shizzle11: stop typing rubbish. Was obasanjo the president of nigeria or guinea conakry?
If we are talking equity, the only 2 regions that should have a say are the SE and NE, the SW should GTFO and STFU! Very greedy bunch and mischievous things. If you want justice and equity, it should go to the SE and if the SE cant have it then let it remain in the north.
Nonsense Seems you were sleeping when the permutations were being set in 2015 and SW risked everything even while in opposition. It's only you fucktards that suddenly see the same Apc you so much much hate as a solid platform to attain presidency. |

powerkey: I discovered that some people, mostly Yoruba's are angry that Pius Anyim replied the stupid governor Umahi of Ebonyi state.
Why are you angry at him? That he decided to put the records straight?
its important he exposed that mad man called Ebonyi governor.
Anyims boys will deal with that governor.
Pius Anyim made men in all parts of Nigeria including Ebonyi but Dave Umahi the sinking governor is so self centered that he hardly pays civil servants in his state.
All he does is always to reduce workers salary every month.
Its a pity he has decided to dance necked and he must be made to dance it in the market square. What kind of nonsensical assertion is this? How did you come to such lame data? |

AsiwajuNdigbo: Aboki get lost. I have no time for dialogue with donkey herder.
I appeal to Yoruba and Igbo people, do not let sentiments and pains of 1966/67 block you from doing the right thing in 2020. Arewa is desperate. They see where things are heading and they are determined to quash it. Their propaganda in nl has been successful for many years. Things are different now.
When NBA disinvited bigot elrufai we saw what they did in north. When EndSARS was in south we also saw their reaction in north. Even their emirs and governors condemned our youths, they didnt care if they were Yoruba or Igbo they condemned us for asking for end of brutal police treatment and went on to praise their youths for supporting sars and brutality.
Brothers and sisters of East and West, open eyes and be clear in your thinking. Arewa is our joint enemy. We have succeeded in breaking their yoke and they are unsettled by it.
This thread is a arewa agenda. Kill it! The question is - how do we stop the support "aboki agenda.?" The average yoruba man wants a switch back to regionalism. Can you please state the feasible thing the average igbo man wants? Or you guys seemingly want yorubas to support your fight for dominance with the north to push the narrative in your favor? There has to be a clear defined objective to warrant the so called "southern unity." |

IamD18: Bride price is bride price regardless of how much you spent. The fact remains that you paid something.
You people should allow Igbos with their traditions. Face yours.
You don't expect Igbos to behave like a particular tribe that accepts 2 cups of red oil and Cameroon pepper of 230 Naira as bride price.
You don't expect Igbos to behave like some tribes where the man will have to take 100+ strokes of cane as bride price.
There are levels to qualities and standard in everything. Igbo women are standard, that's why people leave their tribes where you can marry with just pepper and oil, come down to Igbo land to spend more than half of a million for bride price.
Adaeze and Achalugo nwanyi oma is different from Nwanyi ofe mmanu! The quality is the difference and the difference is the quality. What's the point in actually breaking bank to pay the exorbitant bride prices for Adaeze and Achalugo nwanyi oma, when you can easily get them under your pants for crumbs? Guys don wise up. |

Soarr: you all lack sense and manners, and sincerely, you all are beginning to disgust me.. I don't need to read whatever trash you wrote up there cos I know it will be about tinubu as usual.. I never said the yoruba race should be clipped politically, it won't happen and we all know that.. What am saying is, is it only tinubu you lots can vouch for in the whole yoruba race? If tinubu is all you guys can see, then I shake my head for you all... Tinubu is just like dangote that got monopoly to do some things others aren't privileged to do and if others were given same monopoly, they will perform better.. My question is must it be tinubu? Shey una no fit see another person? Tinubu brought out fashola, can he support osinbanjo for the same post he tinubu wants to die for? Is osinbanjo not gonna do better than tinubu if we yoruba rally round and support him? Must it be tinubu? Tbh, I understand your point. But in reality, the current dynamics of Nigeria doesn't favor anyone outside the Tinubu camp in the SW. Nigeria is too complex a country for soft men politics. Hopefully, Tinubu will back someone like Osibanjo. |

OmoManU: Check the last Kaduna governorship election to get an answer! Ganduje can't stand El Rufai.
As much I would really love Prof to emerge I don't think that would be possible because of the many gang ups against the person of Asiwaju unless there's a consensus peace in the party. Apc can't win national elections without Tinubu. The sooner those ganging up understand that, the better. And I repeat, El-rufai doesn't command any respect outside Northern Kaduna. In fact, aside Buhari, Wammako is the most popular in NW. |
Politics › Re: 2023: Two Ministers Seek Buhari’s Seat by Misterdhee1(m): 3:50pm On Nov 21, 2020 |
OmoManU: Does Goodluck Jonathan or Obj had a grasp of even their wards before emerging and winning their respective elections? Sure some southerners may not like Rufai but his northern people with the kind of voting strength they have will def support him. So he can't be a liability on that ticket How are you even sure his northern brothers like him? El-rufai is an unstable character, and he doesn't even have as much control/popularity in the north as Ganduje of Kano. He only ran on Buhari's popularity to power. Apc is a party of different blocs, Amaechi doesn't control any, and moreover he needs to bring something political other than being a minister to the table for him to win the party's ticket. It would be unheard of for a presidential candidate to lose his state. The reality is Osibanjo will emerge as the party's flgabearer at the end of the day, even despite all the political gamings. |
Politics › Re: 2023: Two Ministers Seek Buhari’s Seat by Misterdhee1(m): 3:36pm On Nov 21, 2020 |
OmoManU: I think eventually at the end of the day after everything, it will all favors Amaechi, more likely like an Amaechi ElRufai Ticket and they both will beat anybody PDP presents be it Kwankwaso, Atiku or Peter Obi
With Amaechi Asiwaju and the Yorubas would not feel so left out, APC would be able to make a deeper in-road into the South South and South East votes, South West is sure for them, North Central, North East and most definitely North West will also root for that ticket
Amaechi record is not that bad anyways, at least he's a decent avg Nigerian politician but could be loud mouthed and loose at times sha You probably don't understand that Ameachi doesn't even have the grasp of his senatorial district, not to talk of winning the party's ticket. And please stop overrating El-rufai, no sensible southerner will take that unpredictable character as VP |

But Apc will rather give the ticket to Rochas/Onu who were part of its founding membership and never had any previous links with pdp than Umahi who joined the party out of the blues and is a foundational pdp man. Even then, chances are that Apc will crash if the alignment between the Tinubu/Buhari camps clashes completely. 2023 will be interesting. |
