Una don put fear for our body oooooo... Hope Oando don't trade below 10 grin
Oando may trade below N10. But you can sell now (at round N11.50) and buy again when the price drops, but you may lose out if the price increases before you buy back.

When I was with my wife I never cheated on her, loved her and she knows... I think the only issue was my unstable finance then and her parents ungodly attitude that really irritates me( I should have managed it better though).
We have seperated and her divorce case in court but I don't stop thinking about her against all odds.
I have dated NUMEROUS ladies while she left yet it doesn't help me forget, whereas, she never look back...

Divorced persons, how do you forget! I want to feel love again. I cannot marry or be with anyone if I don't love them, sex is truly overrated. Your suggestions pls.
What you need most is time; and then have a positive mind to do things that will add value to you. Get yourself busy with meaningful activities e.g. further studies, training programmes, vacations, going to the gym, etc.. When you make good progress, don't be surprised that she could be the person to get in touch.
Avoid dating too many ladies just to prove a point. Each lady comes with their drama, but be free and relieve your mind and heart of any bitterness and hurt. It is not easy, but with time and focus, you would get over it.

Its not Wale that instigated the delisting saga cry Guy are you serious grin grin grin

Oando Minority shellholders should be thanking the 14 shareholders that went to court, else by now the N7.00 is a done deal grin
Did the 14 minority shareholders in Oando go to court before or after the N7.07 offer price?
I think they went to court before Oando proposed the buyout price of N7.07. It was their case that made Oando to propose N7.07 which will not fly by the way

Oga Stcool not referring to you in particular o.
Maybe I should have quoted mikeapollo instead.
He's the one saying it forward and backward, guess he's just looking for some validations on his holdings...

So, if OANDO is giving him sleepless night, let him exit, buy what gives him peace of mind instead........ after all he said his break-even price was around N5 or so.

Some of us are still waiting to see the end of all these dramas after all.
Make I exit Oando for who to make the multimillion profits? You lie bad!
I am only laying bare all the potential highs and lows as we journey with the Oando jerky aircraft. That is the nature of taking risks and we should be balanced and educate ourselves.
Those who may not like what I type here about Oando may just ignore my posts and jump over.

For Oando? We die there!

You are on point my brother.

My own take is since the case is adjourn till February, oando share price should rise above #16 if the minority shareholders are serious .
''Serious''?
I don't think shareholders would just buy and push Oando share price above N16 just because they are ''serious''.
They would require some level of information assurance or certainty, even though they know that investing connotes taking risks.
There is the opportunity cost of capital, interest rate and inflation to consider, so it would take more than ''seriousness to just buy shares with their scarce resources
The court has just been dragging the case for far too long. This case was adjourned from Mar2023 to Oct2023, then to Nov2023, and now Feb2024. That is one whole year wasting people's time and tying down precious funds for nothing.
Is the court waiting for the FY2022 full year and FY2023 half results before ruling on the matter?
This is a civil matter and not a murder case, for crying out loud!

On this Oando issue, I dont think anything would happens this year, as the court may even adjourn to enable them hear the case while giving the parties opportunity to resolve it outside the court.

In that case, I still think Wale's goal is to delist and would offer more. However, due to him and his teams's perpetual greed, I don't see their offer price above N18 if they are generous. Realistically for me its N15.

*Presently I do not have any shares in Oando!!!
OANDO: DANGER IS LOOMING FOR NEW BUYERS!
Please let us be a bit careful about the potential exit price for Oando, even if they follow the SEC rules.
I am suspecting a foul play from the court.

The court seems to be dragging the case farther so that the 6 months prior to the AGM would mean that the N16 (achieved on 21-Sep-2023) may no longer be relevant, if the market does not push the price to reach that level once more from now till when the AGM holds.
For instance, if the AGM is fixed for May 2024, six months prior to that date would be between Nov2023-May2024, and the highest price within that period may be lower than N16 (if the market does not push the price above the N16 that was earlier achieved in Sep 2023 and before the AGM date).

I am beginning to suspect the endless adjournments by the court is meant to achieve this sinister motive, so that the highest exit price would be lower than N16! The only option is to see that the price keeps rising above N16 and increasing on daily basis

I bought tasere units yesterday because many prominent Nigerians outside Nsempa are still buying the stuff.

But don't invest what you can't afford to loose in oando.
If the management of Oando do not propose another buyout price that is higher than N7.07, then it would mean that they are not really determined to delist, because the N7.07 offer price is too inadequate and will be definitely rejected.

Wake up christians.
You are ignorant. The Book of Psalms is in the Old Testament. God Almighty was being worshipped in Israel before our Lord Jesus Christ came to fulfill the Books!
Israel is the same Israel in the Bible! Jerusalem is the same. Every Christian must respect and love the prophets of God and their descendants

If the share too crash wont that mean some of the stakeholders risk losing their majority control?

Naira no get value again
A crash in share price will only mean they will lose money (value) if they should sell the shares. But it doesn't affect their shareholding status, majority or minority.

I want to load Oando based on this very information. If this information is correct the worst case Na N16.
Or any abadakabra fit happen?
That is the reason people are still buying
Oando at N12.00 or more. They are either targeting the N16 worst case buyout price or hoping to take position if the delisting does not happen eventually.

Indefinitely is most unlikely.
We will know SEC's stand on the proposed buy out offer of N7.07 as that's the reason for the shift to Nov. 28.
The court might also order OANDO to fix a date and conduct the AGM/EGM.
I have this faith that it will, after all, be favourable.

Simply my thoughts.
I
The SEC Rules stipulates the price cannot be lower than the highest price traded on the NGX over a period of 6 months prior to the AGM.
I am sure the N7.07 proposed by Oando will be rejected totally.

Expectations are always high in a gamble stock.Customstreet assured 200% for the stock he will release. When I flashed my torchlight,I saw oando
But Customstreet himself had cautioned on Oando in the past, saying that the buyout offer price N7.07 would likely be the eventual delisting price!
But it would be good if he now has positive intelligence about what would likely happen in Oando.

Yes he said something about paying them off as Oando was mandated... He even said dividend payments will start soon... He carefully avoided the court or delisting lines during AGM... Even when the chairman was attending to questions he was acting as if he was pressing his lil screen toy grin
Wale said Oando was compelled by SEC to pay off the aggrieved shareholders the equivalent of USD600m, and this created a big cashflow and other problems for the company.

Oando has just Monday before the long awaited judgement day grin
The court is likely to order Oando to fix a date for the extraordinary AGM (within a time frame) so that shareholders could vote and determine their acceptance or rejection of the buyout offer.
If the shareholders reject and there is another new/improved offer price from Oando, then it means they really want to delist and they may push for it. Otherwise, Oando would continue to be listed and then we continue to die there!

My prediction on Oando:
- No delisting - court seating will come and go next week. No shaking
- 2022 result will soon be released and will show improvements on key benchmarks
- 1Q, 2Q and 3Q 2023 results will be impressive and will reveal a rebounced, refocused and healthier company
- The market will respond positively
- The company may be heading to join the 1 trillion naira club
- Remember: "thou shall seek Oando, but will not find it"

Note: Please do your due diligence.
