Acidosis:
There are over 5000 football viewing centres in Nigeria. If all the lazy youths in these centres decide to come together and invade the national assembly, things will get better. As much as I understand your view, you should extend this to all levels of stupidity. A generation that spends time discussing Tacha cannot be more useless than the generation of Messi vs. Ronaldo, and Davido vs. WizKid.

Hypocrisy and blind sentiments disgust me so much.
Big Brother has long being being associated with and tainted with low moral standards issues, nudity, and the likes unlike sports. Bottom line.

Nigerians are doomed

Imagine tacha has been the hurricane affecting Nigeria now..

I weep for this useless shithole
"Weep not Child", "this is Nigeria".
If the youth be future leaders of this country, the future of Nigeria is Tacha. Our youth have
spoken.

Ever thought of the joy of madness?
Of a truth, aren't Nigerian youth lazy after all?

With so little strategic focus on serious core national issues, and so much attention on vain things as BB Naija, it's not hard to see the present day Nigerian youth don't have much to offer.

No no no no. What’s wrong with this country? This is what they should be doing for Sowore. Not Tacha for Christ sake.... We are all mad in this country. Ôri gbo gbo wa ti Bûrû.
Don't expect much. People can't give what they don't have. What other sort of evidence do you need about what our priorities are??

Why won't the NASS impeach the President for disobeying court order.

Shit hole country
That can never happen. Such check is what a well balanced NASS of mixed different parties and loyalties could achieve, was well taken care of with the NASS structure under the grip of the executive, loyal to nothing but the presidency.

Sowore cannot say he didn't know what was coming. The whole south 9ja went frenzy over tacha but sowore matter no one cared. God is punishing sowore for his sins too
It does not really matter if he knew or not.
It only further confirms Nigeria is a lawless country, more dirt to our collective dirty image as a nation which only fools will be delighted to see.

The hurried Kangaroo trial of PID representatives in Nigeria to save face is not the solution. The firebridgade approach to sensitive national issues by the present Nigerian govt is gonna cost this nation such a huge economic misfortune.
Thought they are experts at taking their time to do things at their snail-slow pace?

They don't just fail to disappoint, never good at anything good.

So what's the solution? Cos I see people just complaining and blaming the government without offering any advice on how to fight this and win.

The govt isn't taking this any less serious. We need to be objective here.
Don't bother advising a government that knows it all, never takes good advice, and will tag you enemy of the state if you dare make your voice heard.
Over and over, this government continues to prove they excel at nothing but failures.

Sowore is suffering from the consequences of the lies he cooked against Jonathan to frustrate the mindset of poor Nigerians so that General Buhari will get his way to power.
So if he chose to keep supporting this government he won't have a chance to suffer for the alleged sins?

Nigerians easily lose focus and go chasing shadows. Bottom line is dude was fed up with the system and chose to protest.

because if that is not the case
How would anyone laud the govt for disobeying court orders?
Don't expect the disoriented bunch to understand.
Those in authority take pride in rubbishing and disregarding the dictates of the constitution as they like, and their lackeys all urge them on in joy and support.

Lack of performance is your own opinion and definitely not the next man's opinion. PERIOD.

The president before PMB was a little better accent wise, but of what relevance was his accent and performance in office, even the ones before him down to OBJ??

Their accents gave you uninterrupted electricity, good roads, good bridges, quality healthcare, security, good schools, good housing and so on?

Please, get off this shallow and trivial accent argument, it's really silly.
Get your off your misplaced accent argument cum opinion. That is what is really silly. Speaks volume.
There is no crime in being fed up with mediocrity and poor performance of failed leaders being recycled.

Next base jare.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Answering A Question About Youths At UN, Nigerians React (Video) by mindtricks: 1:30am On Sep 26, 2019
NGpatriot:
Correct.

He answered the question brilliantly as expected, even with better detail than some of the participants, but do I have any issue with his delivery, his accent, no way, even most of the participants can not even speak English and the ones that did struggle with heavy accents and pronunciations.

Sadly, the president's speech at the climate event is not the main issue with the unintelligent people criticizing him here, their main issue is the usual hatred, tribalism, bigots and odious politics.

