12large1: The problem is that Nigerians like to dismiss their experienced players prematurely and after they have amassed multitude of experience for inexperienced players. By the time the new inexperienced players become experienced, they will request for another set of inexperienced players instead continuity, consistency. If I was a coach that has 2 options, talented youth or Proven Experienced, I will go for the latter because they have already shown capability of attaining what I am searching for at this time But ighalo dismissed himself na, it's not as if we forced him to retire, he willingly retired |

12large1: How cane a sane person consider 2002 as our worst world cup when we were grouped with Argentina, England and Sweden? Lol omo nothing beat 2010 for me we were supposed t Io even top that group. Korea, Greece lol So as I chose 2002 as my worst world cup tournament I'm insane...most of u here just no how to type English language, but most times u guys don't know how keep conversation healthy, just full of indirectly insult...wether u like it or not 2002 was a rubbish tournament....just record only 1goal and left d world cup...was Senegal too not in a tough group?....nya nya nya |

12large1: I am proud and impressed with our forward line present performances. But, let's not forget that SE has always produced Decent/Good strikers. Infact, in the dark "super chickens" Era, we had the likes of Martins, yakubu, osaze, Kalu uche, Ike uche, Obasi, obinna, Anichebe, utaka, Ideye all scoring and impressing at their clubside. Did they win any trophy for SE? No. Were they impressive at 2010 world cup, No. Infact, 2010 was SE worst ever world cup performance wise despite having these sharp shooters aforementioned. Anyway, my point is that let's not overestimate our present inform Strikers and we must place serious emphasis on Finding top notch Midfilders to compliment Ndid, etebo, Aribo and also good Defenders to compliment Zaidu, Ebuehi, Aina. Right now, there should be a solid search on Finding a Talented "Attacking Midfielder", Center backs and also adequate replacement in those positions to even mandate or anticipate an ANC win or a WC quarter-finals position.
The likes of Nwakali, Ejaria, and should must be invited in our next game while the search for Adequate CB must continue. Personally, I haven't been impressed by Ekong and Balogun combination and although they're the best available option now, we have to keep searching.
SE Strengths - Strikers Wingers Defensive Midfield (because of ndidi and etebo)
SE weakness - Attacking Midfield Center backs.
Come to think of it, why Is it difficult for super eagles to produce "Attacking Midfielders"? despite the fact that okocha is many Nigerians ? Our upcoming youth/adolescent needs to Be coached on being a solid Attacking Midfieldera Bros I will take 2002 as our worst world cup tournament.. |

Who is this one that is jus sounding as if Ghana is one Germany or Argentina over Nigeria? Right from the turn the year 2000 complement Nigeria has been wyping Ghana 2001 Nig 3-1 Ghana (World cup Qualifiers) 2002 Nig 1-0 Ghana (Afcon) 2002 Nig1-0 Ghana (international friendly) 2003 Nig 3-1 Ghana (LG cup) 2006 Nig 1-0 Ghana (Afcon) Una eyes start dey open and jus 3times so far una win us for this Y2K 2007 Ghana 4-1Nig(friendly) 2008 Ghana 2-1 Nig(Afcon) 2010 GHA 1-0 Nig(Afcon) 2011 Ghana 0-0 Nig (friendly) So mr Ghana pack one side na turn by turn beating 9ja and Ghana dey give each other |

To me oo... this is looking like an Ejide/Enyeama scenario in the sense that whenever Enyeama is injured Ejide fills in and mans the post, but when he returns He claims back his number 1 spot... Although they both(uzoho/okoye) are yet to achieve the (Enyeama/Ejide) feat..but plss we can't just displace our number one keeper(An afcon bronze medalist and also world cup experienced lad)....to me I tick uzoho to start against Benin |

From Ranieri to Brendan Rodger From relegation to lifting Epl and remaining a top4 contender ever since baffles me how Leicester city gathered their Resilient style, even with the exit of key players like kante, mahrez, drinkwater etc they are still Epl big boys...they were both promoted the same season with Watford, now Watford is back to base while they remain gallant...kudos to Leicester city...top 3 |
