them in their villages what use is the road and market to murdered people? Get sense! |
spendoon:The people of South Kaduna wants love and security and inclusion. They dont need Rufai to develop them. If they are included and not discriminated they can take turn at governorship and develop South Kaduna on their own. Get sense! |
Tell Rufai, Mega City status and development does not come from infrastructural concretes alone. He must first respect and practice diversity in his state. He is a known bigot and discriminates and persecutes Christians in his State. Mega city is not about eye candy....it is about loving in your spirit for others what you love for yourself. |
ChevKing:Get lost! Lagos did not ban them from having gainful work and income...it banned them for perpetually violating traffic and road regulations and never conforming to road and social behaviors outlined for motor transport operators. Aren't you proud to see the keke in UK clean and orderly? Have you ever seen keke in Nigeria that ordered and compliant? Get sense! |
naptu2:naptu, I forgot to follow up on this. I had busy week. You know what I found? This discussion session between Isa and Yussuf is actually a learning series to expand knowledge on the different dimensions on Shariah in North and ways to standardize it. Well, I have translated their conversation on this video. This video is a continuation in the series, it started midway in a conversation and ends abruptly as Yussuf was answering a question from Isa. --------------------------------- <Video Begins> Isa: First, getting an education that can result in gainful employment. Second, proven excellence in academic accomplishments Third, he is a person with proven track record in furtherance of Shariah Jurisprudence. In addition, he is a distinguished scholar in the study and teachings of Islamic Law. There is also a law (he quotes the section of law) which stipulates that a State can have Sharia Court of Appeal if they want it. It goes further, but in summary it all points to the criteria that a Sharia Judge must be someone who studied and has vast knowledge on shariah and must also practice shariah outwardly. This is my own personal understanding and agrees with what is written. If there is anything else beyond this angle we should touch, like legislative career and so on. The shariah lawyers follow guidance in their work now. I don't know how that might change in future. Yusuff: You see what is going on is....according to what is written, I believe that before I go into it, to say I was once in the Shariah committee. Isa: Please hold a moment...that reminds me, yes we once were both in the committee about 5yrs ago. Yussuf: Yes! Ok, at that time the task that was given us was to investigate the Judges in Borno whether or not they met criteria to become Shariah Judges, and their rulings at the time. We went round and we witnessed their work and is why I say they deviate from Shariah principles, to the best of my knowledge. Isa: That they do not practice Shariah? Yusuff: At that time, yes! Isa: Ok, following a discussion... Yussuf: If you recall, there is a particular Judge we distanced ourselves from. Isa: Definitely, that's bound to happen, there are judges like that. Without doubt if a person's case was presented in Mallam Abubakar Sadiq's court, you can be assured of transparency and forthrightness. Nonetheless, we also found some who we witnessed are pursuing livelihood as Judges, nothing more. We are not going to point accusing fingers on anyone but we should focus on the ideals of the practice. Now, what can you say about someone who read law for instance? Yussuf: The one who read law is not in the way. Isa: Why do you say that? Yussuff: Because the one who studied law must apply certain conventions and utterances recognized as part of process in courts of law, which are quite blasphemous and contradict Sharia perspective. Isa: Give me example. Yusuff: Like when they say in court "my worship", "my lord". Isa: Regarding use of my worship, I can't comment because I have not investigated that phrase. Regarding use of my lord, I asked a lawyer who is versed also in Islam, he said the intent behind use of that word is not to rank a judge into divinities...but is simply an equivalent in the way one would say in presence of Shariah Judge "May Allah uphold Shariah". May Allah uphold Shariah, it translates like that! Yussuf: Ok, a lawyer translated it different for me. Isa: I got my translation from the lawyer here....(he points) Yussuf: The translation I received positioned it differently and a contradiction to the principles of Shariah. Isa: May Allah uphold Shariah, this is equivalent of its meaning. That lawyer sitting there gave me the translation. Anything you are going to do and you ask someone in whom you trust their words become acceptable. These are semantics in anyway. May God preserve us! Going back to the discussion, you will find Judges that truly love the work as a career and a profession, not there just for the fame and rewards of livelihood. It is important to recognize that a Judge must not just base rulings on his understanding of Islam alone but must also be open to consult above him and do research to further grow knowledge and carry out fairness in justice, otherwise he could risk passing wrong ruling based on limited knowledge and thus offend God. Yussuf: True! If a Judge introduces or rules on secular beliefs, he has become kafir! Isa: Ok. Alhamdullilahi. Yussuf: What I am saying is all those who invoke anything beside God have become Kafir (unbeliever or denier of truth). Isa: (Uses metaphors)...to explain hypocrisy. Someone who is physically engaged doing