Why are they quick to condemn this while keep quiet in the abundance of suffering going on in Nigeria. And for the masses speaking up for the politicians, ask yourself the right questions. Do we really have any good politicians in Nigeria? Why do Nigeria politicians earn higher wages compared to most developed countries why the masses suffer? Is it for theirs exemplary leadership?

SillyMods: Disgraceful youths.
Buhari has proved to be wiser and smarter than our so-called economists who know nothing about practicals but theory.
Many times Buhari has floored them on economics matter:
1. During the debate to fully float the Naira against the president's position not to do so, Buhari was eventually proved correct by attaining exchange rate stability without floating the currency.
2. PMB, against noise and wailing banned access to 42 items including toothpicks to save dollars. Today, most of those items are locally produced thereby creating local jobs and increasing wealth for the entrepreneurs who took adantage.
This time, the best president in Nigeria's history says that in a bid to encourage local food producers and make them competitive, the CBN should not provide dollars to food importers. Wailers and wailing zombies are masturbating and bringing up voodoo economics to tell us why it is wrong for the president to say/do so. Please tell us how best to encourage local production if not by making them more competitive? How can people produce locally if the imported goods remain cheap or slightly dearer?
Una no get sense I swear. And this senseless thinking is being led by a wannabe presidential candidate who was a deputy governor of CBN when GEJ sacked Sanusi. The idiot stood by GEJ. He was also alive when Jona the fisherman was ordering Emefiele to release billions of dollars for looting (in the name of fighting insurgency) but kept quiet.
IPOBites and sense are words and their opposite.
You want Nigeria to be like China, Korea, Japan, etc, but you don't want to take the hard decisions! Hypocrites and unpatriotic souls. Fairy tales my friend. I guess the way to fix it is ban importation then go to sleep. Nothing as fantastic as that. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: How To Reply When Interviewers Ask About Your Previous Salary by mindtricks: 9:32am On Aug 10, 2019 |
alBHAGDADI: One thing Nigerian HRs and recruiters need to respect is the privacy of job seekers. It's intrusive to ask or compel a job seeker to state the salary his previous company paid him monthly. They ask this question just so they can know how to price you down below what the vacant role is offering. Or perhaps to know if you will be demanding far more than the role offers.
The best way to beat that stupid question is by telling those who ask tje question that such is confidential, which is why you won't want to disclose it.
If they press further, tell them that the reason why it is confidential is because your previous company kicks against present and ex-employees of theirs revealing their salary structure.
If they press further, tell them it won't be fair on your previous company if you reveal the salary structure just as this prospective company won't like to see an employee or ex-employees of theirs exposing their salary structure to others or on social media. Make sure you say all of these with an innocent face and watch how the nosy people will change subject.
Nonsense. They can't state the amount they want to offer you because they believe it should be private for now, yet they want to know about your previous salary. Very much on point. |

AbuuBilaal: Very true. The army is the most patriotic of all citizens.
Nigeria first is their ideology. They leave their homes and hubbies to please the country. Yes they get paid. But then your state governor gets paid more than a them yet he's nothing close to patriotic.
Many of those who come here to spill thrash have never experienced military life. I spent 6years in a military boarding school and I know what it's like to be a soldier. It's a life of selflessness.
Dear citizens, learn to respect the military and they'll respect you in return.
The only people who have issues with military are those who don't like to obey simple regulations The climax of such patriotism and selfless service is to invoke self-discipline in such situations where it called for and not resort to what will bring such disgrace on his profession. Will he use same approach his victim were say, dozens of terrorists who heavily armed with superior fire power and shooting at him to kill him? Wouldn't he apply wisdom and caution which is supposed to be the way to go? There is nothing good about a soldier shooting at and killing an unarmed motor bike rider please.
