A good example of corruption. A project that should cost 1 billion naira, Nigerian politicians will inflate the price to 30 billion naira. Then use 300 million to execute a substandard project. After 3 years the project gets dilapidated and same cycle repeats again.

If nothing else is evidence, APC taking power and doing nothing is all the evidence that we need to know that incapacity is the problem with Nigeria.

On a personal and functional note, I would suggest you go for any other colour that tickles your fancy so long as it is not Black.
