It is never "cheaper" when the biological father start pestering the couple with either blackmail which involves constantly giving him money to "shut up" or outrightly want to be acknowledged as the father of the child.

Donor's anonymity prevents a lot of drama.

The woman and her husband should head to a fertility clinic, it is not as if sperm is as expensive as eggs .

Anonymity of the sperm donor would save all the drama of possible blackmail in the future if the sperm donor knows the couple.

Sadly, it will continue decades to come.

She had issues with OP's father who she is no longer with, wishing the son's wife death
when their baby died because she is from her ex-husband's tribe and against the relationship to the extent she didn't attend their wedding alongside her other children (OP's siblings).

On what grounds, is she visiting? Will you expect the daughter-in-law eat the food OP's mother would prepare or feel comfortable with her around the twin babies?

Those pictures reminded me of a topic we were taught back in my undergraduate days, Mass hysteria and religion.

If you know how insecure some men can be expecially when the woman has it it going for her.

A friend of mine who worked so hard to build a primary school, run an inter country educational business and owns two houses is being victimized by her husband.

The man feels so Insecure at the way she hustles.

He left for his family home 6 months ago and his back to her now.

These days I don't know what else to say to her other than:

"Watch your back"

She's is trying hard to make the marriage work because of the kids.

The man is not happy that's she's successful.

He keeps looking for new ways to make her miserable. But family and friends are tired of the whole stuff.

Stories like the one in this thread make me worry...

She is not still in the marriage because of the kids, she is scared of being labelled that her marriage failed...kids are the classic excuse women in such toxic marriage give to remain in it.

There are many broken homes with both husband and wife still living under the same roof and sleeping in the same room!