It's pretty obvious that they did not watch the video and they don't even care about the video, it's all hatred and bitterness.
Whatever hate, or whatever you call it can easily be blown away by a stellar performance.
Lack of performance is the main issue.
I wonder why people who have been down for too long should not to be eager to experience real progress.
About time Nigerians got fed up with abysmally lacklustre performance of their leaders. There is nothing wrong with that.

Even it is a "goat" that rules Nigeria and brings about the true change the people yearn for, the same will be loved and acknowledged by all.
Performance, good performance, again stellar performance where many past leaders have failed is all the people yearn for.

The sizzling fact remains that the Aso rock evil cabal do not mean well for Nigerians.. Honestly speaking, even though Osinbajo doesn't represent Christianity well amidst the corrupt allegations alleged to him; he remains one of the best Vice Presidents this country has ever had..
Who remembers those days when Buhari travels to London for his checkups; and Osinbajo takes over, the country seems to progress with respect to appointments and less herdsmen attack...

The Yorubas should wake up O! This dangerous alliance with the North amidst the glaring truth that the North do not like them has to seize with aims towards a more unified south come 2023..

A Northern Muslin always sees a Southern Muslim(Yoruba Muslims) as countetfeit..

Nagode grin
I guess not yet. The south still seem very okay and happy for now with their divided state and submissive position in the whole equation.

How you take know who go be cultist in future?

Before I forget those faces don't look like the Lagos touts/cultists like we know them. I trust the police to raid as usual, pick any random persons they see and claim they are the cultists.

Many a time, there is no link whatsoever connecting how the police like to handle issues and justice/fairness. They are experts at further complicating issues and major in never-ending investigations.

Sex scene is unnecessary as far as majority of audience are concerned but the producers of movies probably know that is the only thing some viewers are watching out for. There are movies that leave you to imagine what is really happening behind a closed door or when the light is turned off and viewers can figure it out. Leave sex scene out of Nollywood movies. We don't have to copy everything.
Nothing more to add. You said it all.
If such sceens must be real, should dieing in movie not also be real?

my concern is asking people to hold money and snap pic. it is degrading and we have not so learnt Christ.
And in the pictures, you can see the beneficiaries of the so called goodwiill hide their faces in shame and disapproval.
You can imagine what they intend to achieve with that, if it was just about doing the will of God.

I never antagonized doing good, I just spoke

Many times Jesus will say tell no one. why ask people to hold it for camera. In the scriptures when the brethren in Jerusalem were sent reliefs they never needed to mention their names talk less of publicizing it.

My opinion is that Mt 6 is clear instruction on giving while the Mark 4 is ambiguous which may mean works or actions which are good or bad. if I check it up I can comment on it.

So men like Pastor Adeboye and Bishop Oyedepo who Nigerians like criticizing may have decided to go the Mt 6 way.
Don't mind those hypocrites and fake people. They do "good" deed, cover it with camera and put it out there in the media, and narrate it on social media for publicity sake and think people will be too dumb to know it. Yet much weighty allegations leveled against them by many who have been there is it there public domain and they find it so difficult to come clear their name.

People need to know what they are about and thread with caution.

awoluyi:
This letter is addressed to Nigerians who perpetually live on false hope. From 1999 to date Nigerians have not been lucky to have visionary, selfless and dedicated political office holders.
We have been having accidental leaders steadily leading the nation to disaster. This thoughtless recycling willl not lead us to the promised land; assuming Nigerians are promised any land at all. Whatever is the outcome of the PEP at the Supreme Court, this country will not change until we (all Nigerians ) undergo mental revolution. There is something intrinsically wrong with how we think. Mo sori fun wa lokanlokan (apology Lagbaja).
That's statement of fact.

Dear Atiku, you lost the election and lost again at the tribunal. You will still lose at the Supreme Court. Nigerians have spoken very clearly: we don’t want you as our president.
Even President Buhari's electoral "victory" is in doubt.
Not saying Atiku is a good choice either.
The biggest loser is average Nigerian who must always suffer for non-performance of their clueless leaders foisted on them. The least we should do is not to praise our unproductive leaders, but to keep them on their toes for them to work for us even if it is against their will.
The biggest with Nigeria is not her underperforming leaders but the ignorant gullible masses who fight and kill themselves daily defending their oppressors.

People should be fed up with a system that does not work and crave for true change.
While Nigerians are being treated like slaves in foreign lands they flee to, those back at home are more interested in fighting one another than fixing the failing system.
