Yeah I think so too, I’m more worried about losing the appointment date, since I’m outside Nigeria and getting an appointment slot has been difficult.

Another thing I’m considering is to submit a new/correct DS160 form and get the new confirmation page and go to the interview with both old and new (saw this online when I researched my options)

Hi guys please I need your help, two years ago(2019) I had applied for a student visa I was issued my white papers and passport collected to have my visa printed on it, and 2days later when I check my visa status I was denied. And when I had gone to the reception center to get my passport back. It came with a slip pointing to the reason why I was refused under section 212(a) (6) (c) (I)...my question could I have been banned?? And for how long? No, you can’t. You can only pay visa fees but you need your Sevis ID to book an appointment.

I will be flying to Texas Tech University after Christmas, I'm in search of where to stay for 3nights before moving to my apartment. I have tried to mail the apartment about moving in earlier, but they told me there's nothing they can do, and I will have to look for where to stay for d few nights before my move in date.

To choose another date, you have to pay for another MRV. You can only schedule an appointment twice with a particular MRV.

You can’t, Your passport number can only be attached to one profile. If nothing is changing on your ds-160 form, I don’t think you need to fill a new one

Yes, you can and you must do it. Also, fill another DS-160 form and update the information on your cgi portal. Make sure you do all this at least 3 days before your interview.

I'm trying to pay for the css profile using a sterling ATM card, it's a verve Card, not MasterCard or VISA, on the website it's not bringing the option to use a verve Card, please is there any alternate way to make the css payment, I went to my bank to request for a MasterCard or visa they insisted that I must present a valid international passport or visa before I can receive one.

I even tried if I can pay via PayPal but it's not possible.

Use someone else’s MasterCard or Visa card, that’s the only thing you can do. Verve card can’t be used for online transactions.

I don’t think you need to pick the date on your CGI website any longer, all you need to do is go to the embassy on the said day with a printed copy of the email sent to you along with other relevant documents.
