Carlcare far self......before u go into about 3-4 stores of mobile phone repairers you'll definitely get the part u need for infinix...but Xiaomi...well it's upcoming... It'll get to that stage eventually just not yet but gradually...I'm in Delta i can't travel to lagos cuz i want to repair my phone or start ordering from aliexpress and waiting for about 20 days or more

Why will you worry about repairing a phone so ruggedly built like Xiaomi when you have not even started using it, you think it same same crappy quality as Infinix? Xiaomi hardly develops faults/require repairs which is common with Infinix please.

If the screen is still responding well aside its looks I will advise you simply apply a screen protector.
In case you choose to proceed to buy a new phone screen, please note that replacement screens are never as rugged as the follow come and have higher tendency to break under even lesser pressure than the follow come can handle.

Xiaomi bashing other brands might be both selective and defensive and that is because this is a xiaomi thread. We know how many times tecno and infinix fans have come here attacking the xiaomi. 1. To mid range phones with price value. They have done that well. Samsung is great in flagships but give so much price value for so little. I mean look at their J series. Take your time go through this review and the comments, you would understand why xiaomi is gaining where samsung is losing.

Samsung mid rangers tend to be very expensive compared to xiaomi without offering you the value worth. Xiaomi even though they have flagships, it's still not as expensive as what you get with Samsung. So people who want to be prudent with spending buy from them especially when differential improvements is either negligible or forgivable looking at the price point.

Huawei, oppo one plus one, vivo are all competing in the flagship segments with Sammy and apple, but when it come to value for price of money, xiaomi wins. And to say they make better phones than xiaomi is a bit ambiguous because if we take a look at mid range where xiaomi focuses on, it beats them all.

Well its changing now. Realme and huawei y series are coming up and HMD with Nokia branding is making waves too. I think xiaomi is making all companies to put more in mid range at an attractive point.