an act that is repulsive to their spirit. Yusuff: No, no...thats not what Im talking about. In the course of one's work, is it in harmony with Islam or not? If it's not inline with Islamic guidance, then it is astray. Isa: Ok. The reason I brought that up...I perceived that as contributary. I want to ask you a question. Than ask a stranger, I'd prefer to ask you...whatever your response is acceptable to me. Do you see value in the law profession? Yussuf: No I do not see any value in it. Like I told you, any work in which secularism is introduced, I do not value it. Isa: Ok. What is your reasoning Mallam? Yussfu: Like I was saying before, interpretation and opinion on law must not deviate from Shariah. Isa: Interpretations can vary. For this reason we adopt a standard. What I read and understand I will apply to a person charged to court. Based on his understanding another Judge will rule on the same case with a different outcome. We want to prevent against miscarriage of justice. Yussuf: You, you are learned, you don't have any qualification, you are getting by, then they bring an accuse for you to defend. Consider that. Isa: That is possible. There are people who have undergone studies, they are learned in the field even though they are not certified. But there are certificate courses available. There are those who are learned and when things happen in court they are the ones who can give it interpretation of law and a break down. They argue the technicalities. There are also those who stuy the law but do not practice it. Yussuf: That one is not a practitioner. Isa: But he can give interpretation. Yussuf: It is not legitimate. Isa: Why is that? <Video ends> |
SciLab:Graduate studies and Post-Graduate can usually get grants, research assistant and fellowship that give them access to funds and sponsorship abroad....unlike undergraduates and below that must depend on family means. Its a good point nonetheless. |
RuudVanNisteroy:Good point! |
DonFreshmoney:Otedola facilitated the land for him through LASG. What else? |
GODWINLOWSKI:What has that beautiful creature done to you to deserve this? Why cant you people leave snakes alone? Everytime you clear bush to build settlement you invade and encroach their habitat. They are not bothering you, why do you destroy these animals? Why? This is not good. |
fernandoc:His defense lawyers, in their own argument said his crimes were not committed in US or against US interests and sought for dismissal due to lack of jurisdiction. The interpretation of that is he committed the crime elsewhere. The companybhe stole from is in UK. US have extradition agreement with UK. They can ship him there. The lawyers should argue instead for a protection against double jeopardy, so that when he finishes serving prison in US he does not have to face trial in UK for same offense. Prisoners in UK convicted of similar crime wish they were in US serving time. |

We did not know in public that such backdoor deals go on. Our politicians steal national treasury and hide it away abroad. When they want it back they strike deal with governments abroad to return the money to the thieves that stole it...or to their survivors. Little wonder Mohammed Abacha had the gut recently to demand that a loot hidden in US must be returned to him. Bureau de Change should be scrapped. It is one of the biggest enemy of the nation when it comes to laundering looted money. It is mind boggling that our government negotiate with criminals and beg them to return stolen money in return for leniency. We cannot just blame Nigerian Government, foreign governments are key players. They are in possession of the money, it is not a trust....it is crime money, ill-gotten. Instead of enabling our governments to destroy lives these foreign governments should walk the talk and engage directly in helping Africans develop their continent as they always claim in press statements. This can happen in many ways, one of those ways is what this thread suggests, all stolen money hidden in their territories should go into a education endowment to better lives of those who are victims of Nigerian political and military office holders. In particular, very bright and gifted students should be awarded scholarship out of the endowment to study abroad. In addition, the diversity visa should be returned for Nigerians and target students from 10yr old to 25yr old age bracket. This is separate from the magnet program in above paragraph. The two categories, magnet program and visa diversity for scholars will go a long way in helping our youths develop. The money in the endowment belongs to them, not Bagudu and his class of thieves, past or in future.

TheWrita:Shut up and use common sense now. No unsterilized foreign object is allowed in surgery room. A clean sterilized gown is worn on patient and the patient will be thoroughly wiped down, doctors and nurses wash and put on sterilized gowns, hats, mask and jacket over their shoes.....all this before going into the theater. What is an unsterilized foreign object - violin and bow - doing in the theater? Moreover, if this is true the doctors and hospital broke rules and could open themselves to discrimination lawsuit if in future a patient asks to go in with a teddy bear, or a toy or any foreign object at all. Lawyers, after watching this clip will be scouting records to see if in past any surgery patient in this hospital ever asked to go in with a foreign object and was denied. This is huge liability! Get sense abeg! |
Antoeni:If you knew this why bother bringing the news here? You are one of the non-Yorubas in our midst that seek division amongst Yorubas. We will tag your monicker going forward. |
