Irenenwaka: Please guys i need your suggestions… so i know alady who got a job in a hospital in the Uk whilst she was still in Nigeria. After she arrived the uk she got a letter from her manager, and used this letter to open a bank account( definitely she had no bills or credit history at the time). But she was able to open the bank account with the letter and brp card.
Now another lady has also gotten a job in the uk as a doctor.upon arrival, she requested a letter from her HR to open a bank account. She was issued the letter but no bank seems to be accepting the letter. I find this very confusing. They all keep demanding for a proof of address. She is currently still squatting with a friend if not her best bet would have been her tenancy agreement.
Please does anyone know whats best for her to do?? Or how does she go about the whole bank account issue Go to HSBC or Barclays. They will take the letter . Unlike others, they appreciate potential. Goodluck |

justwise: How many of those can be passed from person to person?
Despite all this fighting talk did you not wear a mask in public places/ work place etc during lockdown?
If you worked during lockdown as an essential worker did you go to work without a mask? jump into a bus or supermarket without a mask? I guess the answer is No, so the same way you will be forced to get vaccinated because its not just about you, its about the health and safety of everyone else around you and people you come in contact with Nobody ever held me down to tie a mask to my face. Isn't that what you are advocating with vaccines? Just herd everyone into a warehouse and jab them. Did I get a proper sense of what you meant by forced vaccinations? Have you given a thought to the ethics. I have and I find it rather distasteful to be honest. |

justwise: It should be forced as long as the virus has no cure and can be passed from person to person. Those who are anti mask and vaccines are danger to others It will never happen. There are lots of medical procedures, who then gets to decide which ones should be compulsory or not? Forced sterilisation or forced insemination? Forced chemotherapy or forced euthanasia? Both can be beneficial depending on point of view. Which way should we go? Do you know? Does anyone? |

Wilfred177: Good evening guys ,I got denied f1 visa 3 times in 2019, at that time my twin brother got his visa Now it 2021 he wants to send an invitation for my self and mum for his wedding in 2 months time
I spoke to someone who said I might get denied cos my twin has not green or hasn’t graduated .he would be graduating by dec
Coupled with the fact I was denied 3rice ,house for I stand any chance at all at the embassy or I should just wait till his graduation thanks It will all depend on whether you are deemed a high flight risk or not. 3 applications in a year is a huge red flag. But if you can show a good job in Nigeria with other ties, they will let you in. If you haven't got evidence of ties, don't go. |

I wish to disagree. Nothing about health should be forced. If an individual does not wish to be vaccinated, all we can do is to continue educating to show the superiority of our argument.
Medicine went down a very dark road during the 1940s. Nobody wants that today.
So to everyone who is hesitant, I want to reassure you that nobody is going to force you ever. You will ,after considering all the sides, get vaccinated. #proudlydoublejabbed #deltavariantbringiton |

Ilekokonit: Kikiki. Apart from a touch of diarrhea, how would this affect me?
For some it helps reshape thinking but interview secured visas and the stock of Nigerians in the UK kept getting degraded and he heard the owner on the phone with her jazz man in Nigeria asking him what amount of the "stuff" he gave her she should put into the soup. Luckily for us, that restaurant has also closed down now.
So, the moral of the story is that you may actually find more decent people in Nigeria than some Nigerians living in the UK. |

ELff: I am a post graduate student. When I came, there was lockdown for a long time so I had to make do with a virtual bank account but I need a real one now as the virtual account restricts me. Also, how do I stop missing my way whenever I go out? And knowing the right bus to enter too. Google map doesn't help sometimes, some other times, when I ask questions, most of the people are just like me trying to find their way too.
Today, I was to enter Bus 21, I did enter 21 but this one wasn't going my way.. Its confusing sometimes. I don waka lost plenty times...whew. I consider myself an expert on buses. Lol Use Google maps.look at the sign of the bus stop. Make sure you are standing at the right stop. If still in doubt, always always ask the driver. They can confirm if you are on the right bus and also point you in the right direction. They can even tell you when you are supposed to get off. Although I use Google maps for this. Just make sure your location is turned on. Good luck |
